本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的加气混凝土块的内外墙墙体材料同体积下质量差,抗压抗折强度低,隔音隔热保温性能差,防火防水抗渗性能差,易老化,传统加气混凝土块制作墙体隔墙板时,存在体积大、占用建筑空间多、自身重量重、需要湿法零星砌筑施工,更重要的是需要使用大量的沙石和水泥。外墙还要增加保温隔热层安装,施工工序繁琐、大大增加建筑施工造价,造成大量人工、材料资源的浪费。水泥加气块易开裂,吸水率高,并且钻与钉单点挂力差。
另外,现有的页岩空心砖的内外墙墙体材料同样存在如下缺陷:同体积下比重大,隔音隔热保温性能差、防水抗渗性能差,传统页岩空心砖制作墙体隔墙板时,存在体积大、占用建筑空间多、自身重量重、需要湿法作业零星砌筑施工,更重要的是需要使用大量的沙石和水泥。外墙还要增加保温隔热层安装,施工工序繁琐、大大增加建筑施工造价,造成大量人工、材料资源的浪费。页岩空心砖易开裂,吸水率高,并且建筑垃圾不能百分百回收再利用。如果大量使用页岩空心砖就会引起大量建筑垃圾无法处理将会对生态环境造成严重污染。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提出一种具有较优的抗压抗折强度的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料及其制备方法。
所采用的技术方案为:
一种轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其按重量百分比由如下组分制成:轻质骨料10%-60%、水泥20%-70%、发泡轻质砂20%-40%、减水剂0.05%-5%,各组分含量百分数之和为100%;所述轻质骨料按重量百分比由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿45%-90%、粘土5%-50%、高温助熔剂0%-10%、发泡剂0.05%-5%、稳定剂0.05%-5%、解胶剂0.05%-5%、色料0-5%。
优选地,轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料由如下组分制成:轻质骨料37%、水泥30%、发泡轻质砂30%、减水剂3%。
优选地,所述轻质骨料由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿65%、粘土20%、高温助熔剂5%、发泡剂3%,稳定剂3%,解胶剂3%、色料1%。
优选地,所述非金属尾矿为花岗岩、长石、石英矿中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述粘土为黄泥、红泥、锰泥、高岭土中的一种或几种。

S1.制备轻质骨料:
S11.原料混合:按上述方案中的各原料所占重量百分数称料,用球磨机混料球磨3-18h;
S12造粒;
S13.放入回转窑内,经900-1300℃,30-300分钟烧成后从窑炉中取出,制得轻质高强度发泡石材颗粒,即为轻质骨料;
S2.制备轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料:
S21.将轻质骨料、水泥、发泡轻质砂和减水剂按比例称取,在搅拌机里搅拌均匀;
S22.将搅拌均匀的轻质混凝土浆料加入到事先制作好的模具中,加入过程中在中间布入网;
S23.整理刮平,等待干燥。
S24.干燥完毕后脱模。
优选地,S22中,所述网为铁、不锈钢或塑料制成的,或者所述网由耐高温材料制成的。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明制得的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,经测试,其体积密度为300-900kg/m3,抗压强度≥6-20MPa,抗折强度>2.5-4.5MPa,导热系数<0.03-0.1W/m℃,燃烧等级A1级,隔声量≥35dB,吸水率<0.1%。
本发明制得的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料直接制成建筑隔墙板,增加了建筑隔墙板的抗压抗折强度、有显著的抗老化、保温隔热、隔音、防火、防水、抗渗、轻质高强的性能。在使用本发明制作建筑墙体板时,体积小、占用建筑空间少、自身重量轻、不需要湿法作业和零星砌筑施工,更重要的是不需要使用大量的沙石。外墙不需要增加保温隔热层安装,施工工序简单便捷、大大减少建筑施工造价成本。减少大量人工、节约材料资源的浪费。本产品可以直接作为建筑内外墙体材料进行整体化施工,可达到建筑保温隔热装饰一体化安装效果;大大提高了建设过程的效率,缩短了工期,并且建筑垃圾可循环回收利用;既绿色环保又经济美观。

所述轻质骨料由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿65%、粘土20%、高温助熔剂5%、发泡剂3%,稳定剂3%,解胶剂3%和色料1%。
非金属尾矿为花岗岩。
粘土为黄泥。
高温助熔剂为煅烧滑石。
发泡剂为碳化硅。
发泡轻质砂是将比重1.0以下的轻质砂加入碳化硅和水搅拌制成的。
稳定剂为钇的氧化物。
轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

参照实施例1,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料由如下组分制成:轻质骨料40%、水泥20%、发泡轻质砂35%和减水剂5%。
所述轻质骨料由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿70%、粘土15%、高温助熔剂10%、发泡剂1%,稳定剂2%,解胶剂2%。
非金属尾矿为长石。
粘土为红泥。
高温助熔剂为生滑石。
发泡剂为铝粉。
发泡轻质砂是将比重1.0以下的轻质砂加入铝粉和水搅拌制成的。
制备过程中网为不锈钢网。
实施例3
参照实施例1,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料由如下组分制成:轻质骨料50%、水泥27%、发泡轻质砂20%和减水剂3%。
所述轻质骨料由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿55%、粘土25%、高温助熔剂5%、发泡剂3%,稳定剂5%,解胶剂5%,色料2%。
非金属尾矿为石英沙。
粘土为高岭土。
高温助熔剂为萤石。
发泡剂膨胀珍珠岩。
发泡轻质砂是将比重1.0以下的轻质砂加入膨胀珍珠岩和水搅拌制成的。
稳定剂为铈的氧化物。
将实施例1-实施例3制得的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料经过测试,得到如表1所示:

本发明的轻质高强度墙体的“轻质”可以体现在体积密度上,“高强度”可以体现在抗压强度和抗折强度上。吸水率可以体现其防水抗渗效果;隔声量可以体现其隔音效果,导热系数可以体现其保温隔热效果,燃烧等级可以体现其防火效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,其按重量百分比由如下组分制成:轻质骨料10%-60%、水泥20%-70%、发泡轻质砂20%-40%、减水剂0.05%-5%,各组分含量百分数之和为100%;所述轻质骨料按重量百分比由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿45%-90%、粘土5%-50%、高温助熔剂0%-10%、发泡剂0.05%-5%、稳定剂0.05%-5%、解胶剂0.05%-5%、色料0-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,其由如下组分制成:轻质骨料37%、水泥30%、发泡轻质砂30%、减水剂3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述轻质骨料由如下组分制成:非金属尾矿65%、粘土20%、高温助熔剂5%、发泡剂3%,稳定剂3%,解胶剂3%、色料1%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述非金属尾矿为花岗岩、长石、石英矿中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述粘土为黄泥、红泥、锰泥、高岭土中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述高温助熔剂为煅烧滑石、生滑石、萤石中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为碳化硅、碳粉、膨胀珍珠岩、聚苯乙烯、粉煤灰、铝粉中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料,其特征在于,所述发泡轻质砂是将比重1.0以下的轻质砂加入发泡剂和水搅拌制成的。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.制备轻质骨料:
S11.原料混合:按各原料所占重量百分数称料,用球磨机混料球磨3-18h;
S12造粒;
S13.放入回转窑内,经900-1300℃,30-300分钟烧成后从窑炉中取出,制得轻质高强度发泡石材颗粒,即为轻质骨料;
S2.制备轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料:
S21.将轻质骨料、水泥、发泡轻质砂和减水剂按比例称取,在搅拌机里搅拌均匀;
S22.将搅拌均匀的轻质混凝土浆料加入到事先制作好的模具中,加入过程中在中间布入网;
S23.整理刮平,等待干燥。
S24.干燥完毕后脱模。
10.根据权利要求9所述的轻质高强度发泡石材墙体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,S22中,所述网为铁、不锈钢或塑料制成的,或者所述网由耐高温材料制成的。
