Abstract

一种太阳能灯具包括太阳能板6、感应控制器3、蓄能控制盒8、蓄能控制盒安装架7、LED灯泡2、灯罩1、万向头10、11以及连接杆5和安装杆9构成,太阳能电池组件6与蓄能控制盒8电连接,蓄能控制盒8通过感应控制器3与灯具2电连接,感应控制器3可以将太阳能电池组件6产生的电能对蓄能控制盒8进行充电,给负载使用,该太阳能灯具还具备光控、时控和人体感应控制功能能判断天黑与天明,有人与没人,自动控制亮灯和熄灯或根据电池组电量情况自动调整、实现智能化,球连接的太阳能板能调整到各个角度接受阳光的照射,增加蓄电池的蓄电能力,增加使用寿命,灯罩可以根据不同使用条件而调整光照的角度,而不需要拆卸整个灯具从新安装,使之更具人性化。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能路灯照明设备领域,具体涉及一种LED太阳能路灯。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展和进步,太阳能作为一种可再生的环保能源逐渐被人类所掌握和利用,合理有效的利用太阳能已为人们所大力提倡,在现有技术当中也不乏有一些利用太阳能照明的设施,但是或多或少各种各样的技术难题,如:实用条件单一、电池使用寿命短、安全性能低、结构复杂造价成本高、以至于造成维护成本高工作效率低等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服以上技术难点和使用中的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、安装使用方便、使用寿命长的一种太阳能灯具,使之更具有人性化和智能化。本发明采用光控+时控+人体感应的模式,光线较弱时自动亮灯,四小时后转入人体感应模式,即人来即亮,人走延时灭灯。它还能能根据不同的时间段(太阳的照射方向不同),旋转太阳能板,使电池正常发电,从而解决因电池亏电,使用寿命短的现象,光照方向也能根据不同的使用环境进行调节。是农家大院、工厂大门灯场合的理想照明产品。
本发明提供一种太阳能灯具,所述太阳能灯具其特征在于:包括一太阳能板6、感应器3、蓄能控制盒8、蓄能控制盒安装架7、LED灯泡2、灯罩1、万向头10、11以及连接杆5和安装杆9构成。
所述太阳能板电池组件包括由玻璃外罩、衬底和组件边框组成的壳体,以及设置在壳体中的多晶硅电池片。
所述太阳能板6下方通过蓄能控制盒安装架7安装蓄能控制盒8,盒内安装有时控和光控控制模块以及外接的感应控制器3,使之更具智能化。
所述太阳能板下方与万向头10进行球连接安装,使太阳能板能调整到各个角度接受阳光的照射,增加蓄电池的蓄电能力,增加使用寿命。
所述万向头10、11与连接杆5成T形连接,连接杆5的上下两端分别连接万向头10和11,万向头10与太阳能板6球连接,万向头11与灯罩1球连接,连接杆5的另一端与安转杆9连接。
所述灯罩1上方与万向头11球连接,根据不同使用条件而调整光照的角度,而不需要拆卸整个灯具从新安装,使之更具人性化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该发明太阳能灯具包括太阳能板6、感应控制器3、蓄能控制盒8、蓄能控制盒安装架7、LED灯泡2、灯罩1、万向头10、11以及连接杆5和安装杆9构成。太阳能电池组件6通过与蓄能控制盒8电连接,蓄能控制盒8通过控制器3与灯具2电连接。感应控制器3可以将太阳能电池组件6产生的电能对蓄能控制盒8进行充电,给负载使用。
如图1所示,感应控制器3由单片机控制,充放电各参数点,温度补偿系数可以编程任意设定。感应控制器3提供了太阳能电池组件6反接保护、蓄电池反接、负载反接、电池过压、电池欠压、输入过载、输出过载、短路等多种保护。该感应控制器3还具备光控、时控和人体感应控制功能能判断天黑与天明,有人与没人,自动控制亮灯和熄灯或根据电池组电量情况自动调整、实现智能控制。
如图1所示,太阳能板6包括由玻璃外罩、衬底和组件边框组成的壳体,以及设置在壳体中的多晶硅电池片。
如图1所示,太阳能板6下方与万向头10进行球连接安装,使太阳能板能调整到各个角度接受阳光的照射,增加蓄电池的蓄电能力,增加使用寿命。
如图1所示,万向头10、11与连接杆5成T形连接,连接杆5的上下两端分别连接万向头10和11,万向头10与太阳能板6球连接,万向头11与灯罩1球连接,连接杆5的另一端与安转杆9连接。
如图1所示,灯罩1上方与万向头11球连接,根据不同使用条件而调整光照的角度,而不需要拆卸整个灯具从新安装,使之更具人性化。

1.一种太阳能灯具,其特征在于:该发明太阳能灯具包括太阳能板(6)、感应控制器(3)、蓄能控制盒(8)、蓄能控制盒安装架(7)、LED灯泡(2)、灯罩(1)、万向头(10、11)以及连接杆(5)和安装杆(9)构成,太阳能电池组件(6)与蓄能控制盒(8)电连接,蓄能控制盒(8)通过控制器(3)与灯具(2)电连接,感应控制器(3)可以将太阳能电池组件(6)产生的电能对蓄能控制盒(8)进行充电,给负载使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于:所述控制器采用光控+时控+人体感应的模式,光线较弱时自动亮灯,四小时后转入人体感应模式,即人来即亮,人走延时灭灯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于:所述太阳能板(6)下方与万向头(10)进行球连接安装,使太阳能板(6)能调整到各个角度接受阳光的照射,增加蓄电池的蓄电能力,增加使用寿命。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于:万向头(10、11)与连接杆(5)成T形连接,连接杆(5)的上下两端分别连接万向头(10)和(11),万向头(10)与太阳能板(6)球连接,万向头(11)与灯罩(1)球连接,连接杆(5)的另一端与安转杆(9)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能灯具,其特征在于:灯罩(1)上方与万向头(11)球连接,根据不同使用条件而调整光照的角度,而不需要拆卸整个灯具从新安装,使之更具人性化。
