本发明的一种减振式强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,箱体内设置有下缓冲垫块,箱盖内设置有上缓冲垫块,下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷形成强震仪容置腔,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,容纳盒内设置有热红外生命探测仪,容纳盒顶部设置有盒盖,箱盖底部设置有嵌入在上缓冲垫块内的平板电脑,平板电脑上覆盖有可拆卸的减振隔垫,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上以及盒盖上均设置有连接锁扣。本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种减振式强震仪便携箱。
背景技术
目前,强震仪是记录强烈地震近地面运动的自动触发式地震仪。一般由拾震系统、记录系统、触发—起动系统、时标系统和电源系统五部分构成。地震发生时,需要工作人员携带强震仪紧急奔赴震区,然后迅速架设地震观测台,因此强震仪的携带和安放成为了比较重要的工作。现在的强震仪一般是装在普通的箱子里来回搬运,在搬运过程中强震仪容易受到震动等的影响,严重时会造成强震仪的损坏。而且震区环境比较恶劣复杂,观测台不容易快速建成,笔记本电脑也无处放置,工作人员操作很不方便,降低了地震监测的效率和精度。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种方便携带强震仪,减振和防尘效果好的减振式强震仪便携箱。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
本发明的一种减振式强震仪便携箱,包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱体内
设置有下缓冲垫块,箱盖内设置有上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷形成强震仪容置腔,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,所述容纳盒内设置有热红外生命探测仪,容纳盒顶部设置有盒盖,箱盖底部设置有嵌入在上缓冲垫块内的平板电脑,平板电脑上覆盖有可拆卸的减振隔垫,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上以及盒盖上均设置有连接锁扣,箱盖顶部设置有无线通讯单元,所述无线通讯单元连接有伸缩天线。
上述箱体底部四角和中心均开有收纳槽,四角的收纳槽内均竖直连接有伸缩支撑腿,中心的收纳槽内竖直连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆下端连接有开口向下且可伸缩的圆锥形的支撑架,所述支撑架下端与四个伸缩支撑腿下端通过连接杆相连接。
上述强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的缓冲垫块内均嵌入有缓冲气囊,所述缓冲气囊包括若干并排连接的长条形的囊体。
上述箱体两侧侧壁上均设置有容纳袋,其中一个容纳袋内装有铲子,所述铲子设置有伸缩铲子把,另一个容纳袋内装有折叠凳。
上述箱体右侧壁底部设置有行走轮,箱体左侧壁设置有伸缩把手,箱体连接有背带。
上述无线通讯单元包括视频通话触摸屏,所述视频通话触摸屏通过铰链连接在箱盖顶部,所述箱盖顶部设置有凹槽,视频通话触摸屏翻转扣入凹槽内。
上述箱体前侧壁上设置有气泡水平仪。
上述箱盖顶部设置有罗盘容纳盒,所述罗盘容纳盒内设置有罗盘。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,强震仪携带方便,减振和防尘效果好,减小了搬运过程中对强震仪的震动,避免了震动对强震仪的影响,在监测现场能够快速完成架设,节省了时间,提高了工作效率,而且减小了外界环境对强震仪影响,提高了强震仪的监测精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
如图1、2、3所示,本发明的一种减振式强震仪便携箱,包括箱体2和箱盖1,箱体2内设置有下缓冲垫块11,箱盖1内设置有上缓冲垫块9,下缓冲垫块11中心向下凹陷形成强震仪容置腔,箱盖1顶部设置有容纳盒8,容纳盒8内设置有热红外生命探测仪,容纳盒8顶部设置有盒盖,箱盖1底部设置有嵌入在上缓冲垫块9内的平板电脑3,平板电脑3上覆盖有可拆卸的减振隔垫10,箱体2和箱盖1前侧壁上以及盒盖上均设置有连接锁扣。容纳盒8内底部铺设防水袋15,一方面起到防潮作用,另一方面便于地震监测现场装入沙土等重物,然后将防水袋15压在强震仪上,使强震仪与箱体1底部接触紧密,提高强震仪的监测精度。
箱体2底部四角和中心均开有收纳槽,四角的收纳槽内均竖直连接有伸缩支撑腿12,中心的收纳槽内竖直连接有伸缩杆,伸缩杆下端连接有开口向下且可伸缩的圆锥形的支撑架14,支撑架14下端与四个伸缩支撑腿12下端通过连接杆13相连接。强震仪容置腔下方的下缓冲垫块内以及强震仪容置腔上方的缓冲垫块内均嵌入有缓冲气囊20,缓冲气囊20包括若干并排连接的长条形的囊体。缓冲垫块和缓冲气囊可以起到双重保护作用。箱体2右侧壁底部设置有行走轮5,箱体2左侧壁设置有伸缩把手7,箱体2连接有背带4。箱体2前侧壁上设置有气泡水平仪6。箱体两侧侧壁上均设置有容纳袋,其中一个容纳袋内装有铲子16,铲子16设置有伸缩铲子把,另一个容纳袋内装有折叠凳17。在户外架设监测台时,可以使用铲子16将地面铲平,拿出折叠凳17方便工作人员坐。箱盖1顶部设置有无线通讯单元18,无线通讯单元18连接有伸缩天线。无线通讯单元18包括视频通话触摸屏,视频通话触摸屏通过铰链连接在箱盖1顶部,箱盖1顶部设置有凹槽,视频通话触摸屏翻转扣入凹槽内。
外出时,将强震仪放在强震仪容置腔内,然后将箱盖1与箱体2通过连接锁扣锁住,周围的缓冲垫和缓冲气囊能够有效地起到减振作用。可以将用背带4背起箱体2,也可以拉出伸缩把手7,像拉杆箱一样拉着箱体2移动。
到达监测现场后,将伸缩支撑腿12从收纳槽中拉出,通过气泡水平仪6将箱体2调整水平,圆锥形的支撑架14可以提高箱体2稳定性,同时提高地震的传导性,提高强震仪的监测精度。打开箱盖1,将强震仪取出,然后将下缓冲垫取出,再把强震仪放入箱体2内,从而强震仪与箱体2底部直接接触。取下减振隔垫10,将平板电脑3的屏幕显露出来,然后将平板电脑3与强震仪用数据线连接起来就可以工作了。从容纳盒8里取出热红外生命探测仪,可以帮助震区的人们营救生存者。使用完成后,将伸缩支撑腿12和支撑架14回缩入收纳槽即可,不占用空间。

设置有下缓冲垫块,箱盖内设置有上缓冲垫块,所述下缓冲垫块中心向下凹陷形成强震仪容置腔,箱盖顶部设置有容纳盒,所述容纳盒内设置有热红外生命探测仪,容纳盒顶部设置有盒盖,箱盖底部设置有嵌入在上缓冲垫块内的平板电脑,平板电脑上覆盖有可拆卸的减振隔垫,箱体和箱盖前侧壁上以及盒盖上均设置有连接锁扣,箱盖顶部设置有无线通讯单元,所述无线通讯单元连接有伸缩天线。

四角和中心均开有收纳槽,四角的收纳槽内均竖直连接有伸缩支撑腿,中心的收纳槽内竖直连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆下端连接有开口向下且可伸缩的圆锥形的支撑架,所述支撑架下端与四个伸缩支撑腿下端通过连接杆相连接。

6.根据权利要求1所述减振式强震仪便携箱,其特征在于:所述无线通讯单元包括视频通话触摸屏,所述视频通话触摸屏通过铰链连接在箱盖顶部,所述箱盖顶部设置有凹槽,视频通话触摸屏翻转扣入凹槽内。
