Abstract
本发明的柴油机低温发动液,主要由三种原料混
合而成,A组分为15#机油,B组分为乙醚,C组分为
航空煤油,三组分的混合比为:1∶8∶10(份)。其中
可配入适量石油液化气作为喷发介质。本发明具有
无爆燃、无敲缸、不损害发动机,燃烧稳定,低温起动
效率高,便于携带和使用的优点。
Description
一种柴油机低温发动液,用于柴油发动机低温状态下迅速起动。
柴油机应用领域广泛,涉及工农业生产的运输、耕作和小型发电机等。但是柴油机在高寒、低温状态下,由于柴油不易被点燃而影响其正常起动。针对柴油机的这一特有问题,人们为了能够快速起动柴油机采用的传统方式就是将单纯乙醚(C4H10O)液体直接泼洒在柴油机进气口处,利用乙醚的低沸点、高闪点、低自燃点以促使发动机内的柴油燃烧,从而起动柴油发动机。这种单纯乙醚气体在引燃柴油起动柴油机时,在柴油机气缸内产生爆燃、敲缸的现象,同时使燃烧不稳定。这种方式虽然能够解决柴油机低温起动的问题,但其同时造成对柴油机的损害。
本发明的目的在于提供一种柴油机低温发动液,使柴油发动机能够在高寒、低温状态下易于起动,同时避免产生爆燃、敲缸损害发动机的缺陷,提高柴油发动机的起动效果和柴油在起动时的燃烧质量。
本发明的柴油机低温发动液,主要由三种原料混合而成。其中A组份为15#机油;B组份为乙醚溶液;C组份为航空煤油(1号喷气燃料)。A、B、C三种组份混合比为:
A∶B∶C为1∶8∶10(份)
实施例:由于A组份(15#机油)具有较好的润滑特性和机械物理特性,可增强柴油机初始的运转性能,作为起动缓冲剂;B组份的乙醚作为主要引燃介质;C组份(航空煤油)作为主要燃烧和作功原料,用以改变乙醚的爆燃特性,稳定起动初始的燃烧。将上述A、B、C三种原料按1∶8∶10(份)定量混合均匀后,装入一般密闭容器中。使用时将其喷洒在柴油机进气口处即可具有使柴油机低温状态快速平稳起动的特性。为了使本发明具有便于携带和使用的特点,可将其灌装入气压瓶内,并按气雾剂标准配入适量石油液化气,以石油液化气做为压力瓶内混合液体的喷发介质。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和特殊效果:
1、无爆燃、敲缸,不损害发动机;
2、燃烧稳定,低温起动平稳、效率高;
3、便于携带和喷洒使用。

1、一种包括乙醚混合而成的柴油机低温发动液,其特征在于,主要由三种组份混合而成:A组份为15#机油,B组份为乙醚溶液,C组份为航空煤油(1号喷气燃料),其A、B、C三组份的混合比为,A∶B∶C为1∶8∶10(份)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柴油机低温发动液,其特征在于:可在A、B、C、三组份的混合液体内配入石油液化气,作为其喷发介质。
