The labor conditions of workers in manual spraying and manual spraying modes are slightly improved, but the spraying effect is still poor, spraying dead angles exist, spraying cannot be stopped in time in non-spraying areas, and antifreeze fluid is wasted. The automatic spraying system used at present is additionally provided with an automatic control part, the position of a carriage is measured by using double electric eyes, and the spraying liquid is subjected to the control spraying of the hooking and blocking part, so that the aim of saving the antifreezing liquid is fulfilled, the effect is better than that of manual spraying and manual spraying, but the defects of the design and the spraying effect of the antifreezing liquid spray head used at present still exist: 1) The nozzles cannot change angles, so that uniform spraying of the inner walls of the front end face and the rear end face of the carriage cannot be ensured; 2) In the spraying process of the existing spray head, in order to ensure the spraying effect, a large amount of antifreeze solution is gathered at the bottom of the empty carriage and flows out of the carriage along a gap at the bottom of the carriage, not only can cause corrosion to railway rails and influence the site standardization of a loading station, but also can cause the waste of antifreeze. The invention solves the problem that the existing antifreezing solution spraying device cannot change the angle of a nozzle, sprays dead angles and wastes antifreezing solution, and provides an antifreezing solution spraying device for a freight train.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the freight train antifreeze spraying device comprises a spraying frame body formed by connecting steel pipes connected with an antifreeze conveying pipeline, wherein two ends of the spraying frame body in the length direction are connected with side wall spray heads through ball rotary joints, the upper ends of the side wall spray heads are ends connected with the ball rotary joints in a penetrating way, the lower ends of the ends are closed, spray pipes penetrate through the ends, the lower ends of the spray pipes penetrate out of the lower end surfaces of the ends and are closed, a plurality of spray nozzles are annularly and uniformly distributed on the side walls of the parts, extending out of the lower end surfaces of the ends, of the spray pipes, and inclined downward conical sputtering plates are arranged below the spray nozzles; a guide plate is fixed on one side of the lower edge of the end close to the middle of the spraying frame body, and consists of a vertical baffle at the upper part and a circular arc guide plate at the lower part, which is inclined downwards and outwards (towards the outer side of the spraying frame body, namely one side of the side wall of the freight train); a plurality of middle spray heads are uniformly distributed in the middle of the spray frame body at intervals; the end structure, the spray pipe structure, the spray nozzle structure and the conical sputtering plate structure of the middle nozzle are the same as those of the side wall nozzle; the outer edge of the end head of the middle nozzle is surrounded with a horn-mouth-shaped splash guard. The side wall spray head and the middle spray head are connected with the spray frame body through the sphere rotating joint, and the angle of the spray head can be adjusted according to the requirement. The spray pipe lower ends of the side wall spray head and the middle spray head extend out of the end head lower end face to form annular uniform spray nozzles, and the conical sputtering plate is arranged below the spray nozzles, so that antifreeze is sprayed on the sputtering plate after sprayed out of the spray nozzles, and is sputtered outwards, and therefore spraying is more uniform, and the radiation area is larger. The side face of the end head of the side wall spray head is fixedly provided with the guide plate, so that the anti-freezing liquid sprayed transversely can be blocked and drained, and the anti-freezing liquid can flow downwards along the surface of the guide plate to the side wall and four corners of the freight train, so that the side wall and the four corners are prevented from forming spray dead angles. The outer edge of the end head of the middle spray head is surrounded with a horn mouth-shaped anti-sputtering plate, so that the anti-freezing liquid can be relatively concentrated and sprayed to a fixed angle, and the anti-freezing liquid can be prevented from being sputtered onto a side pipeline transversely, so that adjacent parts and pipelines are corroded.
The spray pipe is sleeved with a net-shaped atomization filter cover. The spray pipe is internally sleeved with the netlike atomization filter cover, so that the antifreezing solution sprayed out of the spray pipe can be atomized, the antifreezing effect can be realized by a small amount of atomized antifreezing solution, and the waste caused by using a large amount of antifreezing solution to soak coal is avoided. And the atomization filter cover can filter impurities or crystals in the antifreeze fluid, so that the spray nozzle is prevented from being blocked, and the spraying effect is prevented from being influenced. The lower end surfaces of the end heads of the side wall spray head and the middle spray head are screwed with adjusting nuts connected with the netty atomization filter cover. The adjusting nut adjusts the position of the netlike atomization filter cover, thereby adjusting the atomization degree of the antifreeze fluid. A spherical control valve is arranged in front of the spherical rotary joint of each pipeline of the spray frame body. Control valves are respectively arranged on the pipelines, so that the flow velocity and the flow quantity of the anti-freezing liquid sprayed by the pipelines can be respectively controlled according to the requirements, and the waste is avoided.
The invention has the following advantages: 1. the angle of the spray head can be adjusted according to the width of the freight train carriage and the cargo capacity; 2. the flow speed and the flow quantity of each spray head are controlled separately, so that the antifreezing solution is saved; 3. the atomization filter cover can atomize and filter the antifreeze, so that the antifreeze waste and impurities or the approach to the blockage of the nozzle can be avoided; 4. and the antifreeze fluid is uniformly sprayed, so that the phenomenon of spraying dead angles or a large amount of antifreeze fluid is prevented from accumulating and remaining at the bottom of a carriage.

The freight train antifreeze spraying device comprises a spraying frame body 1 formed by connecting steel pipes connected with an antifreeze conveying pipeline, wherein two ends of the spraying frame body 1 in the length direction are connected with side wall spray heads 3 through ball rotary joints 2, the upper ends of the side wall spray heads 3 are end heads 4 communicated with the ball rotary joints 2, the lower ends of the end heads 4 are closed, spray pipes 5 penetrate through the end heads 4, the lower ends of the spray pipes 5 penetrate out of the lower end faces of the end heads 4 and are closed, a plurality of spray nozzles are annularly and uniformly distributed on the side walls of the parts, extending out of the lower end faces of the end heads 4, of the spray pipes 5, and conical sputtering plates 6 obliquely downwards are arranged below the spray nozzles; a guide plate 7 is fixed on one side of the lower edge of the end head 4, which is close to the middle part of the spray frame body 1, and the guide plate 7 consists of an upper vertical baffle and a lower arc-shaped guide plate which is inclined downwards and outwards; a plurality of middle spray heads 8 are uniformly distributed in the middle of the spray frame body 1 at intervals; the end structure, the spray pipe structure, the spray nozzle structure and the conical sputtering plate structure of the middle nozzle 8 are the same as those of the side wall nozzle 3; the outer edge of the end head of the middle nozzle 8 a horn mouth-shaped splash guard 9 is enclosed.
