Abstract
本发明属于精细化工领域,具体来说是涉及一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露配方及其配制方法。皂荚具有良好的洗护能力,我国自古就应用皂荚作为天然洗护剂,本发明将皂荚皂素与其他表面活性剂和调理剂等进行复配,在保证成本较低且对人体无副作用、对环境友好等优点的前提下,更可以对头皮起到养护作用。本发明提供了皂荚皂素在洗发露中的应用,并设计了一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露配方及其配制方法,并通过多种实验证明该洗发露使用效果佳,符合市场需求,具有实际生产应用潜力。

技术领域
本发明属于精细化工领域,具体来说是涉及一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露配方及其配制方法。
背景技术
皂荚(Gleditsia sinensis Lam.)是豆科皂荚属植物,约有16种,广泛分布于世界各地,其中以中国皂荚分布最广,属于我国的特有种,覆盖东南、西南、西北大部分地区。皂荚树多生于平原、山谷及丘陵地区,性喜光而稍耐荫,喜欢温暖湿润气候,亦耐寒冷和干旱,能在石灰岩山地及石灰质土壤上生长,也能在轻盐碱地上长成大树,寿命长达六七百年。皂荚树的果实皂荚,又称皂角,富含皂素、酚类、氨基酸,此外还含蜡醇、正二十七烷、二十九烷、谷甾醇、豆甾醇、鞣质等多种成分,其中以皂素含量最为丰富,不仅具有良好的去污能力和起泡性,而且可以杀菌、去屑,促进皮肤血液循环,可用作贴身衣物、皮肤、头发以及食品餐具的清洁,是一种天然表面活性成分,可广泛应用于日化及洗涤用品领域。
“皂素”一词由英文名Saponin意译而来,又被称为皂苷、皂甙等,是一类苷元为三萜或螺旋甾烷的苷类化合物,由皂素元与糖体构成。糖链包括一个或多个线性寡糖,其链长从 2 到 5 个糖单位不等;皂素元(27 碳甾醇或 30 碳三萜)中含有一个多环系统。早在古代,皂荚皂素的洗护功效就已经被发现,我国自古就有用皂荚煮水来洗发、洗衣的习俗。如今,许多符合消费趋势的天然原料逐渐被挖掘使用,作为功效显著的天然洗护植物原料,皂荚急需更深层次的开发利用。传统皂荚提取物,未经纯化和脱色,成分复杂、颜色较深、稳定性差,添加到配方中使用后,未对其起泡性、洗涤能力、使用体验等指标做出评价。经过提取工艺的改良和优化,皂荚皂素为浅黄色粉末,纯度为98.6%,稳定性好,水溶性较好,无异味。结合成本考虑,将皂荚皂素复配到日化洗涤产品中,探究其各种指标,为含皂荚皂素的日化产品开发提供参考。
此外,随着如今社会大环境对环保的较高要求,消费者在选购洗涤用品时,环保指标也是购买重要关注点,然而目前市场上的洗护产品种多添加乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA),EDTA虽然是一种理想的络合剂,能与多数金属形成络合物,被广泛应用于洗涤剂生产工业中,但在环境中难以被生物降解,我国《洗涤类产品 环保产品认证技术要求》明确规定餐具洗涤剂、个人卫生洗涤剂和居家用洗涤剂产品不得添加EDTA。
发明内容
本发明充分结合皂荚的应用历史及实际优势,针对目前国内市场缺少系统有效的皂荚洗涤类产品,提出一种安全可靠的洗发露配方及其配制方法。本配方所得洗发露具有去污力好、柔顺度气味宜人、成本较低、稳定性高且洗涤能力较强的特点,受试者反馈普遍较好。此外,鉴于EDTA的可能环境风险,本配方选用可生物降解的螯合剂谷氨酸二乙酸四钠代替(GLDA, N,N-BIS(CARBOXYMETHYL)-L-GLUTAMIC)EDTA-2Na,在保证原有络合功效的基础上,为使用者提供了更安全放心的品质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
1.一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露的配方,配方如下:瓜尔胶0.2~0.5%,阳离子纤维素0.1~0.3%,谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.1~0.3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.0~5.0%,柠檬酸0.01~0.2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵12.0~18.0%,月桂基硫酸铵2.0~4.0%,十六/十八醇0.5~2.5%,烟酰胺0.05~0.2%,尿囊素0.05~0.2%,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.0~3.0%,乳化硅油2.5~4.0%,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.2~0.8%,薄荷醇0.1~0.3%,小麦蛋白肽0.2~0.6%,珠光浆2.0~4.0%,聚季铵盐-7 1.0~3.0%,聚氧乙烯醚 0.5~1.5%,皂荚皂素0.5~2.0%,苯氧乙醇0.5~2.0%,香精0.1~0.5%。
2.皂荚皂素最佳洗发露配方:瓜尔胶0.35%,阳离子纤维素0.15%,谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.2%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4.0%,柠檬酸0.1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵15%,月桂基硫酸铵3%,十六/十八醇1%,烟酰胺0.1%,尿囊素0.1%,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物2%,乳化硅油3.5%,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.5%,薄荷醇0.1%,小麦蛋白肽0.5%,珠光浆3%,聚季铵盐-7 1%,聚氧乙烯醚1%,皂荚皂素1%,苯氧乙醇1%,香精0.3%。
3.一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露的配制方法:
1)冷水条件下分散瓜尔胶和阳离子纤维素;
2) 80℃条件下依次加入谷氨酸二乙酸四钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,柠檬酸,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵,月桂基硫酸铵,十六/十八醇,烟酰胺,尿囊素,
3)预溶丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,60℃下将其加入到体系中混合均匀;
4)加氢氧化钾调PH至8~8.5再加入柠檬酸溶液调PH至6~6.5;
5)降至室温后,依次加入乳化硅油,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠,薄荷醇,小麦蛋白肽,珠光浆,聚季铵盐-7,聚氧乙烯醚,皂荚皂素,苯氧乙醇,香精搅拌均匀;
6)测pH值和粘度,冷却后静置,无菌罐装。

具体实施案例
实施案例1 洗发露性能检测
1.1 实验方案
泡沫高度
将待测样品与水(1:4)混合均匀,得 20% 待测液。吸取 1 mL 待测液(20%)加入带刻度试管中,手摇法均匀震荡 30 次,记录泡沫高度,测定三次取平均值记为 H,对照为不添加皂荚皂素的洗发露(除皂荚皂素外,其他成分相同)。
1.1.2 去污能力检测
按照1:100比例将洗发露与水配置成300 mL洗涤液。将洁净的发丝(计重为m0)分
别撒上人造污渍,自然晾干(称重为m1)后开始洗涤,泡入洗涤液中浸泡 1 min 后,充分漂
洗 3 min ,漂洗水温30℃,迅速取出洗后的发丝,挂晾 3 h 后称重,为 m2。油污重量的损
失用以评价洗发露的去污能力,分别做 3 次平行试验取平均值,对照为不添加皂荚皂素的
洗发露(除皂荚皂素外,其他成分相同)。去污力计算公式:。(人造污垢:
称取植物油 10. 0 g,碳粉 1.5 g,液体石蜡 0. 05 g,每次使用前用玻璃棒将其搅拌均
匀)。
1.2 实验结果
图1,图2实验结果可知,添加皂荚皂素可显著提高本配方的发泡能力与去污能力,有效改善传统化学洗护产品的洗涤能力,添加皂荚皂素后,本配方所得的洗发露具有良好的发泡能力与去污能力。
实施案例2 理化指标
通过观察及试用记录皂荚洗发露的感官指标,并根据 QB/T 29679-2013标准,测试配制洗发露的感官和理化性能进行综合评价。并对其稳定性进行测试,分别将该洗发露在高温(40±2 ℃)、低温(-5 ±2℃)下放置三个月,观察洗发露有无分层和变色现象。
实施案例3 微生物与重金属指标
参考QB/T 29679-2013,对皂荚皂素洗发露的微生物含量及重金属含量进行测定进行检测。
实施案例4 安全性实验
4.1 实验方法
台盼蓝染色法(CAM-TBS)
1)选用SPF级鸡蛋进行孵化,孵化10日后用光源照射进行观察,孵化条件:温度37-38 ℃,相对湿度60%;
2)选用发育正常鸡蛋,剥去气室位置的蛋壳,每三个鸡蛋为一组;
3)在蛋膜上滴加生理盐水后,剥去蛋膜,暴露尿囊膜(chorio-allantoicmembrane ,CAM),在其上放置一个直径1.5cm的塑料圈;
4)向圈内滴加200 μL的样品,另外两个鸡蛋分别作为阳性对照和阴性对照,其中阳性对照滴加生理盐水,阳性对照滴加1% SDS,分别暴露20s后洗去;
5)继续向圈内滴加500 μL的0.1%台盼蓝染液,暴露1min后以生理盐水冲洗20s;
6)剪下暴露区域,放入5 mL甲酰胺中,静置过夜后,3000 r/min 离心5 min,去上清液放入酶标仪,测定595 nm处的吸光度;
7)分别作出浓度为1×10-6,5×10-6,1×10-5和 5×10-5 mol/L的台盼蓝染料与相对应吸光度的标准曲线。标准曲线方程为:y=36.6375x+0.0922,R2=0.9993;
皮肤斑贴实验
1)选择至少30名身体健康符合参加试验条件的人员,至少30名;
2)选用面积不超过50mm2、深度约1mm的合格斑试器材;
3)将受试物放入斑试器小室内,用量约为0.020 mL-0.025 mL,对照孔不添加任何物质;
4)将加有受试物的斑试器用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的背部或前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24 h;
5)分别于去除受试物斑试器后30 min(待压痕消失后)、24 h和48 h按表4标准观察皮肤反应,并记录观察结果。
4.2 实验结果
结果可知,在台盼蓝染色实验中,添加皂荚皂素的洗发露刺激性分级结果为无/轻度刺激,在皮肤封闭性斑贴实验中,0-48 h无志愿者出现不良反应,综上所述,含有皂荚皂素的洗发露具有较高的安全性,具有投入实际生产开发的潜力。
实施案例5 人体试用评价
该洗发水的目的是在充分清洁头发的同时,保证发丝的柔顺,使发丝富有光泽,同时提供适宜的清凉感,故而具体的指标包括:柔顺度、泡沫细腻度、易冲洗度、清爽性、去污效果、起泡性、去屑效果、光泽度、易涂抹性、气味等共十项。
随机选取 40 人,男女各半,年龄在 20~40 岁之间,对自制含有皂荚皂素的洗发水连续使用五次,按照相同方法每两天洗一次头,最后根据产品的洗发效果进行感官对比打分。采取 10 分制,1 分最差,10 分最佳,综合数据取平均值。图3结果表明,十项指标总体表现良好,得到志愿者的一致肯定,具有投入实际生产开发的潜力。

1.一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露,其特征在于含有皂荚皂素作为天然的表面活性剂,增强洗发露的洗涤能力,并使产品具有良好的使用体验。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发露,其特征在于所诉的皂荚皂素占洗发露总质量的1%。

5.一种含有皂荚皂素的洗发露配方,配方如下:瓜尔胶0.2~0.5%,阳离子纤维素0.1~0.3%,谷氨酸二乙酸四钠0.1~0.3%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.0~5.0%,柠檬酸0.01~0.2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵12.0~18.0%,月桂基硫酸铵2.0~4.0%,十六/十八醇0.5~2.5%,烟酰胺0.05~0.2%,尿囊素0.05~0.2%,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.0~3.0%,乳化硅油2.5~4.0%,吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.2~0.8%,薄荷醇0.1~0.3%,小麦蛋白肽0.2~0.6%,珠光浆2.0~4.0%,聚季铵盐-71.0~3.0%,聚氧乙烯醚 0.5~1.5%,皂荚皂素0.5~2.0%,苯氧乙醇0.5~2.0%,香精0.1~0.5%。
