Abstract

本发明公开了一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,先将硅酸钠,二甲苯磺酸钠,聚丙烯酸钠和六偏磷酸钠加入到水中,搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;然后在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚,聚乙二醇,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯和二乙胺,在惰性气体保护条件下加热搅拌,得到混合液二;最后在混合液二中加入乙醇,混合均匀,得到厨房用除污去油液。本发明提供的制备方法得到的除污去油液具有良好的去污效果。

一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于日用清洁液领域,具体涉及一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法。
背景技术
油污对于一般家庭来讲是日常清洁过程中必不可少要处理的问题,厨房油污由于其环境的复杂性一般产生量比较大,同时去除过程中比较麻烦。目前用常规清洁剂进行去除会造成除污不彻底,同时对于沉积时间较长的污垢不容易去除,尤其是厨房台面,经过长期的使用后,往往会在台面上留下明显的痕迹,而使用一般常用的去污剂不能达到理想的去除效果。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于为了克服以上现有技术的不足而提供一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,提升去污效果以及去污洁净率。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠1-2份,二甲苯磺酸钠1-3份,聚丙烯酸钠0.5-1份和六偏磷酸钠1-3份加入到50-100份水中,搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.6份,聚乙二醇2-5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1-3份和二乙胺0.2-0.5份,在惰性气体保护条件下加热至50-60℃,搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇3-6份,混合均匀,得到厨房用除污去油液。
进一步地,所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,步骤1中搅拌溶解的温度为40-50℃。
进一步地,所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,步骤2中聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇800。
进一步地,所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,步骤2中惰性气体为氮气或氩气。
进一步地,所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,步骤2中搅拌的速度为120-150转/分钟。
进一步地,所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,步骤3中混合均匀的混合温度为35-40℃。
本发明提供的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法得到的厨房用除污去油液具有良好的去污效果,去污洁净率达到了99.5%以上。其中引入的二甲苯磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠起到了增强洁净效果的作用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠1份,二甲苯磺酸钠1份,聚丙烯酸钠0.5份和六偏磷酸钠1份加入到50份水中,于40℃下搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3份,聚乙二醇800 2份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1份和二乙胺0.2份,在氮气保护条件下加热至50℃,搅拌20分钟,搅拌的速度为120转/分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇3份,混合均匀,混合温度为35℃,得到厨房用除污去油液。
实施例2
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠2份,二甲苯磺酸钠2份,聚丙烯酸钠0.6份和六偏磷酸钠2份加入到60份水中,于43℃下搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4份,聚乙二醇800 3份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2份和二乙胺0.3份,在氩气保护条件下加热至55℃,搅拌23分钟,搅拌的速度为130转/分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇4份,混合均匀,混合温度为36℃,得到厨房用除污去油液。
实施例3
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠2份,二甲苯磺酸钠2份,聚丙烯酸钠0.8份和六偏磷酸钠2份加入到80份水中,于46℃下搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,聚乙二醇800 4份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2份和二乙胺0.4份,在氮气保护条件下加热至55℃,搅拌28分钟,搅拌的速度为140转/分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇5份,混合均匀,混合温度为38℃,得到厨房用除污去油液。
实施例4
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠2份,二甲苯磺酸钠3份,聚丙烯酸钠1份和六偏磷酸钠3份加入到100份水中,于50℃下搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.6份,聚乙二醇800 5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯3份和二乙胺0.5份,在氮气保护条件下加热至60℃,搅拌30分钟,搅拌的速度为150转/分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇6份,混合均匀,混合温度为40℃,得到厨房用除污去油液。
对比例
一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠2份和六偏磷酸钠2份加入到80份水中,于46℃下搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份,聚乙二醇800 4份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯2份和二乙胺0.4份,在氮气保护条件下加热至55℃,搅拌28分钟,搅拌的速度为140转/分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇5份,混合均匀,混合温度为38℃,得到厨房用除污去油液。

从以上结果可以看出,本发明提供的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法得到的厨房用除污去油液具有良好的去污效果,去污洁净率达到了99.5%以上。对比例中为在实施例3的基础上进行的试验,其中没有加入二甲苯磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠,结果导致洁净率下降,因此表面本发明制备方法引入的以上两种组分很好的起到了增强洁净效果的作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将以重量份计的硅酸钠1-2份,二甲苯磺酸钠1-3份,聚丙烯酸钠0.5-1份和六偏磷酸钠1-3份加入到50-100份水中,搅拌溶解,得到混合液一;
步骤2,在混合液一中加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3-0.6份,聚乙二醇2-5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份,乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1-3份和二乙胺0.2-0.5份,在惰性气体保护条件下加热至50-60℃,搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合液二;
步骤3,在混合液二中加入以重量份计的乙醇3-6份,混合均匀,得到厨房用除污去油液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中搅拌溶解的温度为40-50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇800。
4.根据权利要求1所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中惰性气体为氮气或氩气。
5.根据权利要求1所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中搅拌的速度为120-150转/分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的厨房用除污去油液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中混合均匀的混合温度为35-40℃。
