本发明涉及生活用纸领域,公开了一种餐巾纸,该餐巾纸按照重量份计由以下原料制成:纸浆270‑300份、鲸蜡醇12‑15份、椰子油衍生物4‑7份、橄榄油3‑6份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5‑8份、α‑磺基单羧酸酯3‑5份、纳米氧化锌2‑3份、氧化石墨烯2‑3份、无患子果皮提取物0.2‑0.5份、植物提取液10‑15份,本发明制得的餐巾纸不添加香精、荧光剂,具有天然的香气,并且具有消毒抗菌、抗过敏的功效,漂白使用的试剂均无毒害,并且可快速降解,不会造成垃圾污染,纸浆混合成分使得纤维品质特别优良,质地细腻、紧密、韧性好、亲肤性好,并且不起皱、耐水、耐撕裂。

本发明涉及生活用纸领域,具体涉及一种餐巾纸。
背景技术
餐巾纸有干餐巾纸和湿餐巾纸之分,而我们平时常用的是干餐巾纸,已用来代替手帕或毛巾,名称也是多种多样,如手帕纸、面巾纸、餐巾纸、擦手纸、香巾纸、纸巾等。它们都是以皱纹纸为原料制成,包装也各异,有袋装、盒装、筒装、卷装等。这类产品都不经过消毒处理,只要生产环境与原料清洁卫生,产品完全可以达到国家规定的卫生要求。所以在购买时一定要选择有卫生许可证并标明厂名、厂址、生产日期与保质期的产品,而不要贪图便宜,选择地下加工厂生产地产品。一般来说,这类产品适用于清洁面部与手以及其他物品,但不能用于清洁消毒餐具,此外,这类产品的质量差异很大,根据质检部门的检测,现有普通工艺制作的餐巾纸带有各种真菌、大肠杆菌、结核菌、肝炎病毒等,易引发肠炎、伤寒、痢疾、肝炎等病症。除了这些细菌会对人体造成危害,生产者在生产过程中还会添加漂白剂,其中含有致癌的化学物质,例如荧光增白剂中就含有重金属镉,会对血液系统造成损伤并损害记忆力,且现有的餐巾纸降解速度缓慢,对垃圾的处理以及环境的整治带来很大的困难。
发明内容
为了避免出现背景技术出现的问题,本发明在造纸源头上控制原料以及制剂的使用,得到了一种具有抗菌、抗过敏功效的无公害餐巾纸。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种餐巾纸,该餐巾纸按照重量份计由以下原料制成:纸浆270-300份、鲸蜡醇12-15份、椰子油衍生物4-7份、橄榄油3-6份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-8份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3-5份、纳米氧化锌2-3份、氧化石墨烯2-3份、无患子果皮提取物0.2-0.5份、植物提取液10-15份,所述植物提取液包含:天竺葵提取液、橘子皮提取液、薰衣草提取液、依兰提取物、黄连提取液、芦荟提取液、白芷提取液。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述纸浆是由木片蒸煮、萃取纤维制成的原生浆,其中含有0.3-0.5%的罗布麻浆液,罗布麻浆液中木质素及纤维素含量高,含有的黄酮衍生物有抑菌和杀菌的作用。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,称取上述重量份的氧化石墨烯溶于50-60倍体积的去离子水中,超声分散15-20分钟后,加入新制备的纳米氧化锌,在70-80℃下混合均匀,搅拌40-60分钟,然后转移至水热反应釜中,230-240℃反应22-24小时,得到产物,加入到纸浆中,使得制备得到的餐巾纸具有快速彻底降解的功能特点。

本发明的有益效果:本发明制得的餐巾纸不添加香精、荧光剂,具有天然的香气,并且具有消毒抗菌、抗过敏的功效,漂白使用的试剂均无毒害,并且可快速降解,不会造成垃圾污染,纸浆混合成分使得纤维品质特别优良,质地细腻、紧密、韧性好、亲肤性好,并且不起皱、耐水、耐撕裂,抑菌率达到99.9%,降解率达到100%,降解速度提高了15-20倍。

将使用本发明的方法制得的餐巾纸与现有市场上购买的餐巾纸(作为对照组)相比,进行抗菌以及降解试验,将试验结果记录如表1所示。

通过比较可以明显看出:本发明具有超强的抗菌抑菌效果,几乎不给细菌存活的余地,同时降解率达到100%,降解速度是现有技术的十几倍,并且本发明制得的餐巾纸亲肤性极好,香气怡然,具有提神解乏消暑的功效。

1.一种餐巾纸,其特征在于,该餐巾纸按照重量份计由以下原料制成:纸浆270-300份、鲸蜡醇12-15份、椰子油衍生物4-7份、橄榄油3-6份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5-8份、α-磺基单羧酸酯3-5份、纳米氧化锌2-3份、氧化石墨烯2-3份、无患子果皮提取物0.2-0.5份、植物提取液10-15份,所述植物提取液包含:天竺葵提取液、橘子皮提取液、薰衣草提取液、依兰提取物、黄连提取液、芦荟提取液、白芷提取液。
