Abstract
本发明公开了一种远红外功能芯片和具有远红外功能的卫生巾,所述远红外功能芯片由以下步骤制备而成:(1)制备远红外功能母粒;(2)制备远红外功能纤维;(3)制备远红外功能无纺布;(4)将远红外功能无纺布分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。本发明远红外功能芯片和具有远红外功能的卫生巾,具有透气、抗菌、除臭的功效,其在卫生巾内嵌入远红外功能芯片,在使用过程中不断发射远红外线,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种远红外功能芯片和具有远红外功能的卫生巾。
背景技术
红外线是放射线,属电磁波范畴,医学界将其分为近红外区、中红外区和远红外区,其中近红外区为0.76-3μm,中红外区3-30μm,远红外区为30-1000μm,试验表明,近红外波可以穿入人体组织深度为5-10mm,远红外波穿入人体组织2-3mm。其特征在于具有强烈的穿透力,当红外辐射源的辐射波长与被辐射物体的吸收波长一致时,该物体分子便产生共振,并加剧分子运动,达到发热升温的作用。
远红外线的生物效应在于:远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,由于远红外线的频率与构成生物体细胞的分子、原子内的振动频率相同,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,它易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,以下深层温度上升,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
远红外材料的开发目前主要集中在远红外陶瓷粉体上,中温以上(>150℃)远红外陶瓷粉体主要是含Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Cr及其氧化物、Si C等黑色陶瓷粉体,常温(≤150℃)远红外陶瓷粉体是MgO-Al2O3-TiO2-ZrO2系的白色陶瓷粉体。当前国内外适合纺织领域的远红外材料普遍使用金属氧化物和非金属氧化物以及稀土材料,存在着成本较高,制备工艺复杂以及发射率偏低等问题。
现有的卫生巾的吸收芯通常由膨松无纺布与吸水性树脂混合而成,卫生巾整体没有产生远红外的功能,一些功能性的卫生巾的杀菌功能也不理想。经期的女性身体状况比较差,抵抗力也比较弱,易受到细菌的感染,导致身体不适感。因此,女性对卫生巾的要求更加严格。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种远红外功能芯片,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石、竹炭粉、钛酸锆、聚丙烯、分散剂混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片加入到高速纺丝设备中进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)将远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,制得远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
一种远红外功能芯片,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石、竹炭粉、钛酸锆、聚丙烯、分散剂混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒,其中温度控制参数为,供料段160℃,压缩段170℃,机头温度190℃,口模温度185℃;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片加入到高速纺丝设备中,在螺杆温度250-300℃、螺杆熔压2-6MPa、纺丝速度4000-4500m/min条件下进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,制得远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布经抗菌整理液浸渍,烘干,分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
一种远红外功能芯片,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石20-30重量份、竹炭粉10-20重量份、钛酸锆0.1-1重量份、聚丙烯50-60重量份、分散剂1-5重量份混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒,其中温度控制参数为,供料段160℃,压缩段170℃,机头温度190℃,口模温度185℃;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片按质量比1:(10-20)加入到高速纺丝设备中,在螺杆温度250-300℃、螺杆熔压2-6MPa、纺丝速度4000-4500m/min条件下进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,制得远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布经抗菌整理液浸渍,烘干,分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
优选地,所述的分散剂为海藻酸钙。
优选地,所述的远红外功能无纺布为克重30-100g/m2。
优选地,所述的抗菌整理液由下述方法制备而成:将西瓜酮0.02-0.05重量份、蒲公英黄酮0.05-0.08重量份、甘油1-10重量份混合均匀,再加入水100重量份、壳聚糖3-5重量份,混合均匀即得。
优选地,所述的远红外功能无纺布和抗菌整理液的质量比为1:8-1:12。
本发明还提供了一种具有远红外功能保健功能的卫生巾,包括上述远红外功能芯片。
优选地,一种具有远红外功能的卫生巾,包括自上而下依次叠在一起的表层、上述制备的远红外功能芯片、吸收层、防渗漏透气底膜、离型纸层、包膜和快易贴组成。
本发明远红外功能芯片和具有远红外功能的卫生巾,具有透气、抗菌、除臭的功效,其在卫生巾内嵌入远红外功能芯片,在使用过程中不断发射远红外线,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
具体实施方式
麦饭石,采用天津鸿雁天山石业纳米技术有限公司提供的粒径为200纳米的麦饭石粉。
竹炭粉,采用灵寿县恒昌矿产品加工厂提供的粒径为400纳米的白色竹炭粉。
钛酸锆,CAS号:12036-70-3,粒径20-40纳米。
聚丙烯,采用上海赛科生产的牌号为S2040的无规聚丙烯。
海藻酸钙,CAS号:9005-35-0。
硬脂酸锌,CAS号:557-05-1。
硬脂酸丁酯,CAS号:123-95-5。
羧甲基纤维素钠,CAS号:9004-32-4。
西瓜酮,CAS号:28940-11-6。
蒲公英黄酮,CAS号:1621-55-2。
壳聚糖,采用西安百川生物科技有限公司提供的高粘度壳聚糖,粘度为0.8Pa.s。
涤纶切片,采用济南开发区际通纺织科贸中心提供的涤纶切片,特性粘度0.62dl/g。
二氧化钛,CAS号:13463-67-7,粒径20-40纳米。
三氧化二铝,CAS号:1344-28-1,粒径20-40纳米。
氧化锆,CAS号:64417-98-7,粒径20-40纳米。
卫生巾表层,采用江阴市海月无纺布业有限公司提供的纯棉水刺无纺布,密度60g/m2。
热合无尘纸,采用南通中纸纸浆有限公司提供的密度为60g/m2。
高吸水树脂采用永康市科韵科技有限公司提供的高吸水树脂,吸水能力0.9%生理盐水达到69克。
防渗漏透气底膜,采用南通海科威建材有限公司生产的PE薄膜,密度50g/m2。
离型纸,采用南京顺天纸业有限公司生产的卫生巾/卫生垫专用离型纸,密度42g/m2。
包膜,采用Ethyl公司出品的型号MODEL XP 39385的低密度聚乙烯包膜,厚度为0.025mm。
快易贴,采用泉州喜利卫生材料有限公司提供的型号为Xili01的快易贴。
实施例1
远红外功能芯片的制备:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25.5份、竹炭粉15份、聚丙烯55份、海藻酸钙3份。
(1)将上述原料加入到高速混合机中进行混合,混合转速500转/分钟,搅拌时间15分钟,得到混合物料,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒,其中温度控制参数为,供料段160℃,压缩段170℃,机头温度190℃,口模温度185℃;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片按质量比1:10加入到高速纺丝设备中,在螺杆温度260℃、螺杆熔压4MPa、纺丝速度4200m/min的条件下进行纺丝、绕丝,得到150d/144f的远红外功能纤维;
(3)远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化,得到远红外功能无纺布;
在热风粘合工序中,远红外功能纤维的熔化程度为50%;
冷却定型工序中采用的设备为两个相对的冷却压辊,冷却压辊的冷却温度为50℃;
热轧固化工序中的热压辊包括上热压辊和下热压辊,热轧方式为线面结合接触热轧方式,上热压辊为面式接触热轧,下热压辊为线式接触热轧,下热压辊上设有用于在无纺布表面上形成印花的网状凸起,网状凸起的高度为3毫米;
在梳理工序中,纤维铺网方式采用双层铺网;
在梳理工序中梳理机的锡林梳理线速度1800米/分;
采用上述方法制得的远红外功能无纺布,其表面具有网状凹凸,克重为50g/m2,综合柔软度30nN,吸水性800%,液体穿透性2s;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布在50℃的抗菌整理液中浸渍20分钟,再在120℃条件下烘干,烘干时间60分钟,分条制成长为10cm,宽为3cm的远红外功能芯片,其中远红外功能无纺布和抗菌整理液的质量比为1:10。
所述的抗菌整理液由下述方法制备而成:将西瓜酮0.03重量份、蒲公英黄酮0.06重量份、甘油5重量份混合均匀,再加入水100重量份、壳聚糖4重量份,混合均匀即得。
具有远红外功能的卫生巾结构为表层,及设置在所述表层下方的远红外功能芯片,及设置在所述远红外功能芯片下方的吸收层(由热合无尘纸包裹高吸水树脂),及设置在所述吸收层下方的防渗漏透气底膜,及设置在所述防渗漏透气底膜下方的离型纸层,及设置在所述离型纸层下方的包膜和设置在所述包膜下方的快易贴。将表层、远红外功能芯片、吸收层、防渗漏透气底膜、离型纸、包膜和快易贴按卫生巾常规工艺制备得到实施例1的具有远红外功能的卫生巾,尺寸为300mm。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、钛酸锆0.5份、聚丙烯55份、海藻酸钙3份。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、二二氧化钛0.5份、聚丙烯55份、海藻酸钙3份。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、三氧化二铝0.5份、聚丙烯55份、海藻酸钙3份。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、氧化锆0.5份、聚丙烯55份、海藻酸钙3份。
测试例1
根据《基于傅里叶红外光谱仪的远红外贴法向发射率测定》(李风光、张峻梓等)的方法测试实施例1-5制得的远红外功能芯片的法向发射率,测试数据见表1。

比较实施例1-5,添加钛酸锆、二氧化钛、三氧化二铝、氧化锆均可以提升法向发射率,但添加钛酸锆的法向发射率提升比较显著。其原因可能是钛酸锆引起了麦饭石的晶格畸变,提高了晶格振动活性,从而提高了法向发射率。
实施例6
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、钛酸锆0.5份、聚丙烯55份、硬脂酸锌3份。
实施例7
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、钛酸锆0.5份、聚丙烯55份、硬脂酸丁酯3份。
实施例8
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
远红外功能母粒的原料(重量份):麦饭石25份、竹炭粉15份、钛酸锆0.5份、聚丙烯55份、羧甲基纤维素钠3份。
测试例2
对实施例6-8的法向发射率发生量进行测试,具体结果见表2

当分散剂为海藻酸钙时,法向发射率明显高于其他分散剂,其原因是海藻酸钙易引起麦饭石的晶格畸变,降低振动的对称性,提高晶格振动活性,从而提高了法向发射率。
测试例3
根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准的要求》附录C5.1的要求,对实施例2和实施例6-8制得的远红外功能芯片进行非溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能进行测试,测试其对金黄色葡萄球(ATCC 6538)、大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)的抑菌率,具体结果见表3。

当分散剂为海藻酸钙时,发明人意外地发现海藻酸钙的加入明显提高了远红外功能芯片的抑菌性,其原因是海藻酸钙使远红外功能母粒的原料分散均匀,从而使制得的远红外功能芯片功能更加优良,抑菌性也较好。
实施例9
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述的抗菌整理液由下述方法制备而成:将西瓜酮0.09重量份、甘油5重量份混合均匀,再加入水100重量份、壳聚糖4重量份,混合均匀即得。
根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准的要求》附录C5.1的要求,对实施例9制得的远红外功能芯片进行非溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能进行测试,其对大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)的抑菌率为96.7%,对金黄色葡萄球(ATCC 6538)的抑菌率为95.8%;法向发射率为93.76%。
实施例10
与实施例2基本相同,区别仅在于:
所述的抗菌整理液由下述方法制备而成:将蒲公英黄酮0.09重量份、甘油5重量份混合均匀,再加入水100重量份、壳聚糖4重量份,混合均匀即得。
根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准的要求》附录C5.1的要求,对实施例10制得的远红外功能芯片进行非溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能进行测试,其对大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922)的抑菌率为97.4%,对金黄色葡萄球(ATCC 6538)的抑菌率为96.6%;法向发射率为93.81%。
Claims (9)
1.一种远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石、竹炭粉、钛酸锆、聚丙烯、分散剂混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片加入到高速纺丝设备中进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)将远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,制得远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
2.一种远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石、竹炭粉、钛酸锆、聚丙烯、分散剂混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒,其中温度控制参数为,供料段160℃,压缩段170℃,机头温度190℃,口模温度185℃;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片加入到高速纺丝设备中,在螺杆温度250-300℃、螺杆熔压2-6MPa、纺丝速度4000-4500m/min条件下进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,得到远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布经抗菌整理液浸渍,烘干,分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
3.一种远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备而成:
(1)将麦饭石20-30重量份、竹炭粉10-20重量份、钛酸锆0.1-1重量份、聚丙烯50-60重量份、分散剂1-5重量份混合均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,得到远红外功能母粒,其中温度控制参数为,供料段160℃,压缩段170℃,机头温度190℃,口模温度185℃;
(2)将远红外功能母粒和涤纶切片按质量比1:(10-20)加入到高速纺丝设备中,在螺杆温度250-300℃、螺杆熔压2-6MPa、纺丝速度4000-4500m/min条件下进行纺丝、绕丝,得到远红外功能纤维;
(3)远红外功能纤维依次经开松、梳理、热风粘合、冷却定型、热轧固化以及成卷,制得远红外功能无纺布;
(4)将远红外功能无纺布经抗菌整理液浸渍,烘干,分条制成所述远红外功能芯片。
4.如权利要求3所述的远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为海藻酸钙。
5.如权利要求3所述的远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,所述的远红外功能无纺布克重为30-100g/m2。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,所述的抗菌整理液由下述方法制备而成:将西瓜酮0.02-0.05重量份、蒲公英黄酮0.05-0.08重量份、甘油1-10重量份混合均匀,再加入水100重量份、壳聚糖3-5重量份,混合均匀即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的远红外功能芯片,其特征在于,所述的无纺布和抗菌整理液的质量比为1:8-1:12。
8.一种具有远红外功能保健功能的卫生巾,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的远红外功能芯片。
9.如权利要求8所述的具有远红外功能的卫生巾,其特征在于,由自上而下依次叠在一起的表层、权利要求1-7中任一项所述的远红外功能芯片、吸收层、防渗漏透气底膜、离型纸层、包膜和快易贴组成。
