Abstract

本发明提供了一种生物质废弃物引火型煤的制备方法,是以无烟煤和生物质废弃物为燃烧原料,超级腐植酸钠或/和聚乙二醇为有机粘结剂,氯酸钾或硝酸钾为助燃剂,镁粉和/或多聚甲醛为助燃添加剂,氯化钠或氯化钾为消烟剂,混合均匀得干粉配料;加水搅拌,挤压成型,自然风干或烘干即得。该引火型煤对普通蜂窝煤和各种煤炭都能起到快速引燃、快速上火的作用,具有热值高、燃烧时间长、低烟无污染等特点。另外,本发明原料易得,价格低廉,快速点燃,是一种适用性较广的引火型煤。

Description

一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种引火型煤的配制方法,尤其涉及一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,主要用于蜂窝煤及锅炉等传统燃料的引火。
背景技术
传统的蜂窝煤及锅炉引火都是以木柴(或液化气炉)等作为引火源,不仅时间长,浪费木材、气等资源,同时释放出大量的浓烟,极不安全,而且对人体和环境均造成污染。目前市售引火型煤存在不易点燃、引火缓慢、发烟量大、燃烧时间短等许多不足。含有松香、硫磺、石腊等原料的引火煤,虽然用半张报纸就能点着,但燃烧过程中排出刺激性气味对人体有害,污染环境。含硝酸钡、硝酸钾、高锰酸钾等助燃材料的引火煤,只需一根火柴就能点燃,虽然解决易燃问题,但带来了运输、贮存、使用过程中的不安全性。生物质型煤可以充分利用煤和生物质的自身优势,又便于保证燃烧热值,减少温室气体和SO2的排放。但是,到目前为止,尚未见有生物质引火型煤生产的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有引火型煤存在的问题,并利用煤和生物质的自身优势,提供一种能快速点燃,燃烧热值,污染物排放量少,使用安全的生物质引火型煤的制备方法。
本发明生物质引火型煤的配制方法,是以无烟煤和生物质废弃物为燃烧原料,超级腐植酸钠或/和聚乙二醇为有机粘结剂,氯酸钾或硝酸钾为助燃剂,镁粉和/或多聚甲醛为助燃添加剂,氯化钠或氯化钾为消烟剂,混合均匀得干粉配料;加水搅拌,挤压成型,自然风干或烘干即得。
所述各原料按以下质量份数进行配比:无烟粉煤20~40份,生物质废弃物10~25份,有机粘结剂5~15份,助燃剂5~10份,助燃添加剂2~6份,消烟剂1~4份;加水量为所有干粉原料质量的28~35%。
当有机粘结剂为超级腐植酸钠和聚乙二醇时,二者的质量比为1:0.8~1:1.2。腐植酸钠对该产品的粘结性好,无毒;聚乙二醇在常温下是固态或半固态,对该产品不仅能起到粘结的作用同时具有很好的点火作用,燃烧时不会产生任何有毒气体和异味;二者复合后,在制备过程中会形成一种防潮皮膜,可在空气中贮存而不受影响,因而无需添加防潮剂。
助燃添加剂具有快速助燃作用,保证有良好的点火性能,使产品能充分燃烧并增加热值。助燃添加剂为镁粉和多聚甲醛时,二者的质量比为1:1~1:1.3。
生物质废弃物来源于玉米秸秆、麦草、木屑、锯末、野草、禽畜粪便等。生物质废弃物能起到很好的点火作用,不仅减少资源的浪费,同时减少田间直接焚烧带来的空气污染。
助燃剂使用氯酸钾、硝酸钾,能使该产品充分燃烧。
实验表明,本发明制备的生物质引火型煤具有容易快速点燃、热值高、燃烧时间长、低烟不污染等特点,是一种适用性较广的引火型煤,主要用于蜂窝煤及锅炉等传统燃料的引火。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明生物质引火型煤的配制作进一步说明。
实施例1
原料配比(按重量份计):无烟煤粉25份、锯末15份、腐殖酸钠7份、聚乙二醇8份、镁粉4份、氯酸钾4份、氯化钾3份;
制备工艺:将上述物质混合均匀,得到所需的干粉配料,加干粉配料质量30%左右的水,搅拌均匀后挤压成型,自然风干或烘干,即得。
引火型煤点火用一个火柴,灰分含量为15.7%,挥发分析出率为66.5%,发热量为24.0MJ/kg,固定碳含量为63.5%。
实施例2
原料配比(按重量份计):无烟煤粉25份、麦草16份、腐殖酸钠7份、聚乙二醇7份、多聚甲醛4份、氯酸钾3份、氯化钠3份;
制备工艺:同实施例1。
引火型煤点火为一个火柴,灰分含量为14.9%,挥发分析出率为58.7%,发热量为24.4MJ/kg,固定碳含量为65.7%。
实施例3
原料配比(按重量份计):无烟煤粉25份、植物秸秆14份、腐殖酸钠7份、聚乙二醇6份、镁粉2份、多聚甲醛2份、氯酸钾3份、氯化钠4份;
制备工艺:同实施例1。
引火型煤点火为一个火柴,灰分含量为16.6%,挥发分析出率为61.0%,发热量为24.8MJ/kg,固定碳含量为63.5%。
实施例4
原料配比(按重量份计):无烟煤粉25份、牛粪13份、腐殖酸钠7份、聚乙二醇8份、多聚甲醛4份、氯酸钾4份、氯化钾3份;
制备工艺:同实施例1。
引火型煤点火为一个火柴,灰分含量为22.1%,挥发分析出率为63.4%,发热量为22.7MJ/kg,固定碳含量为61.7%。
实施例5
原料配比(按重量份计): 25份无烟煤粉、芨芨草5份、牛粪8份、腐殖酸钠7份、聚乙二醇6份、镁粉2份、多聚甲醛2份、氯酸钾3份、氯化钠4份;
制备工艺:同实施例1。
引火型煤点火为一个火柴,灰分含量为18.4%,挥发分析出率为63.0%,发热量为22.3MJ/kg,固定碳含量62.8%。

Claims (6)

1.一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,是以无烟煤和生物质废弃物为燃烧原料,超级腐植酸钠或/和聚乙二醇为有机粘结剂,氯酸钾或硝酸钾为助燃剂,镁粉和/或多聚甲醛为助燃添加剂,氯化钠或氯化钾为消烟剂,混合均匀得干粉配料;加水搅拌,挤压成型,自然风干或烘干即得。
2.如权利要求1一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,其特征在于:所述各原料按以下质量份数进行配比:无烟粉煤20~40份,生物质废弃物10~25份,有机粘结剂5~15份,助燃剂5~10份,助燃添加剂2~6份,消烟剂1~4份。
3.如权利要求1一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,其特征在于:所述加水量为所有干粉原料质量的28~35%。
4.如权利要求1一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,其特征在于:所用生物质废弃物来源于玉米秸秆、麦草、木屑、锯末、野草、禽畜粪便。
5.如权利要求1一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,其特征在于:有机粘结剂为超级腐植酸钠和聚乙二醇时,二者的质量比为1:0.8~1:1.2。
6.如权利要求1一种生物质引火型煤的配制方法,其特征在于:助燃添加剂为镁粉和多聚甲醛时,二者的质量比为1:1~1:1.3。
