本发明涉及一种清水浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法,首先,包括成膜剂4~7%;乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠3~5%;椰油基二乙醇酰胺3~5%;十二烷基硫酸钠20~30%;二氧化硅1~3%;甘油0.1~0.4%;纳米银0.3~0.5%;氨基酸0.2~0.4%;色素0.1~0.2%;去离子水50~65%;然后,将成膜剂与去离子水充分搅拌混合,加温;将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰油基二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、填充剂混合搅拌;混合料与甘油、色素倒入乳化锅搅拌;烘干。本发明方便携带且不会增加洗涤后清洁工作;可将产品的活性物含量提高超过50%以上,实现在水中溶解没有明显的混浊和沉淀物。

一种清水浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤用品类,尤其涉及一种方便携带且不会增加洗涤后清洁工作的清水浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的用于清洗衣物的洗涤用品一般有洗衣皂、洗衣粉和洗衣液这三种,洗衣皂是一种传统的洗衣用品,是用动物油脂或植物油脂与烧碱进行一系列反应后生成的脂肪酸钠盐,属于一种典型的阴离子表面活性剂,洗衣皂中含有各种添加剂对皮肤会有一定的伤害,不方便,既不卫生也会造成浪费。
洗衣粉是一种碱性的合成洗涤剂,呈粉末状,粉剂不溶解水的微粒残留在衣物上,导致衣物变硬及颜色变暗,机洗时长期在洗衣槽和内筒之间无法排尽,在潮湿或光照的情况下,容易导致洗衣粉中的酶失去活性,从而影响洗涤效果。
洗衣液使用后产生的废液能快速降解,对环境污染小;但一般洗衣液为瓶装,在使用时需要从瓶中倒出,用量很难控制且使用不方便。
近年来,市场上出现了一种新型洗涤产品洗衣片,全称纳米超浓缩洗衣片,是一种全新的洗涤产品,改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂;洗衣片实现的定量洗涤克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水。
由上可知,洗衣片正是洗涤行业实现健康转型的一个突破口。在未来的洗涤市场上,洗衣粉、洗衣液等传统洗涤产品将逐渐失去竞争力,失去生存空间,一种健康绿色的全新洗涤模式,必将掀起一场新的洗涤浪潮;采用洗衣片,不仅大大提高产品去污能力,且具有抗菌、防霉、不伤织品和皮肤的特点;与传统方式相比,这种洗衣片洗衣物,至少可节约一半的用水量,而且大大减少对环境的污染。
但是,市场上已普遍存在的洗衣片还未能实现上述分析中所期待的较佳清洁效果,在洗涤后还需要做一些清洁工作。同时,产品的活性物含量较低,水中存在明显的混浊和沉淀物,其原因在于,洗衣片的配方生产方法急需提高。
因此,根据以上方面,需要对现有技术进行有效创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种方便携带且不会增加洗涤后清洁工作的清水浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法,可将产品的活性物含量提高超过50%以上,从而实现在水中溶解没有明显的混浊和沉淀物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种清水浓缩洗衣片的制备方法,由以下步骤组成,首先,按照重量份数进行配比,
成膜剂 4~7%;
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠 3~5%;
椰油基二乙醇酰胺 3~5%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 20~30%;
二氧化硅 1~3%;
甘油 0.1~0.4%;
纳米银 0.3~0.5%;
氨基酸 0.2~0.4%;
色素 0.1~0.2%;
去离子水 50~65%;
然后,依次进行以下步骤:
⑴首先,将成膜剂与氨基酸充分搅拌混合,加温至85~95℃;
⑵将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰油基二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、二氧化硅、甘油、纳米银依次加入步骤⑴混合物中搅拌;
⑶将步骤⑵得到的混合料与色素、去离子水一起倒入乳化锅搅拌;
⑷完成后,将得到的搅拌料上滚筒烘干机烘干;
⑸将烘干后的成品切片、包装。
所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇,填充剂为高岭土。
本发明所述的清水浓缩洗衣片及其制备方法的有益效果为:
⑴方便携带且不会增加洗涤后清洁工作;
⑵体积小,有利于降低成本,不占空间,携带方便,也适用于出差旅行;
⑶存放方便,温和不伤手;
⑷有利于减少用水,节能更环保;
⑸采用乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰油基二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠的原料配比,按照步骤结合二氧化硅、甘油、纳米银、色素,可将产品的活性物含量提高超过50%以上,实现在水中溶解没有明显的混浊和沉淀物。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例所述的清水浓缩洗衣片,其配方包括按照重量分数,由以下原料组成:
成膜剂 4~7%;
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠 3~5%;
椰油基二乙醇酰胺 3~5%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 20~30%;
二氧化硅 1~3%;
甘油 0.1~0.4%;
纳米银 0.3~0.5%;
氨基酸 0.2~0.4%;
色素 0.1~0.2%;
去离子水 50~65%;
其中,成膜剂为聚乙烯醇。
本发明实施例所述的洗衣片,其制备方法由以下步骤组成:
⑴首先,将成膜剂与氨基酸充分搅拌混合,加温至85~95℃;
⑵将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰油基二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、二氧化硅、甘油、纳米银依次加入步骤⑴混合物中搅拌;
⑶将步骤⑵得到的混合料与色素、去离子水一起倒入乳化锅搅拌;

二氧化硅 1~3%;
甘油 0.1~0.4%;
纳米银 0.3~0.5%;
氨基酸 0.2~0.4%;
色素 0.1~0.2%;
去离子水 50~65%;
然后,依次进行以下步骤:
⑴首先,将成膜剂与氨基酸充分搅拌混合,加温至85~95℃;
⑵将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、椰油基二乙醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、二氧化硅、甘油、纳米银依次加入步骤⑴混合物中搅拌;
