the first step is as follows: manufacturing a positioning mould on a construction site;
the second step is that: assembling a first circle of enamel plates on a positioning die in a segmented and ring-formed manner, wherein one side, provided with an enamel layer, of each enamel plate faces towards the inner side, placing a high-temperature-resistant sealing piece between the hem of the left and right adjacent enamel plates, and locking the hem on the adjacent enamel plate at the position of a through hole by using a bolt and a nut assembly;
the third step: installing a steel frame on the outer side of the enamel plate, and welding a fixing plate and reinforcing ribs on each enamel plate on the steel frame;
the fourth step: inspecting the inner surface of the enamel layer on the enamel plate, inspecting the damage of the enamel layer by using an electric spark detector and naked eyes, repairing the damaged part of the enamel layer by using a special enamel repairing agent, and detecting the repaired position again by using the electric spark detector after the special enamel repairing agent is cured;
the fifth step: filling acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant elastic sealant at the joint between the inner side surfaces of the left and right adjacent enamel plates, and plugging the gap at the joint by using the acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant elastic sealant;
and a sixth step: lifting the assembled first ring of enamel plates and steel frames by using a lifting tool, and taking anti-falling measures;
the seventh step: assembling a second ring of enamel plates on a positioning mould below the lifted enamel plate, repeating the second step to the fifth step, placing high-temperature-resistant sealing pieces on the folded edges at the upper ends of the second ring of enamel plates, locking and connecting the folded edges at the upper ends of the enamel plates and the folded edges at the lower ends of the enamel plates which are just assembled by bolts and nut assemblies, connecting a steel frame outside the enamel plates which are just assembled with a steel frame outside the enamel plates, filling acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant elastic sealant in the joints between the inner side surfaces of the upper and lower adjacent enamel plates, and plugging the gaps at the joints by the acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant elastic sealant;
eighth step: and lifting the assembled enamel plates, repeating the seventh step, and sequentially installing all the enamel plates and the steel frame from top to bottom.
2. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 1, characterised in that the outer surface of the base steel plate is provided with reinforcing ribs (12).
3. A frame type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 2, wherein the reinforcing ribs are L-shaped or T-shaped, and outer ends of the reinforcing ribs of the L-shaped or T-shaped structure are welded to the steel frame.
4. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 1, wherein the through-hole is a circular hole or a kidney-shaped hole.
5. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosive chimney according to claim 1, wherein the high temperature-resistant sealing piece is a gasket made of teflon or fluororubber and having elasticity.
6. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that an insulating layer (13) is further provided outside the inner tube, and a fixing member (14) is provided on the insulating layer and welded to the outer end of the reinforcing rib.
7. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosive chimney according to claim 1, wherein the electric spark detector has a detection voltage of 750V.
8. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 1, wherein the eighth step is followed by a ninth step of: and (4) installing a heat-insulating layer on the outer side of the enamel plate, and welding the fixing piece on the heat-insulating layer at the outer end of the reinforcing rib or on the steel frame.
9. A frame-type enamel plate anti-corrosion chimney according to claim 1, wherein the through holes in the second step are slotted holes, and the relative position of adjacent enamel plates is adjusted by adjusting the position of the bolt and nut assembly in the slotted holes.
