本发明主要涉及化工技术领域,公开了一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,由以下原料制成:羊毛脂、油酸、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇、六偏磷酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、氨基磺酸、乙醇酸、L‑乳酸钠、水;绿色环保,安全健康,具有生物可降解性,在土壤中15个月可自行降解,制备和使用过程中不会损害人体健康,防锈周期达到5.5年,使金属的使用寿命延长10.3%;多种原料属于食品级,安全无毒,使用后的废液不会造成环境污染,能够进行生物降解;L‑乳酸钠能够增加防锈剂的耐候性,延长货架期,使经济收入提高12.7%;防锈剂使用方便,直接进行擦拭即可,能够去除金属表面污渍,增加光泽,防止生锈,延长金属使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色环保金属防锈剂。
背景技术
腐蚀是使金属制品破坏的主要形式之一,据统计,每年由于金属腐蚀所造成的直接经济损失约占国民经济总产值的2%-4%,为避免锈蚀、减少损失,人们采用了各种各样的方法,用防锈剂来保护金属制品,便是目前最常见的防护方法之一。但是传统的防锈油中的钡、铅等对人体有害的物质,在制备和使用过程中会对人体健康产生不利影响,而且传统的防锈油稳定性差,只能进行暂时的防锈,防锈周期短,因此需要一种绿色环保、稳定性好的金属防锈剂。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保金属防锈剂。
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:羊毛脂12~14、油酸7~9、羧甲基纤维素钠4~6、聚乙烯醇11~13、六偏磷酸钠8~10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4~6、氨基磺酸2.3~2.5、乙醇酸2.3~2.5、L-乳酸钠1.7~1.9、水85~90。
所述的水,为去离子水。
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至50~55℃,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,保温40~50分钟,增加防锈剂的稳定性,得羧甲基纤维素钠溶液;
(2)将六偏磷酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液,混合均匀,加入氨基磺酸和1/2乙醇酸,混合均匀,于60~65℃保温80~90分钟,增强防锈剂的渗透性,去除污渍,增强金属的耐腐蚀性,抑制生锈,得水基;
(3)将聚乙烯醇加热至70~75℃,加入羊毛脂和油酸,保温40~50分钟,搅拌均匀,加入1/2乙醇酸和L-乳酸钠,混合均匀,保温70~80分钟,抑菌杀虫,抗氧化,增加金属的光泽,防止生锈,得醇基;
(4)将醇基加入水基,加热至60~65℃,于280~300转/分钟,搅拌25~30分钟,保温70~80分钟,冷却至室温,得绿色环保金属防锈剂;
(5)真空包装,得成品。
所述绿色环保金属防锈剂的使用方法,取适量绿色环保金属防锈剂,加水稀释至原来的130~150倍,混合均匀,直接擦拭金属表面均可,使用方便。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,绿色环保,安全健康,具有生物可降解性,在土壤中15个月可自行降解,制备和使用过程中不会损害人体健康,防锈周期达到5.5年,使金属的使用寿命延长10.3%;多种原料属于食品级,安全无毒,使用后的废液不会造成环境污染,能够进行生物降解;L-乳酸钠能够增加防锈剂的耐候性,延长货架期,使经济收入提高12.7%;防锈剂运动粘度小,使用方便,直接进行擦拭即可,能够去除金属表面污渍,增加光泽,抗氧化,防止生锈,延长金属使用寿命。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:羊毛脂12、油酸7、羧甲基纤维素钠4、聚乙烯醇11、六偏磷酸钠8、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4、氨基磺酸2.3、乙醇酸2.3、L-乳酸钠1.7、水85。
所述的水,为去离子水。
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至50℃,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,保温50分钟,增加防锈剂的稳定性,得羧甲基纤维素钠溶液;
(2)将六偏磷酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液,混合均匀,加入氨基磺酸和1/2乙醇酸,混合均匀,于60℃保温90分钟,增强防锈剂的渗透性,去除污渍,增强金属的耐腐蚀性,抑制生锈,得水基;
(3)将聚乙烯醇加热至70℃,加入羊毛脂和油酸,保温50分钟,搅拌均匀,加入1/2乙醇酸和L-乳酸钠,混合均匀,保温80分钟,抑菌杀虫,抗氧化,增加金属的光泽,防止生锈,得醇基;
(4)将醇基加入水基,加热至60℃,于300转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,保温80分钟,冷却至室温,得绿色环保金属防锈剂;
(5)真空包装,得成品。
所述绿色环保金属防锈剂的使用方法,取适量绿色环保金属防锈剂,加水稀释至原来的150倍,混合均匀,直接擦拭金属表面均可,使用方便。
实施例2
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:羊毛脂13、油酸8、羧甲基纤维素钠5、聚乙烯醇12、六偏磷酸钠9、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5、氨基磺酸2.4、乙醇酸2.4、L-乳酸钠1.8、水90。
所述的水,为去离子水。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
实施例3
一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:羊毛脂14、油酸9、羧甲基纤维素钠6、聚乙烯醇13、六偏磷酸钠10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6、氨基磺酸2.5、乙醇酸2.5、L-乳酸钠1.9、水90。
所述的水,为去离子水。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。

去除羊毛脂和油酸,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。

去除聚乙烯醇和六偏磷酸钠,其余制备和使用方法,同实施例1。

现有市售环保金属防锈剂。
实施例和对比例环保金属防锈剂的防锈效果:
选择相同的20钢90块,大小相等,随机分为9组,每组10块,沾染的污渍相同,分别用该组的环保金属防锈剂进行防锈处理,每组又各分为A、B两组,A组按GB/T4879-1999规定的方法,进行盐雾箱加速腐蚀试验,B组进行正常使用,观察生锈时间,并将各组的防锈剂置于相同地区的土壤中,检测降解周期,实施例和对比例环保金属防锈剂的防锈效果见表1。

从表1可以看出,实施例的绿色环保金属防锈剂,运动粘度明显较对比例小,盐雾时间和防锈周期明显较对比例长,明显延长金属的使用寿命,需要降解的时间短,绿色环保,说明本发明提供的绿色环保金属防锈剂具有较好的防锈效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种绿色环保金属防锈剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:羊毛脂12~14、油酸7~9、羧甲基纤维素钠4~6、聚乙烯醇11~13、六偏磷酸钠8~10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4~6、氨基磺酸2.3~2.5、乙醇酸2.3~2.5、L-乳酸钠1.7~1.9、水85~90。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保金属防锈剂,其特征在于,所述的水,为去离子水。
3.一种权利要求1所述绿色环保金属防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将水加热至50~55℃,加入羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,保温40~50分钟,得羧甲基纤维素钠溶液;
(2)将六偏磷酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚加入羧甲基纤维素钠溶液,混合均匀,加入氨基磺酸和1/2乙醇酸,混合均匀,于60~65℃保温80~90分钟,得水基;
(3)将聚乙烯醇加热至70~75℃,加入羊毛脂和油酸,保温40~50分钟,搅拌均匀,加入1/2乙醇酸和L-乳酸钠,混合均匀,保温70~80分钟,得醇基;
(4)将醇基加入水基,加热至60~65℃,于280~300转/分钟,搅拌25~30分钟,保温70~80分钟,冷却至室温,得绿色环保金属防锈剂;
(5)真空包装,得成品。
4.一种权利要求1~3任一项所述绿色环保金属防锈剂的使用方法,其特征在于,取适量绿色环保金属防锈剂,加水稀释至原来的130~150倍,混合均匀,直接擦拭金属表面均可。
