Method for removing stainless steel surface rust
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stainless steel manufacturing, in particular to a method for removing rusts on the surface of stainless steel.
Background
Stainless steel is a metal that does not rust easily, but is not absolutely stainless. Depending on the conditions and environments, the steel sheet may be contaminated and rusted. Stainless steel products have excellent corrosion resistance and are not prone to rusting because they contain chromium, and in air, they combine with oxygen to form a firm surface and a dense non-oxidized film which prevents oxidation of the steel surface and protects the surface from corrosion by various corrosion factors. Therefore, if the coating is damaged by some corrosion, the coating is left on the portion where chromium and oxygen cannot be bonded, and the stainless steel building material begins to rust.
For the stainless steel surface which is rusted, if the rusts are only ground, the rusts can quickly roll up the soil due to the damage of the rusted surface protective layer, and the further rust prevention of the stainless steel is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a method for removing rusts on the surface of stainless steel.
The technical problem of the invention is mainly solved by the following technical scheme:
a method for removing stainless steel surface rust comprises the following steps:
①, dipping a nitric acid solution with the concentration of 6-12% into a proper amount of nitric acid solution, uniformly coating the nitric acid solution on the surface of the rust, wiping the rust clean by using a soft cloth after 15-20 minutes, coating hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 15-18% on the surface of the rust, and blowing the rust clean by using a high-pressure air gun after 6-10 minutes;
②, taking 18-26 parts of polysorbate, 5-8 parts of lauryl betaine, 10-18 parts of sulfamic acid, 2-6 parts of dodecanol ester, 1-4 parts of croscarmellose sodium, 25-35 parts of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, 20-30 parts of kerosene, 15-20 parts of glycerol monooleate, 5-10 parts of triethanolamine, 15-20 parts of silane coupling agent KH 550and 8-15 parts of paraffin oil according to parts by weight, adding the taken raw materials into a reaction kettle together, controlling the internal temperature of the reaction kettle at 45-55 ℃, stirring for 15-20 minutes at the speed of 70-80rpm, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution;
③ heating the surface of the rusty scale with alcohol burner, naturally cooling, brushing the mixed solution prepared in step ② on the surface of rusty scale when the temperature of rusty scale surface is reduced to 50-60 deg.C, and air cooling to room temperature.
In step ②, 22 parts of polysorbate, 7 parts of lauryl betaine, 15 parts of sulfamic acid, 4 parts of dodecanol ester, 3 parts of croscarmellose sodium, 28 parts of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, 27 parts of kerosene, 16 parts of glycerol monooleate, 8 parts of triethanolamine, 17 parts of a silane coupling agent KH55017 and 12 parts of paraffin oil are taken according to parts by weight.
The method for removing the rusty stains on the surface of the stainless steel can deeply dissolve and remove the rusty stains, and the rusty stain surface is coated with the rusty-proof layer which is tightly attached to the surface of the stainless steel, so that the rusty stain is not peeled and shed even under the influence of external thermal expansion and cold contraction, the metal surface at a rusty part is isolated from external corrosive substances, and the rusty stain is prevented from being further rusted.
