Abstract
本发明所涉及到的洋流发电机组齿轮箱弹性支撑,是在传统的齿轮箱弹性支撑基础上改进的新型弹性支撑。该新型弹性支撑在传统的齿轮箱弹性支撑基础上增加了衬套、压板和螺栓等部件。当需要将弹性支撑从齿轮箱扭力臂和框体之间取出时,可以将螺栓拧入压板的螺纹孔中,压缩弹性支撑。弹性支撑压缩到一定程度,就可以轻松将弹性支撑从齿轮箱扭力臂和框体之间取出。本发明所涉及到的弹性支撑在更换时,不需要利用吊车将齿轮箱从机舱内吊出,就可以在机舱内很快完成更换弹性支撑的工作。弹性支撑更换操作更加简便,而且节约了使用吊车的成本和更换的时间。

技术领域:
本发明所涉及到的洋流发电机组齿轮箱弹性支撑,是在传统的齿轮箱弹性支撑基础上改进的新型弹性支撑。
背景技术:
传统的洋流发电机组齿轮箱装配如图1和图2所示,齿轮箱(1)输入端由主轴承(2)支撑,主轴承(2)承受整个齿轮箱(1)的重量。弹性支撑(5)安装在齿轮箱扭力臂(3)和框体(4)之间,主要承受齿轮箱(1)工作时的扭转力矩。弹性支撑(5)采用的是橡胶和钢片复合的结构。
为保证弹性支撑(5)达到设计要求的刚度,弹性支撑(5)装配在齿轮箱扭力臂(3)和框体(4)之间时有一定的预压缩量。因此,如果弹性支撑(5)长期使用后发生损坏,无法直接从齿轮箱扭力臂(3)和框体(4)之间取出。一般需要利用吊车将齿轮箱(1)与弹性支撑(5)及框体(4)一起吊出机舱,才能重新更换弹性支撑(5)。因此弹性支撑(5)更换困难,更换成本高。
发明内容:
该新型弹性支撑在传统的弹性支撑基础上增加了衬套、压板和螺栓等部件。当需要将弹性支撑从齿轮箱扭力臂和框体之间取出时,可以将螺栓拧入压板的螺纹孔中,压缩弹性支撑。弹性支撑压缩到一定程度,就可以轻松将弹性支撑从齿轮箱扭力臂和框体之间取出。本发明所涉及到的弹性支撑在更换时,不需要利用吊车将齿轮箱从机舱内吊出,就可以在机舱内很快完成更换弹性支撑的工作。弹性支撑更换操作更加简便,而且节约了使用吊车的成本和更换的时间。

Claims (2)
1.弹性支撑外部增加衬套、压板和螺栓等部件的设计,该设计可保证不需要外部吊车将齿轮箱和弹性支撑吊出机舱,就可以方便更换弹性支撑。
2.将螺栓拧入压板的螺纹孔中,压缩弹性支撑,从而更换弹性支撑的方法。
