The invention discloses a high water level water retaining device, which comprises at least one water retaining unit, wherein the water retaining unit comprises a base (1) provided with a water storage cavity (3) and a panel (2) with the rear end hinged with the base (1), a floating plate (4) is arranged on the lower surface of the panel (2), the floating plate (4) is accommodated in the water storage cavity (3) when the panel (2) is covered with the base (1), a water inlet (5) communicated with the water storage cavity (3) and the front space of the water retaining device is arranged on the base (1), and the panel (2) is formed by longitudinally splicing at least two sub-plates (21 and 22) with the same width; sealing rubber strips (23) are arranged between the sub-boards (21 and 22) which are longitudinally spliced, and the adjacent sub-boards (21 and 22) are fixedly connected through a plurality of bolts. The high water level water retaining device is small in processing difficulty and low in production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water retaining equipment at an opening of an underground building, and particularly relates to a high-water-level water retaining device with low processing difficulty and low production cost.
Background
The rainwater is blocked in time outside the opening of an underground building, such as an underground garage, and the rainwater is an effective measure for preventing vehicles and properties in the underground building from being flooded due to rainstorm and extra-large rainstorm to cause huge loss.
The Chinese invention patent application 'modularized automatic water retaining device' (application number: 201610078353.2, published: 2016.5.4) discloses a modularized automatic water retaining device, which comprises more than two automatic water retaining units arranged in parallel, wherein each automatic water retaining unit comprises a base provided with a water storage cavity and a panel, the rear end of the panel is hinged with the base, and a floating plate is arranged below the panel. After the water from the front enters the water storage cavity of the base, the water generates upward buoyancy to the floating plate, so that the front end of the panel is opened to prevent the water retaining flow from passing through the water retaining device.
In order to reduce the weight of the panel to ensure the flexible opening and bear the repeated rolling of a vehicle, the panel is usually produced and processed by a die-casting aluminum process by using an aluminum alloy material with light weight and high strength. The height of each panel is not more than 60cm, limited by the production process. Thereby limiting the water retaining height of the water retaining device.
In order to increase the water retaining height of the water retaining device, when the height of a single panel cannot be increased, a method of longitudinally splicing a plurality of panels is conceivable. However, special welding equipment and a special welding process are needed for welding the die-casting aluminum alloy materials, welding quality is difficult to guarantee, requirements on equipment and personnel are high, and production cost is greatly increased.
Therefore, the prior art has problems: in order to increase the water retaining height of the water retaining device, a plurality of panels are longitudinally spliced, so that the production cost and the difficulty are greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high water level water retaining device which is small in processing difficulty and low in production cost.
The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:
a high water level water retaining device comprises at least one water retaining unit, wherein the water retaining unit comprises a base and a panel, the base is provided with a water storage cavity, the rear end of the panel is hinged to the base, a floating plate is arranged on the lower surface of the panel, when the panel is covered with the base, the floating plate is accommodated in the water storage cavity, a water inlet hole which is communicated with the water storage cavity and the front space of the water retaining device is formed in the base, and the panel is formed by longitudinally splicing at least two sub-plates with the same width; and adjacent daughter boards are fixedly connected by a plurality of bolts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:
1. the processing difficulty is small, the production cost is low: the adjacent daughter boards are fixedly connected by the bolts, the casting process of a single daughter board is not changed, the high requirements of the welding process of adjacent aluminum alloy materials on equipment and welding technology are avoided, the processing difficulty is reduced, the production cost is saved, and the water retaining height of the water retaining device is increased.
2. The adaptability is good: the sealing strips are clamped between the adjacent daughter boards, and the adjacent daughter boards are not rigidly connected, so that certain deformation can be borne, and the bearing capacity can be conveniently transferred to the base.

The panel in the figure is formed by longitudinally splicing two daughter boards with the same width, the cover plate is attached to the upper surface of the panel, and the two daughter boards are fixedly connected with the cover plate.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the high water level water retaining device of the invention comprises at least one water retaining unit, wherein the water retaining unit comprises a base 1 provided with a water storage cavity 3 and a panel 2, the rear end of the panel is hinged with the base 1, the lower surface of the panel 2 is provided with a floating plate 4, when the panel 2 is covered with the base 1, the floating plate 4 is accommodated in the water storage cavity 3, the base 1 is provided with a water inlet 5 communicating the water storage cavity 3 with the front space of the water retaining device, and the panel 2 is formed by longitudinally splicing at least two daughter boards 21 and 22 with the same width.
A sealing rubber strip 23 is arranged between the sub-boards 21 and 22 which are longitudinally spliced, and the adjacent sub-boards 21 and 22 are fixedly connected through a plurality of bolts. On one hand, water leakage is prevented, and on the other hand, when the height of the baffle is too high, the base can easily meet the requirement of flatness even if the baffle is stressed unevenly.
The adjacent sub-plates 21 and 22 are fixedly connected by the bolts, the casting process of a single sub-plate is not changed, the high requirements of the welding process of the adjacent aluminum alloy materials on equipment and the welding technology are avoided, the processing difficulty is reduced, the production cost is saved, and the water retaining height of the water retaining device is increased.
The number of the sub-boards 21 and 22 can be freely increased and decreased by taking the upper limit of the height of a single sub-board in the cast aluminum process as a modulus, and the method is flexible to use and strong in adaptability. The sealing strips 23 are clamped between the adjacent sub-boards 21 and 22, are not rigidly connected, can bear certain deformation, and are convenient for transmitting the bearing force to the base 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the floating plate 4 is separately arranged on the lower surface of each sub-plate 21 and 22.
The lower surfaces of the sub-plates 21 and 22 are respectively provided with the floating plate 4, so that the floating plate 4 is not too long and narrow, the foaming production of the floating plate 4 is facilitated on one hand, and the strength of the floating plate 4 can be improved on the other hand.
When the adjacent sub-boards 21 and 22 are fixedly connected in place by bolts, the nuts are welded and fixed with the screws. Therefore, the adjacent sub-boards 21 and 22 are permanently integrated, and the looseness between the sub-boards 21 and 22 after the panel is repeatedly rolled can be effectively prevented.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the cover plate comprises a cover plate 6 which is integrally formed, wherein the cover plate 6 is attached to the upper surfaces of the sub-plates 21 and 22 through a plurality of rivets, so that the splicing strength of the sub-plates 21 and 22 can be greatly increased.
The cover plate 6 is made of a steel plate or a stainless steel plate, and the cover plate 6 is provided with anti-skid holes to realize anti-skid.
When the cover plate 6 is worn, only the cover plate 6 needs to be replaced, and the panel does not need to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is reduced, and the service life of the whole water retaining device is prolonged.
