本发明公开了一种切食材装置,包括切菜筒,切菜筒一端开口、另一端的底部开设有传动孔,所述的切菜筒内套设有刀筒,刀筒的外壁上均匀设置有若干向外凸起的刀片,刀片与刀筒之间设置有通孔,切菜筒的内壁与刀筒的外壁之间距离较大,形成一个夹层,切菜筒的顶部设置有与其连通的送料筒,刀筒上连接有传动杆,传动杆的动力输入端由传动孔伸出到切菜筒的外部,切菜筒与送料筒连接处的内壁上设置有挡料块;有益效果:切菜筒内壁的挡料块可以挡住食材,增加切削效果,尽量防止食材碎削进入夹层间隙内;有韧性的食材碎削进入到该间隙内,因为夹层有较大的活动空间,可以防止食材和旋转的刀筒产生挤压摩擦,避免传动机构堵转,延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种切碎装置,特别涉及一种切食材装置。
背景技术
现有的同类型切食材装置,在处理韧性食材的时候,由于切菜筒内壁和刀筒外壁之间的夹层距离较小,经常会有一些食材碎削进入到该夹层中,食材碎削和旋转的刀筒产生挤压摩擦,导致刀筒堵转卡死,直接影响机器的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种切食材装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种切食材装置,包括切菜筒,切菜筒一端开口、另一端的底部开设有传动孔,所述的切菜筒内套设有刀筒,刀筒的外壁上均匀设置有若干向外凸起的刀片,刀片与刀筒之间设置有通孔,切菜筒的内壁与刀筒的外壁之间距离较大,形成一个夹层,切菜筒的顶部设置有与其连通的送料筒,刀筒上连接有传动杆,传动杆的动力输入端由传动孔伸出到切菜筒的外部,切菜筒与送料筒连接处的内壁上设置有挡料块;
所述的送料筒内套设有推料棒,推料棒的底部设置有若干凸起的定位筋;
所述的切菜筒和送料筒为一个整体结构,切菜筒的直径由开口端向另外一端逐渐减小;
所述的刀片在刀筒上倾斜设置,刀片与挡料块之间平行设置,刀筒在转动的过程中,刀筒上的刀片与挡料块之间相近但不接触;
所述的挡料块与切菜筒之间为一体结构或分体结构,挡料块的横截面的前端设置为一个尖角的形状;
所述的传动杆的内端为一个与传动杆垂直的传动盘,传动盘的前端均匀设置有一圈传动插接块,插接块径向突出于传动盘外缘,刀筒的内端部开设有与传动插接块对应的传动插接孔,传动插接块插接在传动插接孔内,插接孔呈梯形,传动盘转动后,插接块的突出部分卡紧在插接孔的梯形斜边上,防止刀筒脱落;
所述的送料筒的横截面成一个D字形。
本发明的有益效果:切菜筒内壁的挡料块可以挡住食材,增加切削效果,尽量防止食材碎削进入切菜筒和刀筒的夹层间隙内;一旦有韧性的食材碎削进入到该间隙内,因为夹层有较大的活动空间,可以防止食材和旋转的刀筒产生挤压摩擦,避免传动机构堵转,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种切食材装置,包括切菜筒1,切菜筒1一端开口、另一端的底部开设有传动孔,所述的切菜筒1内套设有刀筒2,刀筒2的外壁上均匀设置有若干向外凸起的刀片3,刀片3与刀筒2之间设置有通孔,切菜筒1的内壁与刀筒2的外壁之间距离较大,形成一个夹层4,切菜筒1的顶部设置有与其连通的送料筒5,刀筒2上连接有传动杆6,传动杆6的动力输入端由传动孔伸出到切菜筒1的外部,切菜筒1与送料筒5连接处的内壁上设置有挡料块7。
所述的送料筒5内套设有推料棒21,推料棒21的底部设置有若干凸起的定位筋22。
需要切削的食材由送料筒5内放入,通过推料棒21来压紧食材,传动杆6的动力输入端连接到电机,电机通过传动杆6带动刀筒2旋转,刀筒2上的刀片3即可在切菜筒1与送料筒5的连接处内部完成对食材的切削。切削过的大部分食材通过通孔留在刀筒2内部,部分碎屑掉入夹层,由于挡料块7和刀片3之间距离较小,可以挡住较大碎屑,使其顺利通过通孔进去刀筒2内部。
另外,由于切菜筒1与刀筒2之间设置有一个较大空间的夹层4,有效的防止了由于碎屑过多导致的刀筒2卡死。延长了产品的使用寿命。
所述的切菜筒1和送料筒5为一个整体结构,切菜筒1的直径由开口端向另外一端逐渐减小。切菜筒1内形成一个外宽内窄的空间,大部分切过的食材是通过刀筒2上的通孔直接掉入刀筒2内,由于刀筒2工作时有旋转力量,食材被甩出来,最后一片不规整的食材由于刀片3与挡料块7之间距离较小,也能被切削的更小,也能通过通孔直接掉入刀筒2内,只有很少的碎屑掉入夹层4内,由于夹层4容积较大,不会造成碎屑过多造成的卡死刀筒2的现象
所述的刀片3在刀筒2上倾斜设置,刀片3与挡料块7之间平行设置,刀筒2在转动的过程中,刀筒2上的刀片3与挡料块7之间相近但不接触。
所述的挡料块7与切菜筒1之间为一体结构或分体结构,挡料块7的横截面的前端设置为一个尖角的形状。
所述的传动杆6的内端为一个与传动杆6垂直的传动盘61,传动盘61的前端均匀设置有一圈传动插接块62,插接块62径向突出于传动盘61外缘,刀筒2的内端部开设有与传动插接块62对应的传动插接孔63,传动插接块62插接在传动插接孔63内,插接孔63呈梯形,传动盘61转动后,插接块62的突出部分卡紧在插接孔63的梯形斜边上,防止刀筒脱落。传动效果好,便于传动杆6与刀筒2之间的拆卸。提高了装配使用的效率。
所述的送料筒5的横截面成一个D字形,有效的防止了食材在送料筒5内转动。

1.一种切食材装置,包括切菜筒(1),切菜筒(1)一端开口、另一端的底部开设有传动孔,其特征在于:所述的切菜筒(1)内套设有刀筒(2),刀筒(2)的外壁上均匀设置有若干向外凸起的刀片(3),刀片(3)与刀筒(2)之间设置有通孔,切菜筒(1)的内壁与刀筒(2)的外壁之间距离较大,形成一个夹层(4),切菜筒(1)的顶部设置有与其连通的送料筒(5),刀筒(2)上连接有传动杆(6),传动杆(6)的动力输入端由传动孔伸出到切菜筒(1)的外部,切菜筒(1)与送料筒(5)连接处的内壁上设置有挡料块(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的送料筒(5)内套设有推料棒(21),推料棒(21)的底部设置有若干凸起的定位筋(22)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的切菜筒(1)和送料筒(5)为一个整体结构,切菜筒(1)的直径由开口端向另外一端逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的刀片(3)在刀筒(2)上倾斜设置,刀片(3)与挡料块(7)之间平行设置,刀筒(2)在转动的过程中,刀筒(2)上的刀片(3)与挡料块(7)之间相近但不接触。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的挡料块(7)与切菜筒(1)之间为一体结构或分体结构,挡料块(7)的横截面的前端设置为一个尖角的形状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的传动杆(6)的内端为一个与传动杆(6)垂直的传动盘(61),传动盘(61)的前端均匀设置有一圈传动插接块(62),插接块(62)径向突出于传动盘(61)外缘,刀筒(2)的内端部开设有与传动插接块(62)对应的传动插接孔(63),传动插接块(62)插接在传动插接孔(63)内,插接孔(63)呈梯形,传动盘(61)转动后,插接块(62)的突出部分卡紧在插接孔(63)的梯形斜边上,防止刀筒脱落。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种切食材装置,其特征在于:所述的送料筒(5)的横截面成一个D字形。
