Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:纳米五氧化二铌39~73.5%;纳米二氧化硅0.5~1%;油性溶剂1~20%;极压剂 5~10%;抗氧剂 20~30%。本发明具有良好的分散性和稳定性,适合于工业化应用;本发明将纳米五氧化二铌和纳米二氧化硅进行复配,结合了有机材料和无机材料的复配优势,起到良好的减摩效果;本发明具备一定的自我修复功能,起到良好的抗摩作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂。
背景技术
摩擦磨损是摩擦过程中普遍存在的现象。据不完全统计,世界三分之一以上的一次性能源的损失来自摩擦。因此,减小摩擦与磨损造成的经济损失具有重大的意义。润滑是降低摩擦、减少或避免磨损的有效技术。润滑油是机械运行和维护不可缺少的组成部分。随着现代机械设备的载荷、速度、温度等工作参数的日益提高,润滑油中原有的减摩剂和抗磨剂已经不能完全满足其减摩抗磨性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:
纳米五氧化二铌 39~73.5%
纳米二氧化硅 0.5~1%
油性溶剂 1~20%
极压剂 5~10%
抗氧剂 20~30%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述抗氧剂为含羟基的丁基苯酚或含羟基的丙酸酯。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述极压剂为硫化脂肪酸或硫化脂肪酸酯。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明具有良好的分散性和稳定性,适合于工业化应用;本发明将纳米五氧化二铌和纳米二氧化硅进行复配,结合了有机材料和无机材料的复配优势,起到良好的减摩效果;本发明具备一定的自我修复功能,起到良好的抗摩作用。

实施例1,一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:
纳米五氧化二铌 39%
纳米二氧化硅 1%
油性溶剂 20%
硫化脂肪酸 10%
含羟基的丁基苯酚 30%。
实施例2,一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:
纳米五氧化二铌 73.5%
纳米二氧化硅 0.5%
油性溶剂 1%
硫化脂肪酸酯 5%
含羟基的丙酸酯 20%。
实施例3,一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:
纳米五氧化二铌 57%
纳米二氧化硅 1%
油性溶剂 10%
硫化脂肪酸酯 7%
含羟基的丁基苯酚 25%。
本发明具有良好的分散性和稳定性,适合于工业化应用;本发明将纳米五氧化二铌和纳米二氧化硅进行复配,结合了有机材料和无机材料的复配优势,起到良好的减摩效果;本发明具备一定的自我修复功能,起到良好的抗摩作用。
本领域技术人员应当知晓,本发明的保护方案不仅限于上述的实施例,还可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种排列组合与变换,在不违背本发明精神的前提下,对本发明进行的各种变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,其特征是包括以下按重量百分数计的组分:
纳米五氧化二铌 39~73.5%
纳米二氧化硅 0.5~1%
油性溶剂 1~20%
极压剂 5~10%
抗氧剂 20~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,其特征是所述抗氧剂为含羟基的丁基苯酚或含羟基的丙酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有超润滑减摩的润滑油添加剂,其特征是所述极压剂为硫化脂肪酸或硫化脂肪酸酯。
