本发明公开了一种新型强制密封球阀,所述球体剖分为互相对称的a阀体和b阀体,所述a阀体和b阀体通过铰链连接,所述铰链5设有铰链轴,所述铰链轴安装在转柱上,所述转柱安装在阀体的转柱孔内,所述球体的顶部开有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽由两个对称的矩形槽和一个楔形槽组成,所述两个矩形槽分别安装在a阀体和b阀体的顶部,所述楔形槽设于a阀体和b阀体之间,所述楔形槽被a阀体和b阀体之间的剖面均分为两部分,所述楔形槽的斜壁设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽内设有滚动柱。本发明的技术目的在于提供一种具有双强制密封面、解决传统阀门容易泄露的问题、开关球阀力矩小、开闭阀门时阀座与球体摩擦小、使用时间更长的新型强制密封球阀。

Description

一种新型强制密封球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,特别是一种新型强制密封球阀。
背景技术
球阀问世于20世纪50年代,随球阀着科学技术的飞速发展,生产工艺及产品结构的不断改进,在短短的40年时间里,已迅速发展成为一种主要的阀类。在西方工业发达的国家,球阀的使用正在逐年不断的上升。
在我国,球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。它具有旋转90度的动作,旋塞体为球体,有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。
阀门是应用十分广泛的流体控制部件,具有导流、截流、调节、分流等作用。市场上常见的阀门通过旋转阀芯使阀芯与阀座接触而关闭阀门,由于多次开关阀门而使阀芯与阀座长期摩擦,很容易出现泄漏现象,而且普通球阀开闭所需要的力矩很大,即使阀芯与阀体没有多次开启,但也有可能出现密封不严的现象;在现有技术下,为了关紧阀门,在关闭阀门时而对阀门拧得过紧,造成阀芯对阀座的压力过大而使阀座严重变形甚至损坏,而频繁更换阀座是非常影响正常生产及工程进度;在输送低温介质时,由于低温的作用导致阀门的密封件收缩,使得阀门密封出现泄漏。
发明内容
针对上述球阀存在的不足,本发明的技术目的在于提供一种具有双强制密封面、解决传统阀门容易泄露的问题、开关球阀力矩小、开闭阀门时阀座与球体摩擦小的新型强制密封球阀,这种新型强制密封球阀能够使得密封更可靠、球阀的使用时间更长。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型强制密封球阀,所述新型强制密封球阀包括:阀体、球体及阀座,所述阀体内设有球体及阀座,所述阀体上固定安装有阀杆架,所述阀杆架内安装有阀杆,所述球体设有流道通孔,所述球体剖分为互相对称的a阀体和b阀体,所述剖面与球体的流道通孔垂直,所述a阀体和b阀体通过铰链连接,所述铰链5设于a阀体和b阀体的下部剖面上,所述铰链5设有铰链轴,所述铰链轴安装在转柱上,所述转柱安装在阀体的转柱孔内;
所述球体的顶部开有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽由两个对称的矩形槽和一个楔形槽组成,所述两个矩形槽分别安装在a阀体和b阀体的顶部,所述楔形槽设于a阀体和b阀体之间,所述楔形槽被a阀体和b阀体之间的剖面均分为两部分,所述楔形槽的斜壁设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽内设有滚动柱。
进一步地,所述球体的a阀体和b阀体的顶部分别设有两个柱体,所述a阀体和b阀体的两个柱体之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧为拉伸弹簧。
进一步地,所述阀杆底部的截面形状由一个楔形和两个对称的矩形组成,所述楔形设于两个矩形之间,所述阀杆的中部开有柱销孔,所述柱销孔内安装有柱销,所述柱销的两端安装有滚动环,所述滚动环外安装有螺母。
进一步地,所述阀体流道的轴心线与水平线存在夹角,所述阀体的进口流道轴心线与出口流道轴心线对称布置。
进一步地,所述阀体内设有的阀座的形状为圆环形,所述阀座端面与阀体接触的平面为斜平面,所述斜平面与垂直面存在夹角。
进一步地,所述设于阀体上的阀杆架开设有螺旋槽,所述阀杆架套在阀杆上,所述阀杆通过传动部件与手柄连接,所述柱销穿过阀杆的柱销孔与阀杆架安装,所述柱销两端安装的滚动环分别与螺旋槽内壁接触。
进一步地,所述阀杆架与阀杆之间设有填料,所述填料的截面形状为等腰三角形或等腰梯形。
进一步地,所述阀杆架上安装有滴水盘,所述滴水盘由盘面和盘管组成,所述盘管套设于阀杆架上,所述盘管上设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内安装有带有手柄的螺柱。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过将球体设为两部分,在球体的底部设有铰链,球体的顶部设有楔形槽,阀杆的底部设为楔形,使得阀杆向下压阀体的楔形槽时,a阀体和b阀体分别对阀座压紧,从而形成强制密封面,使得球阀密封;
2、通过将阀座端面与阀体接触的平面为斜平面,所述斜平面与垂直面存在夹角,使得球阀的a阀体和b阀体分别绕铰链转动对阀座进行压紧,使得阀门的密封更加严密、更加可靠;
3、通过在阀门的球体上设有弹簧,使得在打开阀门时,a阀体和b阀体能够靠紧,使得球体对阀座的摩擦更小,通过在球体的楔形槽内设有滚柱,使得阀杆在对楔形槽挤压后不会被卡在楔形槽内;
4、通过在阀杆架开设有螺旋槽,在阀杆上设有柱销,使得在通过转动手柄能够控制阀杆转动与上下移动,从而控制阀门的关闭与开启;
5、通过在滴水盘上的螺柱设有手柄,使得在转动手柄能够方便上下移动与拆装滴水盘的位置。

如图1所示的一种新型强制密封球阀,所述新型强制密封球阀包括:阀体1、球体2、转柱3、阀座4、铰链5、螺旋槽6、阀杆架7、阀杆8、柱销孔9、柱销10,所述阀体1内设有球体2及阀座4,所述阀体2上固定安装有阀杆架7,所述阀杆架7内安装有阀杆8,所述球体2设有流道通孔,所述球体2剖分为互相对称的a阀体和b阀体,所述剖面与球体2的流道通孔垂直,所述a阀体和b阀体通过铰链5连接,所述铰链5设于a阀体和b阀体的下部剖面上,所述铰链5设有铰链轴,所述铰链轴安装在转柱3上,所述转柱3安装在阀体1的转柱孔内;
所述球体2的顶部开有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽由两个对称的矩形槽和一个楔形槽组成,所述两个矩形槽分别安装在a阀体和b阀体的顶部,所述楔形槽设于a阀体和b阀体之间,所述楔形槽被a阀体和b阀体之间的剖面均分为两部分,所述楔形槽的斜壁设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽内设有滚动柱;
所述阀杆8底部的截面形状由一个楔形和两个对称的矩形组成,所述楔形设于两个矩形之间,所述阀杆8的中部开有柱销孔9,所述柱销孔9内安装有柱销10,所述柱销10的两端安装有滚动环,所述滚动环外安装有螺母;
其中,通过将阀体的球体设为a阀体和b阀体,a阀体和b阀体的下部通过铰链5连接,球体2的顶部开有楔形槽,阀杆8的底部设为楔形,使得球体2在阀杆8的作用下,a阀体和b阀体对阀座4挤压而形成强制密封,在球体2的顶部设有的矩形槽,在阀杆8的底部设有的矩形块,使得阀杆8能够控制球体2的转动,设有的滚动柱能够避免阀杆8被a阀体和b阀体卡住。
所述球体2的a阀体和b阀体的顶部分别设有两个柱体,所述a阀体和b阀体的两个柱体之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧为拉伸弹簧;
其中,在a阀体和b阀体的顶部分别设有两个柱体,在柱体间设有拉伸弹簧,使得a阀体和b阀体在分开后,能够在拉伸弹簧的作用下合拢,避免球体2与阀座接触,使得开/关球阀需要的力矩更小,球体2与阀座4之间的摩擦力更小,同时也使得阀座4更耐用,阀座4的硬度比球体2的硬度软。
所述阀体1流道的轴心线与水平线存在夹角,所述阀体1的进口流道轴心线与出口流道轴心线对称布置;
其中,通过将阀体1流道的轴心线与水平线存在夹角,阀体1的进口流道轴心线与出口流道轴心线对称布置能够使得在阀体1内安装阀座4时能够更方便地使得阀座4呈一定的角度。
所述阀体1内设有的阀座4的形状为圆环形,所述阀座4端面与阀体1接触的平面为斜平面,所述斜平面与垂直面存在夹角;
其中,通过阀座端面与阀体接触的平面为斜平面,所述斜平面与垂直面存在夹角,使得球阀的a阀体和b阀体分别绕铰链转动对阀座进行压紧,使得阀门的密封更加严密、更加可靠。
所述设于阀体1上的阀杆架7开设有螺旋槽6,所述阀杆架7套在阀杆8上,所述阀杆8通过传动部件与手柄连接,所述柱销10穿过阀杆8的柱销孔8与阀杆架7安装,所述柱销10两端安装的滚动环分别与螺旋槽6内壁接触;
其中,通过设有的螺旋槽6与阀杆8内的柱销10,使得转动手柄既能够控制阀杆8的上下移动,也能够控制阀杆8的转动,使得球阀的开/关更容易,操控更简单。
所述阀杆架7与阀杆8之间设有填料,所述填料的截面形状为等腰三角形或等腰梯形;
其中,通过在阀杆架7与阀杆8之间设有填料来对阀杆8密封,等腰三角形或等腰梯形的填料能够更好地对阀杆8密封,填料的截面形状设为等腰梯形。
所述阀杆架7上安装有滴水盘,所述滴水盘由盘面和盘管组成,所述盘管套设于阀杆架7上,所述盘管上设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内安装有带有手柄的螺柱;
其中,通过在滴水盘上的螺柱设有手柄,使得在转动手柄能够方便上下移动与拆装滴水盘的位置。

1.一种新型强制密封球阀,所述新型强制密封球阀包括:阀体(1)、球体(2)及阀座(4),所述阀体(1)内设有球体(2)及阀座(4),所述阀体(2)上固定安装有阀杆架(7),所述阀杆架(7)内安装有阀杆(8),其特征在于:
所述球体(2)设有流道通孔,所述球体(2)剖分为互相对称的a阀体和b阀体,所述剖面与球体(2)的流道通孔垂直,所述a阀体和b阀体通过铰链(5)连接,所述铰链(5)设于a阀体和b阀体的下部剖面上,所述铰链5设有铰链轴,所述铰链轴安装在转柱(3)上,所述转柱(3)安装在阀体(1)的转柱孔内;
所述球体(2)的顶部开有阀杆槽,所述阀杆槽由两个对称的矩形槽和一个楔形槽组成,所述两个矩形槽分别设于a阀体和b阀体的顶部,所述楔形槽设于a阀体和b阀体之间,所述楔形槽被a阀体和b阀体之间的剖面均分为两部分,所述楔形槽的斜壁设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽内设有滚动柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型强制密封球阀,其特征在于,所述球体(2)的a阀体和b阀体的顶部分别设有两个柱体,所述a阀体和b阀体的两个柱体之间设有弹簧,所述弹簧为拉伸弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型强制密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆(8)底部的截面形状由一个楔形和两个对称的矩形组成,所述楔形设于两个矩形之间,所述阀杆(8)的中部开有柱销孔(9),所述柱销孔(9)内安装有柱销(10),所述柱销(10)的两端安装有滚动环,所述滚动环外安装有螺母。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型强制密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)流道的轴心线与水平线存在夹角,所述阀体(1)的进口流道轴心线与出口流道轴心线对称布置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型强制密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀体(1)内设有的阀座(4)的形状为圆环形,所述阀座(4)端面与阀体(1)接触的平面为斜平面,所述斜平面与垂直面存在夹角。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型强制密封球阀,其特征在于,所述设于阀体(1)上的阀杆架(7)开设有螺旋槽(6),所述阀杆架(7)套在阀杆(8)上,所述阀杆(8)通过传动部件与手柄连接,所述柱销(10)穿过阀杆(8)的柱销孔(8)与阀杆架(7)安装,所述柱销(10)两端安装的滚动环分别与螺旋槽(6)内壁接触。
