本发明涉及离心风机技术领域,具体地说是一种新型开放式离心风机叶轮。
背景技术
离心风机叶轮的主要作用是:联接驱动轴,把驱动轴的能量转为叶轮的机械能,气流方向为轴向流入径向流出。一般离心风机叶轮含有轮毂、叶片、前盘和后盘,并通过通用联接方式(焊接、铆接)的方法得到成品。但是,这种离心叶轮会因为叶轮尺寸大小的不同和型号的不同而需要开不同的模具,且联接较为麻烦,因此,这种离心风机叶轮的缺点有:
1、零部件较多、制作较为复杂。
2、抽尘时易于积灰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供结构简洁、外形紧凑、制作简单、耐磨性好、强度高等优点的新型开放式离心风机叶轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型开放式离心风机叶轮,设有叶轮轮毂、叶轮叶片,在叶轮轮毂的径向均匀分布多个沿径向延伸的叶轮叶片叶轮叶片通过焊接方式联接在叶轮轮毂上,其特征在于所述叶轮叶片是由方形板状面以叶轮轮毂径向为轴心扭曲而成,使叶轮叶片形成扭曲的弧形面,有利于输送含有大量悬浮物的气体,达到抽尘快捷的作用,避免了叶轮叶片表面容易积灰的不足,同时,由于省去了前盘和后盘,节约了材料。
本发明所述叶轮轮毂直径D1与叶轮直径D2的比值为0.25-0.5:1,这种设定的比例关系,使通过流场气体的速度显著提高,有效提高叶轮效率、降低叶轮噪声。
本发明由于采用上述结构,具有结构简洁、外形紧凑、制作简单、耐磨性好、强度高等优点。

本发明所述叶轮轮毂1直径D1与叶轮直径D2的比值为0.25-0.5:1,这种设定的比例关系,使通过流场气体的速度显著提高,有效提高叶轮效率、降低叶轮噪声。
如附图所示,在制作时,叶轮叶片通过焊接方式联接在叶轮轮毂上,在叶轮轮毂的径向均匀分布多个沿径向延伸的叶轮叶片,叶轮叶片2通过焊接方式固定在叶轮轮毂1上。
如附图1所示,叶轮叶片与机壳前后侧板间隙b、叶轮轮毂直径D1与叶轮直径D2的比值(一般为0.25-0.5)、叶轮叶片的扭曲、弧形设计,通过流场分析计算,有效提高叶轮效率、降低叶轮噪声,叶轮为开放式,不但不易积灰,耐磨性好,而且,还很适合输送含有大量悬浮物的气体,叶轮零部件较少,具有结构简洁、外形紧凑、制作简单等优点。

1.一种新型开放式离心风机叶轮,设有叶轮轮毂、叶轮叶片,在叶轮轮毂的径向均匀分布多个沿径向延伸的叶轮叶片叶轮叶片通过焊接方式联接在叶轮轮毂上,其特征在于所述叶轮叶片是由方形板状面以叶轮轮毂径向为轴心扭曲而成,使叶轮叶片形成扭曲的弧形面。
