本发明公开了一种便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,设置在煤粉研磨机上部的煤粉一级输出管出口之上,包括煤粉筛分器、煤粉输入管、煤粉输出管、煤粒返回管;煤粉筛分器包括罐体和罐盖,罐体和罐盖由螺栓、螺母连接紧固;煤粉筛分器罐体的底部向煤粉筛分器罐体与煤粒返回管连接处倾斜;煤粉筛分器上端出口与煤粉输出管连通,下端设有煤粉输入管;煤粉筛分器的煤粉输入管与研磨机上部的煤粉一级输出管连接处设有手动蝶阀;进一步改进在于:煤粉筛分器内腔设有多级分样筛;煤粉输入管的通径小于煤粉输出管的通径。本发明可迅速任意调节煤粉筛分器的气压大小和煤粉输入量,满足不同工况下煤粉的筛分要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤粉制造领域,具体地讲涉及一种煤粉筛分装置。
背景技术
目前我国中小企业生产和城市集中供热用锅炉以燃煤锅炉为主,在75t/h 以下的蒸汽锅炉及58 兆瓦以下的热水锅炉的社会保有量约57 万台,其中链条锅炉占70%左右,为提高燃烧效率,现有链条锅炉一般都配有煤粉研磨机,将煤磨成煤粉后,通过煤粉输入管将煤粉输入到煤粉筛分器中筛分,筛分时煤粉进入量和气压的大小直接影响到煤粉筛分质量,现阶段控制煤粉进入量和气压大小的措施是在煤粉研磨机的煤粉输出管与煤粉筛分器的煤粉输入管之间通过法兰组件连接,在法兰组件的法兰之间设调整垫片部分遮挡管道通孔的方法控制,这种方法虽然起到了一定的效果,但是垫片调整很不方便,拆卸繁琐,煤粉的进入量和气压的大小无法随意控制。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能任意调节气压大小、控制煤粉输入量的便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,设置在煤粉研磨机上部的煤粉一级输出管出口之上,包括煤粉筛分器、煤粉输入管、煤粉输出管、煤粒返回管;所述煤粉筛分器包括罐体和罐盖,罐体的上端和罐盖的下端分别设有向外延伸的环形凸台,环形凸台分别设有若干个连接罐体和罐盖的螺栓孔,罐体和罐盖由螺栓、螺母连接紧固;所述煤粉筛分器罐体的底部向煤粉筛分器罐体与煤粒返回管连接处倾斜;所述煤粉筛分器罐盖上端出口与煤粉输出管连通,煤粉筛分器罐体的底端设有煤粉输入管;其改进之处在于:所述煤粉筛分器的煤粉输入管与研磨机上部的煤粉一级输出管连接处设有手动蝶阀。
上述结构中,所述煤粉筛分器内腔设有多级分样筛。
上述结构中,所述煤粉输入管的通径小于煤粉输出管的通径。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.蝶阀具有结构简单、启闭迅速、操作方便、灵活省力以及良好的流体控制特性和关闭密封性能。本发明煤粉筛分器的煤粉输入管进口端与研磨机上部的煤粉一级输出管出口端设有蝶阀,任意调节蝶阀的开合度,控制煤粉筛分器的气压大小和煤粉输入量,满足不同工况下煤粉的筛分要求。
2. 煤粉输入管的通径小于煤粉输出管的通径,煤粉输入管的进气压力大于煤粉输出管的出气压力,使得通过煤粉输入管对多级分样筛内进行均匀地吹气,从而使得直径更小的物料更容易地进入下一级多级分样筛,不会造成物料筛分不均匀的现象。
3. 利用研磨机内的气体压力进入筛分器进行煤粉筛分,节约了能源,降低了成本。
4. 该装置为封闭结构,不会产生粉尘溢散,不会影响周围的工作环境。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,设置在煤粉研磨机1上部的煤粉一级输出管1.1出口之上,包括煤粉筛分器2、煤粉输入管3、煤粉输出管6、煤粒返回管5;煤粉筛分器2包括罐体2.1和罐盖2.2,罐体2.1的上端和罐盖2.2的下端分别设有向外延伸的环形凸台,环形凸台分别设有若干个连接罐体2.1和罐盖2.2的螺栓孔,罐体2.1和罐盖2.2由螺栓2.3、螺母2.4连接紧固;煤粉筛分器2罐体2.1的底部向煤粉筛分器2罐体2.1与煤粒返回管5连接处倾斜;煤粉筛分器罐盖2.2上端出口与煤粉输出管6连通,煤粉筛分器罐体2.1的底端设有煤粉输入管;煤粉筛分器2的煤粉输入管3与研磨机1上部的煤粉一级输出管1.1连接处设有手动蝶阀4。
煤粉筛分器2内腔设有多级分样筛2.5。
煤粉输入管3的通径小于煤粉输出管6的通径。

1.一种便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,设置在煤粉研磨机(1)上部的煤粉一级输出管(1.1)出口之上,包括煤粉筛分器(2)、煤粉输入管(3)、煤粉输出管(6)、煤粒返回管(5);所述煤粉筛分器(2)包括罐体(2.1)和罐盖(2.2),罐体(2.1)的上端和罐盖(2.2)的下端分别设有向外延伸的环形凸台,环形凸台分别设有若干个连接罐体(2.1)和罐盖(2.2)的螺栓孔,罐体(2.1)和罐盖(2.2)由螺栓(2.3)、螺母(2.4)连接紧固;所述煤粉筛分器(2)罐体(2.1)的底部向煤粉筛分器(2)罐体(2.1)与煤粒返回管(5)连接处倾斜;所述煤粉筛分器(2)罐盖(2.2)上端出口与煤粉输出管(6)连通,煤粉筛分器(2)罐体(2.1)的底端设有煤粉输入管(3);其特征在于:所述煤粉筛分器(2)的煤粉输入管(3)与研磨机(1)上部的煤粉一级输出管(1.1)连接处设有手动蝶阀(4)。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,其特征在于:所述煤粉筛分器(2)内腔设有多级分样筛(2.5)。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的便调式煤粉研磨机气压自动筛分装置,其特征在于:所述煤粉输入管(3)的通径小于煤粉输出管(6)的通径。
