本发明涉及一种貂绒兔绒干洗液的配制方法,现在国内不合格的洗涤护理产品,不好的洗涤护理方式等等,都会导致羊毛缩小变形,羊毛会越来越硬扎人,羊毛是动物蛋白纤维,脱离羊之后失去营养,慢慢会变得黯淡无光。本发明是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、茶树精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、双硬脂酸酯、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它是富含多种貂绒兔绒纤维所需的营养成分,令洗涤护理后的衣物蓬松柔软更细腻,舒适保暧更亲肤,延长貂绒兔绒衣物的使用寿命。

一种貂绒兔绒干洗液的配制方法
技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种貂绒兔绒干洗液配制方法。
背景技术
毛纱原料以羊毛为主,现在的毛衫的包容性非常大,不仅有毛类,还有其他化纤类品种的化学物品,还有特种动物毛,如骆驼毛、兔毛、山羊绒、牦牛绒等。毛衫质地柔软、弹性好,是比较理想的保暖服装,羊毛衫洗涤时,容易发生毡缩变形,所以须进行防毡缩处理,现在国内不合格的洗涤护理产品,不好的洗涤护理方式等等,都会导致羊毛缩小变形,长期使用常规洗衣液或都使用碱性洗衣液,羊毛会越来越硬扎人,羊毛是动物蛋白纤维,脱离羊之后失去营养,慢慢会变得黯淡无光,易发黄。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种富含多种貂绒兔绒纤维所需的营养成分,令洗涤护理后的衣物松软更细腻,舒适保暧更亲肤,延长貂绒兔绒衣物的使用寿命的貂绒兔绒干洗液配制方法。
本发明的貂绒兔绒干洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、 人参提取液 、茶树精油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、双硬脂酸酯 、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.5-1.6% 苦参提取物1.5-1.6% 野槐根提取物 1.1-1.2%
茶皂素 1.3-1.7% 当归提取液1.1-1.5% 人参提取液 1.2-1.4%
茶树精油1.4-1.5% 百合提取液 1.2-1.6% AES 5.9-6.5%
益生菌群 2.1-3.5% 丹皮酚1-1.2% 芍药提取液 1-2%
柠檬酸 1-1.7% 氨基酸1-2% 双硬脂酸酯 1.4-1.8%
氨基吡啶1-1.8% 酵素1.9-2.8% 醋酸 2.1-2.8%
香1.8-2.6% 水59.2-69.5%
b、配制工艺:
本发明貂绒兔绒干洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌22.6分钟,并配以当归提取液、 人参提取液 、茶树精油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在26.9°C左右均质搅拌7.6小时后,将容器恒温在26.8°C左右密封发酵19.5小时,再加入芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、双硬脂酸酯 、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.6小时,保持貂绒兔绒的蓬松柔软,然后恒温在29.6°C左右容器内静置19.3小时即为成品。
有益效果:
富含多种貂绒兔绒纤维所需的营养成分,令洗涤护理后的衣物蓬松柔软更细腻,舒适保暧更亲肤,延长貂绒兔绒衣物的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
本发明的貂绒兔绒干洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,茶树籽提取物1.5-1.6%、苦参提取物1.5-1.6%、野槐根提取物 1.1-1.2%、茶皂素 1.3-1.7%、当归提取液1.1-1.5%、人参提取液 1.2-1.4%、茶树精油1.4-1.5%、百合提取液 1.2-1.6%、AES 5.9-6.5%、益生菌群 2.1-3.5%、丹皮酚1-1.2%、芍药提取液 1-2%、柠檬酸 1-1.7%、氨基酸1-2%、双硬脂酸酯 1.4-1.8%、 氨基吡啶1-1.8%、酵素1.9-2.8%、醋酸 2.1-2.8%、香1.8-2.6% 、水59.2-69.5%,将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌22.6分钟,并配以当归提取液、 人参提取液 、茶树精油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在26.9°C左右均质搅拌7.6小时后,将容器恒温在26.8°C左右密封发酵19.5小时,再加入芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、双硬脂酸酯 、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.6小时,保持貂绒兔绒的蓬松柔软,然后恒温在29.6°C左右容器内静置19.3小时即为成品。

1.一种貂绒兔绒干洗液的配制方法,是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、茶树精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、双硬脂酸酯、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.5-1.6% 苦参提取物1.5-1.6% 野槐根提取物 1.1-1.2%
茶皂素 1.3-1.7% 当归提取液1.1-1.5% 人参提取液 1.2-1.4%
茶树精油1.4-1.5% 百合提取液 1.2-1.6% AES 5.9-6.5%
益生菌群 2.1-3.5% 丹皮酚1-1.2% 芍药提取液 1-2%
柠檬酸 1-1.7% 氨基酸1-2% 双硬脂酸酯 1.4-1.8%
氨基吡啶1-1.8% 酵素1.9-2.8% 醋酸 2.1-2.8%
香1.8-2.6% 水59.2-69.5%
b、配制工艺:
