本发明的一种多功能强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体和箱盖内均设置有减振结构,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,容纳盒内设置有平板电脑,平板电脑背面转动连接有伸缩支撑杆,伸缩支撑杆末端转动连接在容纳盒内底部,容纳盒顶部设置有推拉盖板。本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。

一种防潮式强震仪便携箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防潮式强震仪便携箱。
背景技术
目前,强震仪是记录强烈地震近地面运动的自动触发式地震仪。一般由拾震系统、记录系统、触发—起动系统、时标系统和电源系统五部分构成。地震发生时,需要工作人员携带强震仪紧急奔赴震区,然后迅速架设地震观测台,因此强震仪的携带和安放成为了比较重要的工作。现在的强震仪一般是装在普通的箱子里来回搬运,在搬运过程中强震仪容易受到震动等的影响,严重时会造成强震仪的损坏。而且震区环境比较恶劣复杂,观测台不容易快速建成,强震仪只能简单的放在箱子上,笔记本电脑也无处放置,工作人员操作很不方便,降低了地震监测的效率和精度。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种方便携带强震仪,减振和防潮效果好的防潮式强震仪便携箱。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种防潮式强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,
所述箱体内设置有下缓冲垫块,箱盖内设置有上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔,箱盖顶部上方设置有可翻开的容纳盒,所述容纳盒顶部设置有盒盖,所述盒盖底部表面设置有太阳能电池板,箱体内设置有与太阳能电池板相连接的蓄电池,箱体外侧壁上设置有与蓄电池连接的照明灯,所述照明灯外设置有防护罩,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
上述箱体底部开有收纳槽,收纳槽的开口处设置有推拉盖板,收纳槽内中心竖直连接有伸缩支撑柱,所述伸缩支撑柱上穿有开口向下且可伸缩的圆锥形的支撑架,伸缩支撑柱底部向外延伸有穿出支撑架的支撑横杆,所述支撑横杆末端底部开有容纳槽,支撑横杆转动连接有可转入容纳槽内的销钉,支撑横杆末端套有弹性套圈。
上述箱体前后左右四个侧壁均连接有牵拉绳索,所述牵拉绳索上设置有吸盘和带螺钉的固定环,箱体侧壁上设置有用于装牵拉绳索的收纳袋。
上述强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的上缓冲垫块内均嵌入有减振弹簧组件,所述减振弹簧组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,所述橡胶筒内设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧。
上述防护罩下端与箱体转动连接,防护罩顶部和箱体侧壁上设置有挂锁。
上述容纳盒为方形,容纳盒右侧壁底部与箱盖顶部边缘通过铰链相连接,容纳盒左侧壁和箱盖左侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1、2所示,本发明的一种防潮式强震仪便携箱,包括
箱体2和箱盖1,箱体2内设置有下缓冲垫块7,箱盖1内设置有上缓冲垫块6,下缓冲垫块7中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块6中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔,箱盖1顶部上方设置有可翻开的容纳盒4,容纳盒4顶部设置有盒盖,盒盖底部表面设置有太阳能电池板5,箱体2内设置有与太阳能电池板5相连接的蓄电池17,箱体2外侧壁上设置有与蓄电池17连接的照明灯9,照明灯9外设置有防护罩8,箱体2和箱盖1前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。容纳盒4底部铺设防水袋19,一方面起到防潮作用,另一方面便于地震监测现场装入沙土等重物,然后将防水袋19压在强震仪上,使强震仪与箱体1底部接触紧密,提高强震仪的监测精度。
箱体2底部开有收纳槽,收纳槽的开口处设置有推拉盖板10,收纳槽内中心竖直连接有伸缩支撑柱11,伸缩支撑柱11上穿有开口向下且可伸缩的圆锥形的支撑架12,伸缩支撑柱11底部向外延伸有穿出支撑架12的支撑横杆13,支撑横杆13末端底部开有容纳槽15,支撑横杆13转动连接有可转入容纳槽15内的销钉14,支撑横杆13末端套有弹性套圈16。
强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块7内以及强震仪容置腔上方的上缓冲垫块6内均嵌入有减振弹簧组件,减振弹簧组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,橡胶筒内设置有空腔,空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧。防护罩8下端与箱体2转动连接,防护罩8顶部和箱体2侧壁上设置有挂锁。容纳盒4为方形,容纳盒4右侧壁底部与箱盖1顶部边缘通过铰链相连接,容纳盒4左侧壁和箱盖1左侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。
外出时,将强震仪放在强震仪容置腔内,然后将箱盖1与箱体2通过连接锁扣锁住,周围的缓冲垫能够有效地起到减振作用。同时受力较大的强震仪容置腔上方和下方增加装在橡胶筒内的弹簧18,减小了强震仪上下颠簸造成的震动。可以用背带3背起箱体2。
到达监测现场后,推开推拉盖板10,将伸缩支撑腿从收纳槽中拉出,将箱体2调整水平,圆锥形的支撑架12可以提高箱体2稳定性,同时提高地震的传导性,提高强震仪的监测精度。销钉14转到竖直状态,可以将销钉14钉在地面上,稳固性比较强。不使用时,将销钉14转到容纳槽15内,然后用弹性套圈16箍住。箱体前后左右四个侧壁均连接有牵拉绳索21,牵拉绳索上设置有吸盘22和带螺钉的固定环23,箱体2侧壁上设置有用于装牵拉绳索21的收纳袋20。将牵拉绳索21拉紧,如果地面是比较坚硬的石头,可以将吸盘22吸在石头上,如果地面不太硬,可以将固定环23上的螺钉钉入地面,从而将箱体2向四个方向牵拉,大大加强了箱体的稳定性,避免大风将箱体刮到。不使用时将牵拉绳索21装入收纳袋20内。
打开箱盖1,将强震仪取出,然后将下缓冲垫取出,再把强震仪放入箱体2内,从而强震仪与箱体2底部直接接触。向下翻开防护罩8,照明灯9就显露出来了,蓄电池17为照明灯9提供电能。不使用时,将防护罩8向上翻并通过磁铁吸住防护罩8上端,起到保护照明灯9的作用。如果蓄电池17电量不足,可以翻开容纳盒4,使太阳能电池板5接收阳光照射进行发电,给蓄电池17进行充电。推开的推拉盖板10可以作为支撑板,将笔记本电脑放在推拉盖板10上,然后将笔记本电脑与强震仪用数据线连接起来就可以工作了。使用完成后,将伸缩支撑腿和支撑架12回缩入收纳槽即可,不占用空间。
以上所述仅是本专利的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本专利技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本专利的保护范围。

1.一种防潮式强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体内设置有下缓冲垫块,箱盖内设置有上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷,上缓冲垫块中心向上凹陷,形成上下扣合的强震仪容置腔,箱盖顶部上方设置有可翻开的容纳盒,所述容纳盒顶部设置有盒盖,所述盒盖底部表面设置有太阳能电池板,箱体内设置有与太阳能电池板相连接的蓄电池,箱体外侧壁上设置有与蓄电池连接的照明灯,所述照明灯外设置有防护罩,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上设置有连接锁扣。

3.根据权利要求1所述防潮式强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述箱体前后左右四个侧壁均连接有牵拉绳索,所述牵拉绳索上设置有吸盘和带螺钉的固定环,箱体侧壁上设置有用于装牵拉绳索的收纳袋。
4.根据权利要求1所述防潮式强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的上缓冲垫块内均嵌入有减振弹簧组件,所述减振弹簧组件包括竖直的圆柱形的橡胶筒,所述橡胶筒内设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有竖直的弹簧。
