Abstract
本发明提供了以蓄电池电力和圆筒形储能飞轮为主的应用直线磁力直驱的与阳光电池板、风力发电机、压缩空气一起共同驱动负载如汽车的轮毂电机、飞行汽车和飞机的螺旋桨纯电力动力装置;本发明动力装置里的蓄电池寿命更长,装用本发明装置的汽车比装置相同功率的动力蓄电池的汽车的续航里程更长至一百千米以上。

技术领域
本发明属于一种通用的动力装置和发电装置,广泛地用于汽车、大型和小型的飞机、飞行汽车以及工农业各类机器设备的动力。
背景技术
汽车和飞机的动力,将是未来的只用电力驱动的绿色节能型动力,它将取代目前主要使用的燃油型发动机。
目前而言,包括燃料电池、氢能源电力装置类型的蓄电池电力容量和功率仍是不能满足、不能达到汽车和飞机对于其动力功率的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的和所要解决的技术问题是如何同时一起互相协同地采用各种非燃油的动力以提高此装置中的主要原动力即蓄电池电力的功率和效率。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种包括直线电机初级(1),带有与初级(1)相对着配置的直线电机次级(2)的圆筒形储能飞轮(3)及其轴(4),所述的储能飞轮(3)水平设置,其轴(4)经其多个支架或辐板(5)固定在圆筒形储能飞轮(3)两端筒体上,轴(4)的轴承座(6)固定在机架(7)上,所述的直线电机初级(1)通过初级安装座(8)固定在机架(7)上,所述直线电机初级(1)可对称安装在圆筒形储能飞轮(3)的两端的垂直面侧部,对着所述的直线电机次级(2),次级(2)包括铁板和铜板安置在飞轮(3)两端的垂直表面;蓄电池(9)供电给初级(1)从而驱动次级(2)连同圆筒形储能飞轮(3)一起旋转;飞轮(3)还被所设的风力发电机和太阳光能电池板发出的电力经由供电给直线电机初级(1)驱动设在飞轮表面的直线电机次级进而驱动飞轮(3)旋转;飞轮(3)还被该飞轮的旋转轴所驱动的空气压缩机的压缩空气气流推动设在飞轮(3)表面的一圈凹槽里的多个涡轮机叶片(10)而旋转;旋转的储能飞轮(3)经增速齿轮(11)带动发电机(12)发电并且以此发出的电力驱动负载如汽车的轮毂电机飞行汽车飞机的螺旋桨等等;蓄电池电力和光电池板的电力皆可以供电给初级(1)、也可以供电给负载和发电机发出的电力一起直接驱动负载。
大量的有关事实数据表明,直线磁力直驱的动力装置具有高效节能、高速高精度、智能可控,简单可靠,噪音小环境好等优点;尤其是本发明的实现多种动力一起协同驱动的以蓄电池电力的原动力的混合型纯电力动力装置,其性能得到提高而能接近、达到或超过现有技术水准的燃油活塞式航空发动机和汽车发动机,从而替代这些燃油型发动机,供消费者选用本发明的绿色节能的用于汽车和飞机的纯电力动力装置。
直线电机的初级和次级可以是电动感应式的,也可以是自励永磁式的,此装置的初级的绕组中通入交变电流,驱动圆筒储能飞轮(3)旋转运行时,初级和次级之间的间隙为2-4mm,储能飞轮(3)旋转着带动发电机发电,发出电力用于驱动负载如飞机的螺旋桨和汽车的轮毂电机等等。飞轮的运动方向和旋转速度可根据需要由电脑控制器经由其电力电子部件进行控制管理。
储能飞轮的质量自几十千克起至100kg以上,其直径在几十厘米至1米以上,其两端的垂直表面用于安置次级的整个铁板和固定在铁板外表面上的铜板;作为另一种实施方式,本发明的直线电机初级和次级还可以沿储能飞轮(3)的圆筒形一段圆弧曲面安装,这适用于飞机的动力装置,圆筒内壁设有曲弧沟形内螺旋进气道。
所述的铁板厚度至少为5mm至10mm,铜板的厚度至少为1.5mm到2.5mm,装置运行时,直线电机初级与直线电机次级之间的间隙为2-4mm。
本发明动力装置里的蓄电池寿命比常规使用方式的蓄电池的寿命更长,装用本发明汽车比装置相同功率的动力蓄电池的汽车的续航里程更长至一百千米以上。

具体实施方式
特别选用用气泵快速充气或泄气的软性风轮机叶片,如此在其放平在车顶时泄气后体积小、风阻小;顶部车壳外有一段可转动的外筒及其筒内的一段竖轴,这段外筒中部设有活动连杆的一端,该连杆的一端被水平地设置在车顶表面凹槽里的沿着左右方向来回地在导轨里移动的直线电机牵引着从而带动车顶上方的那部分竖轴随外筒一起竖直或倒下放平。
为飞机配置的圆筒形储能飞轮(3)的内壁表面上设置有用于加速气流向后流出的几道自前向后的曲弧沟螺旋气流通道。
配用于汽车和飞机的风力发电机是竖直轴发电型,其竖轴用手工方式往下沿导轨插入安装在汽车或飞机的车内顶部的一段可活动式向前竖直或倒平的外保护筒里,向下接至一组增速齿轮接至发电机轴;车顶表面凹槽里设有小型直线电机其通过来回推拉与所述的外保护筒相接的活动连杆使车顶上方的活动式外保护筒竖直或放平;在使用时按照要求将车顶上方的竖轴向上向前竖起在其转动的叶片受风迎风位置,该叶片是快速充、放气的气囊结构;其发出的电力供电给初级从而驱动储能飞轮(3)旋转。
配用于汽车的空气压缩机将空气压入压缩空气箱、压缩空气从几个喷气口喷流而出冲击到固定地设在飞轮中部外表面的一圈凹槽里的呈斜形分布排列的叶片而推动飞轮(3)旋转;在飞轮表面设有许多个进气孔洞、此孔洞由飞轮的内部空气通道通到空气压缩机的吸气口周围的内气道出气口。
储能飞轮(3)的枢轴(4)的端部及其垂直面可外接几组可折转至90度的由高强韧的拉索组成的软轴而接至燃油型发动机的驱动轴并且受它驱动,构成包括燃油发动机动力的混合型电力动力装置。
汽车和飞机的固定安装在车顶硬结构表面的多个小的盒式网格里的光电池板单元,其下布设电流引线,其发出的电力供电给初级、驱动次级进而驱动储能飞轮(3)旋转和发电机(12)发电从而驱动负载,其发出的电力也可以与蓄电池电力一起直接驱动负载。

1.一种直线磁力直驱的储能飞轮混合型纯电力动力装置,其特征在于包括直线电机初级(1),带有与初级(1)相对着配置的直线电机次级(2)的圆筒形储能飞轮(3)及其轴(4),所述的储能飞轮(3)水平设置,其轴(4)经其多个支架或辐板(5)固定在圆筒形储能飞轮(3)两端筒体上,轴(4)的轴承座(6)固定在机架(7)上,所述的直线电机初级(1)通过初级安装座(8)固定在机架(7)上,所述直线电机初级(1)可对称安装在圆筒形储能飞轮(3)的两端的垂直面侧部,对着所述的直线电机次级(2),次级(2)包括铁板和铜板安置在飞轮(3)两端的垂直表面;蓄电池(9)供电给初级(1)从而驱动次级(2)连同圆筒形储能飞轮(3)一起旋转;飞轮(3)还被所设的风力发电机和太阳光能电池板发出的电力经由供电给直线电机初级(1)驱动设在飞轮表面的直线电机次级进而驱动飞轮(3)旋转;飞轮(3)还被该飞轮的旋转轴所驱动的空气压缩机的压缩空气气流推动设在飞轮(3)表面的一圈凹槽里的多个涡轮机叶片(10)而旋转;旋转的储能飞轮(3)经增速齿轮(11)带动发电机(12)发电并且以此发出的电力驱动负载如汽车的轮毂电机飞行汽车飞机的螺旋桨等等;蓄电池电力和光电池板的电力皆可以供电给初级(1)、也可以供电给负载和发电机发出的电力一起直接驱动负载。
2.如权利要求1所述的直线磁力直驱的储能飞轮混合型纯电力动力装置,其特征在于其为飞机配置的圆筒形储能飞轮(3)的内壁表面上设置有用于加速气流向后流出的几道自前向后的曲弧沟形状的螺旋气流通道。
3.如权利要求1所述的直线磁力直驱的储能飞轮混合型纯电力动力装置,其特征在于其配用于汽车和飞机的风力发电机是竖直轴发电型,其竖轴用手工方式往下沿导轨插入安装在汽车或飞机的车内顶部的一段可活动式向前竖直或倒平的外保护筒里,向下接至一组增速齿轮接至发电机轴;车顶表面凹槽里设有小型直线电机其通过来回推拉与所述的外保护筒相接的活动连杆使车顶上方的活动式外保护筒竖直或放平;在使用时按照要求将车顶上方的竖轴向上向前竖起在其转动的叶片受风迎风位置,该叶片是快速充、放气的气囊结构;其发出的电力供电给初级从而驱动储能飞轮(3)旋转。
4.如权利要求1所述的直线磁力直驱的储能飞轮混合型纯电力动力装置,其特征在于所述的配用于汽车的空气压缩机将空气压入压缩空气箱、压缩空气从几个喷气口喷流而出冲击到固定地设在飞轮中部外表面的一圈凹槽里的呈斜形分布排列的叶片而推动飞轮(3)旋转;在飞轮表面设有许多个进气孔洞、此孔洞由飞轮的内部空气通道通到空气压缩机的吸气口周围的内气道出气口。
