本发明公开了一种缓冲连接装置,包含安装座、缓冲杆和连接杆;所述安装座中设置有液压室,液压室中设置阻尼油,液压室分为内外两部分,两部分通过细小孔连通;所述缓冲杆的一端与液压室的外侧部分配合,另一端与连接杆连接,缓冲杆与液压室配合的一端上设置有密封圈;所述安装座的侧部设置有连接翼,连接翼上设置有连接臂;本发明的缓冲连接装置,安装座与连接杆之间通过缓冲杆与液压室配合连接,使安装座与连接杆分别连接的部件在运作时不会直接产生刚性冲击,缓冲杆在伸和缩的时候都会缓慢进行,使被连接件得到充分的缓冲,降低磨损;安装座侧部的连接臂还可以连接辅助构件,提高整体稳定性。

本发明涉及一种缓冲连接装置。
背景技术
同步运动的构件通常通过连接装置或组件直接进行刚性连接,但在一些存在自由度的运动环境中,连接部件以及连接处通常容易受力产生磨损,使用时间较长之后甚至会产生连接松动的情况,导致存在安全隐患,会在生产加工过程中造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种缓冲连接装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种缓冲连接装置,包含安装座、缓冲杆和连接杆;所述安装座中设置有液压室,液压室中设置阻尼油,液压室分为内外两部分,两部分通过细小孔连通;所述缓冲杆的一端与液压室的外侧部分配合,另一端与连接杆连接,缓冲杆与液压室配合的一端上设置有密封圈;所述安装座的侧部设置有连接翼,连接翼上设置有连接臂。
优选的,所述连接杆的端部设置有连接螺纹。
优选的,所述连接翼和连接臂有两组,两组连接翼和连接臂在安装座的左右两侧对称设置。

本发明的缓冲连接装置,安装座与连接杆之间通过缓冲杆与液压室配合连接,使安装座与连接杆分别连接的部件在运作时不会直接产生刚性冲击,缓冲杆在伸和缩的时候都会缓慢进行,使被连接件得到充分的缓冲,降低磨损;安装座侧部的连接臂还可以连接辅助构件,提高整体稳定性。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种缓冲连接装置,包含安装座1、缓冲杆2和连接杆3;所述安装座1中设置有液压室4,液压室4中设置阻尼油,液压室4分为内外两部分,两部分通过细小孔连通;所述缓冲杆2的一端与液压室4的外侧部分配合,另一端与连接杆3连接,连接杆3的连接端设置有连接螺纹;所述缓冲杆2与液压室4配合的一端上设置有密封圈5,密封圈5可以设置多层,以提高密封性,避免缓冲失效;所述安装座1的侧部设置有两个对称的连接翼6,每个连接翼6上均设置有连接臂7。
在工作时,安装座1与连接杆3之间通过缓冲杆2与液压室4配合连接,使安装座1与连接杆3分别连接的部件在运作时不会直接产生刚性冲击,缓冲杆2在伸和缩的时候都会缓慢进行,使被连接件得到充分的缓冲,降低磨损;安装座1侧部的连接臂7还可以连接辅助构件,提高整体稳定性。

1.一种缓冲连接装置,其特征在于:包含安装座(1)、缓冲杆(2)和连接杆(3);所述安装座(1)中设置有液压室(4),液压室(4)中设置阻尼油,液压室(4)分为内外两部分,两部分通过细小孔连通;所述缓冲杆(2)的一端与液压室(4)的外侧部分配合,另一端与连接杆(3)连接,缓冲杆(2)与液压室(4)配合的一端上设置有密封圈(5);所述安装座(1)的侧部设置有连接翼(6),连接翼(6)上设置有连接臂(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接杆(3)的端部设置有连接螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲连接装置,其特征在于:所述连接翼(6)和连接臂(7)有两组,两组连接翼(6)和连接臂(7)在安装座(1)的左右两侧对称设置。
