Abstract
The invention provides a water-based epoxy primer for a heat-insulation decorative composite board, which consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A and the content thereof are as follows: 96.8-99.8% of waterborne epoxy resin, 0.1-2.4% of auxiliary agent and 0.1-0.8% of bactericide; the component B and the content thereof are as follows: 57.1 to 86.3 percent of curing agent, 13.3 to 38.1 percent of water and 0.4 to 4.8 percent of defoaming agent; when in use, the A, B components are mixed and stirred uniformly according to the ratio of 1: 1-3. The water-based epoxy primer for the heat-insulating decorative composite board is low in VOC content and more environment-friendly; the activation period is long, and the surface drying time is short; the freeze-thaw resistance is excellent; the adhesive force to the calcium silicate board and the middle coating is strong; and the production cost is lower. Overcomes the defects of long activation time, high cost, long drying time, poor freeze-thaw resistance and the like of the existing single-component primer and the existing water-based polyurethane paint.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based epoxy primer for a heat-insulating decorative composite board.
Background
the heat-insulating decorative composite board can achieve the same decorative effect as an aluminum plate and a stone material, has the characteristics of a curtain wall system and an outer heat-insulating system, is wide in application range, is simple and quick to construct due to the fact that a finished product (commonly called as a finished board) is produced in a factory, and has large market demand and market competitiveness. In the production process of the finished board, a layer of primer needs to be coated on the board of the panel in advance to ensure good adhesion of the middle coating or the finish to the panel and the board surface effect. Most of panel boards used by the existing heat-insulation decorative composite board are calcium silicate boards, and due to the porous structure and high water absorption rate, the board surface of the board cannot be directly coated with paint, so that the board needs to be subjected to sealing treatment by using primer.
However, the primers for finished panels place higher demands on their properties than conventional exterior wall primers. Although the prior art proposes that the traditional single-component water-based primer or water-based polyurethane with excellent performance is used as the primer, the water-based polyurethane paint has short activation period, high cost and long drying time (about 2 hours generally), the assembly line construction operation is difficult to realize, the hardness is high, the adhesion between the finish paint and the finish paint is poor, the finish paint can fall off in a large area after a freeze-thaw cycle, and the traditional single-component primer is more difficult to meet the requirement. The existing solutions mostly adopt oily UV penetrating primer, but the oily primer has a large amount of organic solvents, which causes high content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), pollutes the environment, causes great damage to human health, does not meet the requirements of environmental protection and green, and has high cost, so that the primer for the composite board of the heat preservation device, which is more environment-friendly and has low cost, is urgently needed.
Therefore, through scientific research and continuous research, the applicant invents an environment-friendly water-based primer which has the performance equivalent to that of an oil-based primer, has a long activation period, good adhesion to calcium silicate boards and middle coats, excellent freeze-thaw resistance and short surface drying time, is particularly suitable for assembly line construction operation, and can solve the defects of the prior art.

Therefore, the defects of long activation time, high cost, long drying time, poor freeze-thaw resistance and the like of the existing single-component primer and the existing water-based polyurethane paint are overcome, and the purpose of the invention is realized.
