Abstract
本发明公开一种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其能够避免充电枪占用空间大和容易损伤用户的问题,避免挂线和充电枪容易损坏而降低使用寿命的问题,而且保证挂线整齐放置,延长挂线的使用寿命。这种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,该挂线收纳装置包括充电柜,充电柜具有U形凹槽,U形凹槽包括两个侧壁和一个弯曲底面,靠近U形凹槽一个顶端处设置出线口,靠近另一个顶端处设置挂枪单元,充电枪的枪头放置在挂枪单元上,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车的技术领域,具体地涉及一种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其主要用于放置电动汽车充电枪及其挂线。
背景技术
随着技术进步和科技发展,由于新能源汽车的节能环保,越来越被大众接受。因此在现在的停车场中,越来越多的充电桩被使用。
不过,目前现行的充电桩中,充电枪一般是挂在充电柜的两侧,占用空间很大,操作者不小心容易被磕碰。即使充电枪挂在充电柜的前部,由于挂线的长度高于充电柜,所以经常无规则地堆放,并不美观,而且容易造成挂线的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的技术解决问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其能够避免充电枪占用空间大和容易损伤用户的问题,避免挂线和充电枪容易损坏而降低使用寿命的问题,而且保证挂线整齐放置,延长挂线的使用寿命。
本发明的技术解决方案是:这种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,该挂线收纳装置包括充电柜,充电柜具有U形凹槽,U形凹槽包括两个侧壁和一个弯曲底面,靠近U形凹槽一个顶端处设置出线口,靠近另一个顶端处设置挂枪单元,充电枪的枪头放置在挂枪单元上,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元。
本发明通过在充电柜内设置U形凹槽,将出线口和挂枪单元设置在U形凹槽内,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元,这样能够避免充电枪占用空间大和容易损伤用户的问题,避免挂线和充电枪容易损坏而降低使用寿命的问题,而且保证挂线整齐放置,延长挂线的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,这种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,该挂线收纳装置包括充电柜1,充电柜具有U形凹槽2,U形凹槽包括两个侧壁21和一个弯曲底面22,靠近U形凹槽一个顶端处设置出线口3,靠近另一个顶端处设置挂枪单元4,充电枪的枪头7放置在挂枪单元上,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元。
本发明通过在充电柜内设置U形凹槽,将出线口和挂枪单元设置在U形凹槽内,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元,这样能够避免充电枪占用空间大和容易损伤用户的问题,避免挂线和充电枪容易损坏而降低使用寿命的问题,而且保证挂线整齐放置,延长挂线的使用寿命。
更进一步地,由于U形凹槽内的一侧高点为挂枪单元,故电动车用户在拿取枪头时仅仅依靠重力就可以轻松将枪头取下。
更进一步地,由于U形凹槽内的另一侧高点为出现口,可以起到一个吊挂的作用,减少用户移动枪头和线缆到车辆所需消耗的体力。
更进一步地,由于U型结构限制了充电电缆的出线位置,所以用户在移动线缆时最多仅能移动水平旋转线缆180度,杜绝了传统充电线缆可以进行360度以上旋转的可能性。
更进一步地,采用这种结构,在用户拉长后线缆为电动汽车充电时,U型结构受到了上下的压迫而产生回拉力,这样就可以在用户拔下枪头使用完毕后产生一个回拉,提示用户挂回枪线,增加充电枪线的使用寿命。
优选地,在出线口、挂枪单元的上方分别设置钣金防护檐。这样能够防止雨水等打湿挂线和充电枪的枪头。
优选地,该挂线收纳装置还包括门板,其盖住U形凹槽,并通过合页连接到U形凹槽的一个侧壁。这样能够更好地保护充电枪和挂线,防止因为长期暴露在外部环境中造成的损坏。
优选地,该挂线收纳装置还包括门锁5,其设置在U形凹槽的另一个侧壁上。将门锁设置在内部,能够使充电柜更加美观,保证门锁安全可靠,有效地减少外界环境对门锁的破坏,提高门锁的使用寿命。
优选地,所述门锁距离出线口比距离挂枪单元更近。这样取放充电枪的枪头更加方便。
优选地,在所述出线口设有密封圈。这样能够保证挂线不会在出线口被水破坏。
优选地,在所述U形凹槽内设有照明灯6。这样在黑暗环境可以清楚看清充电枪,方便用户使用。
优选地,所述照明灯是LED灯。U型挂线装置的出线端或U型上端设置一个LED照明装置,在使用时照亮另一侧充电枪头挂线端,提高用户在夜间的操作的安全性和准确性。

1.一种电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:该挂线收纳装置包括充电柜(1),充电柜具有U形凹槽(2),U形凹槽包括两个侧壁(21)和一个弯曲底面(22),靠近U形凹槽一个顶端处设置出线口(3),靠近另一个顶端处设置挂枪单元(4),充电枪的枪头(7)放置在挂枪单元上,充电枪的挂线从出线口伸出且沿U形凹槽延伸到挂枪单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:在出线口、挂枪单元的上方分别设置钣金防护檐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:该挂线收纳装置还包括门板,其盖住U形凹槽,并通过合页连接到U形凹槽的一个侧壁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:该挂线收纳装置还包括门锁(5),其设置在U形凹槽的另一个侧壁上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:所述门锁距离出线口比距离挂枪单元更近。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:在所述出线口设有密封圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:在所述U形凹槽内设有照明灯(6)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电动汽车充电枪的挂线收纳装置,其特征在于:所述照明灯是LED灯。
