Abstract
本发明公开了一种发射远红外线的纺织品,其具有发射4至16μm远红外线的功能。具体是将纺织品经过168小时的高能辐射处理或者化学处理制得。具体方法为:1.将具有发射远红外线功能的纺织品投入到含有物理抗菌卫生整理剂的处理液中,经过升温、搅拌、脱水、漂洗、烘干后取出纺织品;2.将1中纺织品投入到含有红外陶瓷粉的整理液中,经升温、搅拌、脱水、漂洗、烘干后取出;3.在2中的远红外纺织品上迅速均匀地刮涂制备好的负离子涂层剂,重复刮涂至负离子涂层剂完全覆盖所述纺织品的孔隙,然后置于95℃下烘5.1min,即得所述具有负离子远红外功效的纺织品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织品,尤其涉及一种具有发射远红外线功能的纺织品。
背景技术
纺织品是人类生活的必需品,纺织品是人类生活的必需品,除了满足传统的功能和款式的追求外,对吸湿排汗,保暖,除臭都有要求。普通的纺织品的保温效果有限,目前纺织品实现保暖功能多采用增加厚度来实现,这样不仅会增加生产成本,还会影响美观;目前的纺织品多注重保温作用,而对人体健康鲜有考虑。
发明内容
本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,可实现增加保温效果,节约材料,增进人体健康的技术效果,促进人体新陈代谢。
为实现上述目的,本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的:一种发射远红外线的纺织品,经过高能辐射处理或者化学处理制得,该纺织品能够发射4~16μm远红外线。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,该纺织品是经过168小时的能量信息交换设备处理制得。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,该纺织品是经过以下步骤制得,
将具有发射远红外线功能的纺织品放入重量比为1∶7的物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水混合而成的处理液,升温至50℃±3℃,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到处理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出;再将上述纺织品投入到含有红外陶瓷粉的整理液中,升温至50℃±3℃,将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到整理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出;最后在所述纺织品上迅速均匀地刮涂制备好的负离子涂层剂,重复刮涂至负离子涂层剂完全覆盖所述纺织品的孔隙,然后后置于95℃下烘5.1min。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,所述处理液的pH值为7~8。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,所述远红外纳米陶瓷粉粒径为6~9nm。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,所述负离子涂层剂的制备方法是在聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂中滴加交联剂的水溶液和负离子添加剂,搅拌均匀,即得。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,所述交联剂的水溶液占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为2~4%,所述负离子添加剂占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为0.26~3.9%;所述负离子添加剂包括2000~8000目的重量配比为5∶1∶1~12∶1∶1的电气石粉体、蛇纹石粉体和角闪石粉体。
优选的,本发明所述的发射远红外线的纺织品中,该纺织品可用于制作内衣或者文胸或者床上用品或者袜子或者帽子。
本发明的有益效果:本技术处理过的纺织品材料或者纺织品成品发出4-16um的远红外线,人体在恒温36.5度的情况下,有机体细胞震动的频率趋近一致,达到几乎同步上下的共鸣频率,其光谱频率就是9.36,刚好落在4-16um之内。所以这个特定的波长可以促进细胞产生共同的震动频率,使得热传导效率加快,促进血液循环,加快新陈代谢。特别是毛细血管的微循环有很好的改善;对任何慢性病患者的长期理疗和人健康人群的保健有重要作用。
具体实施方式
1、把纺织品料按产品需要尺寸剪裁成小块布料或者纺织品成品放在一个能量信息交换设备中,经过168小时的时间,纺织品材料的原子排列将改变,纺织品材料具有稳定发射4-16um的远红外线的功能。
2、化学处理的具体步骤为:
a.将物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水以将物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水以1∶7(重量比)混合配制成处理液,升温至50℃±3℃,pH值为7~8,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到处理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出。
b.将a中的远红外纺织投入到含有红外陶瓷粉的整理液中,升温至50℃±3℃,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到整理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出。所述整理液由红外纳米陶瓷粉16~24g/L与水溶液11~14g/L配制而成。
c.在b中的远红外纺织品上迅速均匀地刮涂制备好的负离子涂层剂,重复刮涂至负离子涂层剂完全覆盖所述纺织品的孔隙;然后置于95℃下烘5.1min,即得所述具有负离子远红外功效的纺织品。
所述负离子涂层剂的制制备方法是:在聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂(丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯)中滴加交联剂(三聚氰胺)的水溶液和负离子添加剂,搅拌均匀,即得;所述交联剂的水溶液占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为1.1%,所述负离子添加剂占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为1.1%;所述负离子添加剂包括4000目的重量配比为12∶1∶1的镁电气石粉体、蛇纹石粉体和角闪石粉体。
实施例:
本实施例包括以下三个步骤:
步骤一.将物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水以将物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水以1∶7(重量比)混合配制成处理液,升温至50℃,pH值为7,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到处理液中,机械搅拌35分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗35分钟,脱水后取出。
步骤二.将步骤一中的远红外纺织投入到含有红外陶瓷粉的整理液中,升温至50℃,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到整理液中,机械搅拌30分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗30分钟,脱水后取出。所述整理液由红外纳米陶瓷粉24g/L与水溶液14g/L配制而成。
步骤三.在b中的远红外纺织品上迅速均匀地刮涂制备好的负离子涂层剂,重复刮涂至负离子涂层剂完全覆盖所述纺织品的孔隙;然后置于95℃下烘5.1min,即得所述具有负离子远红外功效的纺织品。
所述负离子涂层剂的制制备方法是:在聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂(丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯)中滴加交联剂(三聚氰胺)的水溶液和负离子添加剂,搅拌均匀,即得;所述交联剂的水溶液占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为1.1%,所述负离子添加剂占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为1.1%;所述负离子添加剂包括4000目的重量配比为12∶1∶1的镁电气石粉体、蛇纹石粉体和角闪石粉体。
本发明的纺织品材料或者纺织品成品,主要运用于内衣,文胸,床上用品,汽车用品,袜子,帽子,布腰带等纺织品。

1.一种发射远红外线的纺织品,经过高能辐射处理或者化学处理制得,其特征在于:该纺织品能够发射4~16μm远红外线。
2.如权利要求1所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:该纺织品是经过168小时的能量信息交换设备处理制得。
3.如权利要求1所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:该纺织品是经过以下步骤制得,
将具有发射远红外线功能的纺织品放入重量比为1∶7的物理抗菌卫生整理剂与水混合而成的处理液,升温至50℃±3℃,再将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到处理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,最后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出;再将上述纺织品投入到含有红外陶瓷粉的整理液中,升温至50℃±3℃,将远红外纺织品先渗水再脱水后投入到整理液中,机械搅拌30~35分钟,后将远红外纺织品漂洗30~35分钟,脱水后取出;最后在所述纺织品上迅速均匀地刮涂制备好的负离子涂层剂,重复刮涂至负离子涂层剂完全覆盖所述纺织品的孔隙,然后后置于95℃下烘5.1min。
4.如权利要求3所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:所述处理液的pH值为7~8。
5.如权利要求3所述的具有发射远红外线功能的纺织品,其特征在于:所述远红外纳米陶瓷粉粒径为6~9nm。
6.如权利要求3所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:所述负离子涂层剂的制备方法是在聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂中滴加交联剂的水溶液和负离子添加剂,搅拌均匀,即得。
7.如权利要求3所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:所述交联剂的水溶液占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为2~4%,所述负离子添加剂占聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的重量百分比为0.26~3.9%;所述负离子添加剂包括2000~8000目的重量配比为5∶1∶1~12∶1∶1的电气石粉体、蛇纹石粉体和角闪石粉体。
8.如权利要求1至7之一所述的发射远红外线的纺织品,其特征在于:该纺织品可用于制作内衣或者文胸或者床上用品或者袜子或者帽子。
