Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of buildings, and particularly relates to an automatic protection device for basement water buoyancy pressure relief.
Background
At present, the anti-floating design in China mainly adopts an anti method, namely the highest anti-floating water level is determined, and the difference value of the self weight of the structure and the water buoyancy is used for preventing the basement structure from floating upwards by adopting an anti-floating pile, an anti-floating anchor rod or a mode of adding a balance weight. For underground structural engineering with deeper burial depth and higher anti-floating water level, the anti-floating design is an important component of the structural design. However, once the anti-floating member fails for some reason, the basement is caused to float up, compromising the structural safety. The patent of 'a novel basement drainage anti-floating system' (application number 201620108232.3) applied by the company also refers to a safety valve for resisting the failure of a floating component, but the specific structure and accessories of the safety valve are not designed and are not detailed.
Therefore, there is a need for further improvement of the "secondary safety" device, which prevents the conventional structural anti-floating measures from being out of order, ensures that the basement does not float upward, and avoids the serious potential safety hazard of the structure with lower cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the defects of the prior art are overcome, the automatic protection device for the water buoyancy pressure relief of the basement is developed, and the problem of anti-floating failure of the basement is safely and economically solved.
The technical scheme is as follows: a basement water buoyancy pressure relief automatic protection device comprises a safety valve, a water pressure display instrument, a manual valve, a control switch and a water pipe, wherein the water inlet end of the water pipe is connected with a natural soil layer, and the water outlet end of the water pipe is arranged in a valve well or a water collecting well of a basement; the safety valve, the manual valve, the water pressure display instrument and the control switch are all arranged on the water pipe and are positioned in the valve well or the water collecting well; and the water inlet end of the water pipe is provided with an underground water filter screen.
The safety valve is a one-way water pressure valve, and the switch is controlled by the sensed internal and external pressure difference, so that the safety valve can be automatically opened when the water pressure of underground water in the water pipe exceeds a preset value, and the underground water in the water pipe enters a valve well or a water collecting well from a water outlet end; when the positive water pressure at the upper part of the safety valve in the valve well or the water collecting well reaches a certain value, the safety valve is automatically closed.
The manual valve is installed at the front end of the safety valve through the three-way joint, is in a closed state under general conditions, can be manually opened under special conditions, and at the moment, underground water directly flows into the valve well or the water collecting well through the manual valve and does not pass through the safety valve any more.
The control switch is a manual switch and can be closed emergently when needed, and water can be blocked from entering the safety valve by manually closing the control switch when the water pressure does not reach a preset value but the safety valve is also opened automatically.
The water pressure display instrument is an instrument for recording and displaying the water pressure in the water pipe.
The water pipe is made of stainless steel or brass and has strong corrosion resistance and durability.
The underground water filter screen has a filtering effect and prevents sand, soil and slurry in the soil layer from entering the water pipe to block the safety valve;
preferably, still can set up valve well lid above the valve well, damage inside relief valve when avoiding basement normal use at ordinary times.
Preferably, the water pipe is 80mm in pipe diameter, and the measurable range of the pressure value of the water pressure display instrument is 0-0.16 Mpa.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention realizes the function of 'two-way defense' to the anti-floating failure of the basement by adopting a pressure relief mode through the combined action of the safety valve, the manual valve and the control switch, and ensures that the basement structure is not damaged by water buoyancy.
