Abstract

本发明的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道克服了现有液态金属电磁泵体无法快速更换的弊端。本发明的主体部分包括两个不同直径同心的管道组成的泵沟双层通道，在双层管道的一个端头是封闭结构，在双层管道的另一端有流体的进(出)口和出(进)口，流体可以从双层管道中间夹层内依靠电磁泵提供的电磁力推动液态金属定向流动，通过改变电磁力的方向来控制液态金属的流动方向。

技术领域
本发明属于液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道结构另外的一种形式。
技术背景
目前，液态金属电磁泵的泵沟结构是进出口位于电磁泵的两侧，一侧作为流体的进口，另一侧作为电磁泵的出口，泵体通过泵沟管路焊接到系统管路上，当电磁泵体出现故障时必须破坏系统管路切下出现故障的电磁泵体，实施更换后需再次焊接到系统管路上。
本发明的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道的进出口位于电磁泵体的一侧，通过焊接连接到系统管路，当电磁泵体出现故障需要更换时，只需要把电磁泵体从另一侧取出，然后再从这一侧装入新的电磁泵体即可，不需要破坏系统管路就可实现快速更换。
发明内容
本发明的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道克服了现有液态金属电磁泵体无法快速更换的弊端。
本发明的主体部分包括两个直径大小不同的管道组成的泵沟双层通道，在外层管道的一个端头是封闭结构，在双层管道的另一端有流体的进(出)口和出(进)口，流体可以从双层管道中间夹层内依靠电磁泵提供的电磁力推动液态金属定向流动，通过改变电磁力的方向来控制液态金属的流动方向。

具体实施方式
液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道由外层管道[1]和内层管道[2]组成，在外层管道[1]的一端封闭焊接成型。在另一端引出电磁泵泵沟管道的进(出)口[3]和出(进)口[4]。

Claims (4)

1.一种液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道，其结构特征为：有两个直径大小不同的管道组成的双层流体通道，在外层管道的一个端头是封闭结构，在双层管道的另一端有流体的进(出)口和出(进)口，流体可以从双层管道中间夹层内依靠电磁泵提供的电磁力推动液态金属定向流动，通过改变电磁力的方向来控制液态金属的流动方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道的内层管道可以为感应电磁泵提供磁通路，其材质可用高导磁材料但不局限于此材料，可以在内层管道的内外壁覆盖各种耐金属腐蚀材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道的外层管道可以采用非导磁的各种耐金属腐蚀材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液态金属电磁泵泵沟管道的进口和出口的各种派生模式，内层管道和外层管道不局限于同轴安装。
