Preferably, a heat flow passage 19 for communicating the barbecue area 11 and the disk storage area 18 is arranged at the upper part of the front side of the main machine 1; the heat flow passage 19 may be designed as a circular hole net-shaped passage, and a part of the heat generated by the heater 13 heats the tray 4 on the tray storage section through the heat flow passage 19, so that the user can put the cooked food in the tray 4 for heating; or the user may put frozen raw food in the pan 4 for thawing. When the barbecue apparatus is provided with two trays 4, the tray 4 to be placed in the upper tray placing region 103 can be moved into the tray storage region 18 in the unfolded state of the barbecue apparatus; when the barbecue apparatus is provided with three trays 4, the three trays 4 may be placed in the upper tray placing section 103, the lower tray placing section 104, and the tray storing section 18, respectively; when the grill holding mechanism 12 is stowed, all of the trays 4 can be placed in the tray storage area 18. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the disk storage 18 is a placement groove formed on the upper side of the host 1, the rear side of the host 1 extends upward to form a rear blocking wall 1001, the front side of the host 1 extends upward to form a front blocking wall 1002, and the space between the front blocking wall 1002 and the rear blocking wall 1001 and the upper side of the main body 1 forms the disk storage 18; the disk storage area 18 is preferably sized to fit the disk 4 such that the edge of the disk 4 can be positioned above the front wall 1002 and the rear wall 1001; in order to prevent the disk 4 from sliding out to both sides, blocking structures may be disposed on both sides of the main body 1, preferably, the blocking structures are bent portions 1003 connected to the rear blocking wall 1001, and the blocking structures are disposed on both sides of the main body 1 near the rear side, so as to prevent the blocking structures from interfering with the movement of the movable frame 16.
Referring to fig. 8, the heater 13 preferably comprises a gas-fired heater (not shown) and a gas tank 1301, the gas tank 1301 is connected with the gas-fired heater through a gas pipe 1302, and the gas-fired heater preferably adopts a gas-fired infrared heater, so that the safety is better; the front side of the gas-fired heater is provided with a heat radiation plate 1303, the front side of the main machine 1 is provided with a heat radiation plate mounting port (not marked in the figure) matched with the heat radiation plate 1303, and heat generated by the gas-fired heater provides heat required by barbecue to the barbecue area 11 through the heat radiation plate 1303 and the heat radiation plate mounting port. Preferably, the front side of the main machine 1 is provided with a concave part, and the heat radiation plate mounting port is arranged in the concave part, so that the heat radiation plate can be prevented from being exposed on the front side of the main machine 1, and the safety of the equipment is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, as a preferred scheme, the gas cylinder device further comprises a rear baffle 6, one side of the rear baffle 6 is hinged to one side of the rear part of the main machine 1, the other side of the rear baffle 6 is connected to the other side of the rear part of the main machine 1 through a locking device (not shown in the figures), when one bottle of gas cylinder 1302 is used up, a user can open the rear baffle 6 and connect the gas pipe 1303 to a new gas cylinder 1301, and when both bottles of gas cylinder 1302 are used up, the user can replace the gas cylinder by opening the rear baffle.
Preferably, the main body 1 is further provided with a heat insulation plate (not shown) disposed between the gas-fired heater and the gas tank 1301 to prevent the gas tank 1301 from expanding due to heat of the gas-fired heater and exploding.
Referring to fig. 10 to 16, preferably, the grill 2 includes a handle 21 and a food holding device 22 connected to the handle 21, the handle 21 includes a connecting portion 2101, a holding portion 2102 and a sliding sleeve 2103, the holding portion 2102 is connected to the food holding device 22 through the connecting portion 2101, the food holding device 22 includes a first food holding device 2201 and a second food holding device 2202, a head end of the first food holding device 2201 is fixedly connected to the connecting portion 2101, the second food holding device 2202 is oppositely disposed at one side of the first food holding device 2201, a food holding space is formed between the first food holding device 2201 and the second food holding device 2202, and a tail end of the second food holding device 2202 is movably connected to the tail end of the first food holding device 2201, so that the second food holding device 2202 can be opened or closed around the connecting portion 2101 connected to the first food holding device 2201 in a turnover manner An object holding space; the sliding sleeve 2103 is sleeved outside the connecting part 2101 and can axially move along the connecting part 2101, one end of the sliding sleeve 2103, which is close to the food clamping device, is provided with a locking clamping groove 2131, and the outer side of the sliding sleeve is provided with a driving convex edge 2132, so that a user can conveniently contact the sliding sleeve 2103 and drive the sliding sleeve to move; the sliding sleeve 2103 moves towards the food clamping device 22 to enable the locking clamping groove 2131 to be clamped into the edge of the end portion of the second food clamping device 2202, so that the second food clamping device 2202 is locked, the sliding sleeve 2103 moves towards the holding portion 2102 to enable the locking clamping groove 2131 to be separated from the end portion of the second food clamping device 2202, so that the second food clamping device 2202 is unlocked, a user can directly lock and unlock the end portion of the food clamping device 22 by moving the sliding sleeve 2103, the user can conveniently and quickly place food to lock or unlock the food, and the grill 2 is more efficient.
Referring to fig. 10 and 12, as a preferred scheme, the first food holding device 2201 and the second food holding device 2202 are adapted in size, the locking slot 2131 is arranged in the middle of one end of the sliding sleeve 2103, and when the locking slot 2131 is matched with the end of the second food holding device 2202, the locking slot is adapted to be clamped into the edge of the end of the first food holding device 2201 and the edge of the end of the second food holding device 2202; the first food clamping device 2201 and the second food clamping device 2202 are baking nets, each baking net comprises an outer frame and an elastic metal net arranged in the outer frame, and when the locking clamping groove 2131 is matched with the end part of the second food clamping device 2202, the outer frame of the first food clamping device 2201 and the outer frame of the second food clamping device 2202 are clamped in the locking clamping groove 2131.
Referring to fig. 13, as a modification, the connecting portion 2101 includes a first connecting portion 2111 and a second connecting portion 2112, a distal end of the second connecting portion 2112 is fixedly connected to a distal end of the first food holding device 2201, a distal end of the second connecting portion 2112 is hinged to a distal end of the first connecting portion 2111, and the holding portion 2102 is connected to a distal end of the first connecting portion 2111; the sliding set 2103 is moved to be sleeved outside the hinged position of the first connecting portion 2111 and the second connecting portion 2112, so that the first connecting portion 2111 and the second connecting portion 2112 are locked, and the sliding set 2103 is moved to the side of the holding portion 2102 to be separated from the hinged position of the first connecting portion 2111 and the second connecting portion 2112, so that the first connecting portion 2111 and the second connecting portion 2112 can be folded; the first connection portion 2111 and the second connection portion 2112 are hinged, and the sliding set 2103 moves back and forth at the hinged position of the first connection portion 2111 and the second connection portion 2112 to realize folding and stretching of the grill 2, so that a user can fold the grill 2 when using the grill 2, further the length of the grill 2 is reduced, and the grill is convenient to carry and store.
As a modified scheme, an elastic resetting device (not shown in the figures) for resetting the sliding sleeve 2103 to one side of the food clamping device is arranged between the sliding sleeve 2103 and the holding part 2102; the user forcibly moves the sliding sleeve 2103 toward the holding portion 2102 and then moves the holding portion 2102 downward to complete the folding of the grill, at this time, the elastic resetting device is pressed, and in the folding state, the elastic resetting device cannot automatically reset due to the blocking of the second connecting portion 2112; when the user moves the grip 2102 upward to complete the expansion of the grill 2 coaxially with the connection portion, the sliding set 2103 will automatically return to the outside of the hinge between the first connection portion 2111 and the second connection portion 2112 due to the elasticity of the elastic deformation device; the function of the grill 2 is further enhanced by the use of a resilient return means.
Referring to fig. 15, the grip portion 2102 preferably has a groove 2121 at a middle portion of an end thereof near the first connection portion 2111, and the groove is used for inserting and installing a spring 2122 of the elastic restoring means.
Preferably, the end of the second food holding device 2202 is connected with the end of the first food holding device 2201 through a connecting device 2203, the end of the first food holding device 2201 is fixedly connected with the connecting device, and the end of the second food holding device 2202 is hinged with the end of the first food holding device 2201 through the connecting device.
Referring to fig. 11 and 14, preferably, a grill boss 2231 is provided at an outer side of the connecting device, the grill boss is used for supporting a grill 2, the grill 2 is placed on the above barbecue device by the grill boss 2231 and a sliding sleeve 2103, and since the meat food is generally tender at 70-75 ℃, a temperature detecting hole 2232 is provided at a middle portion of the grill boss 2231 for communicating an outer end of the grill boss 2231 with a food holding space in order to control a temperature of the food and to ensure a quality and a taste of the food.
Referring to fig. 16, it is preferable that the food temperature detecting device further includes a probe 2233, the probe 2233 has a length at least extending to a central position of the food holding space, and the probe 2233 can detect the temperature of the food through the temperature detecting hole 2232, so that the temperature of the central position of the food can be retrieved, and the temperature of the whole food can be detected more accurately; taking the steak as an example, the probe 2233 is adopted to penetrate through the temperature detection hole 2232 and further penetrate through the whole steak, so that the temperature of the temperature at the center of the whole steak can be clearly known, a user can better control the temperature of the food material during roasting, and the roasting quality of the food is ensured.
Referring to fig. 10 to 14, preferably, a through hole (not shown) penetrating through the entire sliding sleeve 2103 is formed in the middle of the sliding sleeve 2103, the first connecting portion 2111 penetrates through the through hole to be connected with the holding portion 2102, the sliding sleeve 2103 includes a sliding portion 2201 and a fixing portion 2202, the sliding portion 2231 is sleeved on the periphery of the fixing portion 2202 and can move relative to the fixing portion 2202, and the grill boss 2231 and the fixing portion 2202 cooperate to enable the grill 2 to be horizontally placed on the barbecue device in a force balanced manner.
The working principle of the invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 to 8:
when a user needs to use the barbecue equipment, the movable frame 16 can be stretched from the main machine to the direction of the barbecue area 11, so that the barbecue equipment is in an unfolded state, and the upper plate 4 is placed on the lower plate placing frame 102; a user turns on the heater 13 through the control area 14, the heater 13 starts to provide heat for the barbecue area 11, meanwhile, the user fixes food to be roasted on the grill 2 and places the food on the grill placing part 15 for heating and roasting, in the roasting process, oil secreted by the food can drip on the plate 4 of the lower plate placing frame 102, the user can wash the oil through directly washing the plate 4 on the lower plate placing frame 102, and the cleanness of the roasting equipment is ensured; while grilling food, a user may place the plate 4 on the upper plate placing frame 101 or the plate holding section 18, and at this time, the heat of the grilling section 11 heats the food in the plate 4. After the barbecue finishes, the user can promote the movable rack 16 from barbecue district 11 toward host computer 1 direction after barbecue equipment clean up to accomplish accomodating to barbecue equipment, whole process is simple and convenient, has promoted user experience greatly.
Variations and modifications to the above-described embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art, which fall within the scope and spirit of the above description. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed and described above, and some modifications and variations of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention. Furthermore, although specific terms are employed herein, they are used in a generic and descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation.
Claims (9)
1. A foldable open barbecue device, comprising a main body and a grill, characterized in that: a barbecue area and a grill supporting mechanism are arranged in front of the host, a heater is arranged on the front side of the host and provides heat required by barbecue for the barbecue area, two grill supporting mechanisms are arranged and oppositely arranged on two sides of the host, the grill supporting mechanism extends towards one side of the barbecue area, a grill placing part for placing the grill is arranged on the grill supporting mechanism, and the grill is placed in the barbecue area through the grill placing part of the grill supporting mechanism; the barbecue grill comprises a host machine and is characterized by further comprising a storage mechanism, wherein movable frames are arranged on two sides of the host machine, the inner end of the grill supporting mechanism is connected with the movable frames, the movable frames are connected with the host machine through the storage mechanism, and the movable frames can be pulled out to one side of a barbecue area or pushed to one side of the host machine for storage through the storage mechanism;
an upper plate placing rack is arranged above the barbecue area, a lower plate placing rack is arranged below the barbecue area, the upper end and the lower end of the movable rack respectively extend to the upper part and the lower part of the main machine, the upper plate placing rack comprises upper plate placing rack side parts which are oppositely arranged on two sides, and an upper plate placing rack front part which is connected with the front end of the upper plate placing rack side part, the rear end of the upper plate placing rack side part is connected with the upper end of the movable rack, and spaces in front of the upper plate placing rack side part, the upper plate placing rack front part and the; the lower disc placing frame comprises lower disc placing frame side parts which are oppositely arranged on two sides and a lower disc placing frame front part which is connected with the front ends of the lower disc placing frame side parts, the rear ends of the lower disc placing frame side parts are connected with the lower end of the movable frame, and a lower disc placing area is formed by the lower disc placing frame side parts, the lower disc placing frame front part and the space in front of the front side of the main machine;
when the upper disc placing frame and the lower disc placing frame are stored, the lateral parts of the upper disc placing frame and the lower disc placing frame are stored on two sides of the main machine, and the front part of the upper disc placing frame and the front part of the lower disc placing frame are close to the front side of the main machine.
2. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the accommodating mechanism is a sliding rail mechanism.
3. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the accommodating mechanism comprises rails arranged on two sides of the lower end of the main machine and a sliding part arranged on one side, facing the barbecue area, of the side part of the lower disc placing rack, and the sliding part is in sliding fit with the rails.
4. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the grill placing parts are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the grill bearing mechanism, and the grills are placed on the grill placing parts at different positions so as to adjust the distance between the grills and the heater.
5. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 1 or 4, characterized in that: the grill supporting mechanism is in a shape of a long strip plate, and the grill placing part is an arc groove formed in the upper side of the grill supporting mechanism.

The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the barbecue grill supporting mechanism comprises two grill supporting mechanisms, and is characterized by further comprising a barbecue grill plate, wherein the front ends of the two grill supporting mechanisms are oppositely provided with barbecue grill plate mounting holes, mounting bulges are arranged at the two ends of the barbecue grill plate, and the barbecue grill plate is placed on the grill supporting mechanisms through the mounting bulges and the barbecue grill plate mounting holes.
7. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 3, characterized in that: the device also comprises at least two plates, wherein one plate is placed on the upper plate placing frame; the other one is placed on the lower disc placing frame and is used for receiving oil generated by food during barbecuing.
8. The stowable open barbecue apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the host is provided with a disk storage area, and the disk can be placed in the disk storage area.
