一种陶土板,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明由以下重量份的物质组成:伊利土10-35份、高岭土0-15份、叶腊石5-15份、瓷石5-30份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣20-50份、粗瘠性料5-30份、增塑剂0-5份、陶土干粉20-40份、瓷土干粉20-30份、长石粉10-20份、骨料20-30份。骨料为废陶板、瓷砖、陶砖及其边角料破碎而成的,细度为12-60目。本发明无石材的辐射、人造石的有机物对人的伤害;高温烧制后强度高,永不退色,不受气候环境影响;通过在配方中加粗骨料,可使陶土板表面粗糙不会打滑;本发明陶土板挤出成型快,干燥合格率高,烧成周期短三者,节约,使用铁矿尾渣,让当地工业废渣再利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶土板,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
陶土,是指含有铁质而带黄褐色、灰白色、红紫色等色调,具有良好可塑性的粘土。陶土是陶器原料。矿物成分复杂,主要由高岭石、水白云母、蒙脱石、石英和长石组成。颗粒大小不一致,常含砂粒、粉砂和粘土等。具吸水性和吸附性,加水后有可塑性。颜色不纯,往往带有黄、灰等色,因而仅用于陶器制造。陶土主要用作烧制外墙、地砖、陶器具等。陶土具有以下特性:
1、优异的抗冻融特性:在吸水率达到10%的情况下,瓷质砖在-15℃时冻融三次已经全部冻裂,而陶砖却可以在-45℃的环境下冻融50次不出现裂痕。
2、良好的抗光污染性能:陶砖能够将90%以上的光全部折射,对保护人体视力、减少光污染有很好的作用。
3、良好的吸音作用:由于陶砖通体富含大量均匀细蜜的开放性气孔,故能将声波全部或部分折射出去,取到室外降低噪音,室内消除回音的效果,是创造城市优良居住环境的绝佳材料。
4、良好的透气性、透水性:陶砖透气、透水的优越性在绿色文明的今天得到充分的展示,其古朴的韵味与自然景观相融合,体现了人与自然的和谐对话。
5、良好的耐风化耐腐蚀性:随着工业污染的加重,雨水中的酸性一天天在增加,很多建筑材料因为无法接受这个考验而被淘汰。纯天然的加工工序使得陶砖本身只含有少量的化学杂质,其内部结构也不易受到酸雨的影响,陶土抗碱腐蚀性的特性更的其他材料无法与之相比的。

本发明陶土板由以下重量份的物质组成:伊利土10-35份、高岭土0-15份、叶腊石5-15份、瓷石5-30份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣20-50份、粗瘠性料5-30份、增塑剂0-5份、陶土干粉20-40份、瓷土干粉20-30份、长石粉10-20份、骨料20-30份。骨料为废陶板、瓷砖、陶砖及其边角料破碎而成的,细度为12-60目。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明天然陶土为原料无石材的辐射、人造石的有机物对人的伤害;高温烧制后强度高,永不退色,不受气候环境影响;通过在配方中加粗骨料,可使陶土板表面粗糙不会打滑;本发明陶土板挤出成型快,干燥合格率高,烧成周期短三者,节约,使用铁矿尾渣,让当地工业废渣再利用。

实施例1
伊利土35份、高岭土15份、叶腊石15份、瓷石30份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣50份、粗瘠性料30份、增塑剂5份、陶土干粉40份、瓷土干粉30份、长石粉20份、骨料30份。骨料细度为20目。
实施例2
伊利土10份、叶腊石5份、瓷石5份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣20份、粗瘠性料5份、增塑剂2份、陶土干粉20份、瓷土干粉20份、长石粉10份、骨料20份。骨料细度为40目。
实施例3
伊利土25份、高岭土8份、叶腊石10份、瓷石22份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣42份、粗瘠性料18份、增塑剂4份、陶土干粉30份、瓷土干粉24份、长石粉16份、骨料22份。骨料细度为60目。

1.一种陶土板,其特征在于,所述的陶土板由以下重量份的物质组成:伊利土10-35份、高岭土0-15份、叶腊石5-15份、瓷石5-30份、冶炼铁矿的尾渣20-50份、粗瘠性料5-30份、增塑剂0-5份、陶土干粉20-40份、瓷土干粉20-30份、长石粉10-20份、骨料20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶土板,其特征在于,所述的骨料为废陶板、瓷砖、陶砖及其边角料破碎而成的,细度为12-60目。
