Abstract

本发明一种模板连接扣主要用于建筑工程领域模板连接,它不断连接方便,同时拆除也方便,它主要由L形连接块、连接快、轴B、轴A、齿轮、圆弧搭扣、手柄组成;其主要工作原理是:将模板B与模板A拼在一起,放下圆弧搭扣,圆弧搭扣绕轴B转动,圆弧搭扣最前端的轮齿先接触齿轮,转动手柄,手柄带动齿轮及轴A转动,逐渐将圆弧搭扣上的多个轮齿与齿轮齿合,由于圆弧搭扣上的多个轮齿离轴B的中心距离是逐渐变小的,这样就可以将模板A与模板B越夹越紧,同时圆弧搭扣施加给模板B向下的垂直分力和向左的水平分力,这种水平分力又将模板B的外侧面与L形连接块的内侧面夹紧;拆模板时,反向转动手柄,使圆弧搭扣与齿轮脱离,就可以拆除模板了。

已申请的发明专利“一种快捷方便的角构造柱模板”,专利号:2017100879629,需要一种“活接扣”,将两块模板连接起来,同时又方便拆除。
发明内容
本发明就是这种连接扣,它不断连接方便,同时拆除也方便,它主要由L形连接块(1)、连接快(2)、轴B(3)、轴A(4)、齿轮(5)、圆弧搭扣(6)、手柄(11)组成;L形连接块(1)与模板A(7)固定,连接快(2)与模板B(8)固定,轴A(4)与L形连接块(1)铰接,轴A(4)可以绕其铰接点转动,齿轮(5)套在轴A(4)上并与轴A(4)固定,手柄(11)的一端与轴A(4)固定,圆弧搭扣(6)的上端有圆孔(9),圆弧搭扣(6)的下端内弧面有多个轮齿(10),轴B(3)的一端与连接快(2)的侧面固定,轴B(3)穿过圆弧搭扣(6)的圆孔(9),圆弧搭扣(6)可以绕轴B(3)转动;本发明的主要工作原理是:将模板B(8)的下端抵住模板A(7)的内表面,并将模板B(8)的外侧面紧贴L形连接块(1),放下圆弧搭扣(6),圆弧搭扣(6)绕轴B(3)转动,圆弧搭扣(6)最前端的轮齿(10)先接触齿轮(5),转动手柄(11),手柄(11)带动齿轮(5)及轴A(4)转动,逐渐将圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)与齿轮(5)齿合,由于圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)离轴B(3)的中心距离是逐渐变小的,这样就可以将模板A(7)与模板B(8)越夹越紧,同时圆弧搭扣(6)施加给模板B(8)向下的垂直分力和向左的水平分力,这种水平分力又将模板B(8)的外侧面与L形连接块(1)的内侧面夹紧;拆模板时,反向转动手柄(11),使圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)与齿轮(5)脱离,就可以很方便地拆除模板了。

1.一种模板连接扣,其特征是:它主要由L形连接块(1)、连接快(2)、轴B(3)、轴A(4)、齿轮(5)、圆弧搭扣(6)、手柄(11)组成;L形连接块(1)与模板A(7)固定,连接快(2)与模板B(8)固定,轴A(4)与L形连接块(1)铰接,轴A(4)可以绕其铰接点转动,齿轮(5)套在轴A(4)上并与轴A(4)固定,手柄(11)的一端与轴A(4)固定,圆弧搭扣(6)的上端有圆孔(9),圆弧搭扣(6)的下端内弧面有多个轮齿(10),轴B(3)的一端与连接快(2)的侧面固定,轴B(3)穿过圆弧搭扣(6)的圆孔(9),圆弧搭扣(6)可以绕轴B(3)转动;本发明的主要工作原理是:将模板B(8)的下端抵住模板A(7)的内表面,并将模板B(8)的外侧面紧贴L形连接块(1),放下圆弧搭扣(6),圆弧搭扣(6)绕轴B(3)转动,圆弧搭扣(6)最前端的轮齿(10)先接触齿轮(5),转动手柄(11),手柄(11)带动齿轮(5)及轴A(4)转动,逐渐将圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)与齿轮(5)齿合,由于圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)离轴B(3)的中心距离是逐渐变小的,这样就可以将模板A(7)与模板B(8)越夹越紧,同时圆弧搭扣(6)施加给模板B(8)向下的垂直分力和向左的水平分力,这种水平分力又将模板B(8)的外侧面与L形连接块(1)的内侧面夹紧;拆模板时,反向转动手柄(11),使圆弧搭扣(6)上的多个轮齿(10)与齿轮(5)脱离,就可以很方便地拆除模板了。
