技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉碎机械,具体的为一种超微粉碎机。
背景技术
超微粉碎机是利用空气分离、重压研磨、剪切的形式来实现干性物料超微粉碎的设备。它由柱形粉碎室、研磨轮、研磨轨、风机、物料收集系统等组成。物料通过投料口进入柱形粉碎室,被沿着研磨轨做圆周运动的研磨轮碾压、剪切而实现粉碎。被粉碎的物料通过风机引起的负压气流带出粉碎室,进入物料收集系统,经过滤袋过滤,空气被排出,物料、粉尘被收集,完成粉碎。现有的超微粉碎机虽然在一定程度上能够满足干性物料的粉碎要求,但是,在中药领域中,对药物粉碎后的颗粒度具有较高要求,而现有的粉碎机不具有对粉碎后的颗粒度的筛选功能。另外,现有的超微粉碎机一般仅在粉碎室的一侧设置风机,风机产生的负压对粉碎室内的物料产生吸引力,导致粉碎室内的物料偏向风机一侧堆积,进而导致物料粉碎不彻底,降低了物料粉碎效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机,能够对粉料进行分级筛选,并具有粉碎效率高的优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机,包括底座,所述底座的上方设有壳体,所述壳体内设有粉碎室,所述粉碎室的两侧分别设有负压吸引室,两个所述负压吸引室均与所述粉碎室相连通,且两个所述负压吸引室之间设有贯穿所述粉碎室的转轴,所述粉碎室内设有套装在所述转轴上并与其同步转动的刀具组件,两个所述负压吸引室内分别设有套装在所述转轴上并与其同步转动的负压吸引叶轮;两个所述负压吸引室与所述粉碎室之间分别设有隔板,所述隔板固定安装在所述壳体上并通过轴承套装在所述转轴上,所述隔板上阵列设有用于粉碎后的物料通过的网孔;所述负压吸引室的下方设有物料收集室,所述物料收集室内从上至下间隔设有多块筛网,且相邻两块筛网中,位于上方的一块所述筛网上设置的筛孔的内径大于位于下端的一块所述筛网上设置的筛孔内径。
进一步,还包括用于驱动所述转轴旋转的动力机构。
进一步,所述动力机构包括固定安装在所述底座上的动力电机,所述动力电机与所述转轴之间采用带传动机构传动连接。
进一步,所述隔板上设有振动器Ⅰ,所述筛网上设有振动器Ⅱ。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机,通过在粉碎室的两侧均设置负压吸引室,利用两个负压吸引叶轮分别对粉碎室内产生负压吸引力,并结合刀具组件的旋转运动,在粉碎室内形成气压紊流,促使被粉碎物料在粉碎室内持续不规则运动,并在刀具组件的作用下被彻底粉碎,并提高粉碎效率;通过在粉碎室与负压吸引室之间设有隔板,并在隔板上间隔设置网孔,如此,即可限定通过隔板的粉料的颗粒度,不能通过隔板的物料继续留在粉碎室内再次粉碎;且粉料经负压吸引室后进入物料收集室内后,经过多块筛网的筛选,能够分别筛取不同颗粒度大小的粉料,即可对粉碎后的粉料根据颗粒度的大小进行分级,以满足不同的使用要求。

如图1所示,为本发明隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机实施例的结构示意图。本实施例的隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机,包括底座1,底座1的上方设有壳体2,壳体2内设有粉碎室3,粉碎室3的两侧分别设有负压吸引室4,两个负压吸引室4均与粉碎室3相连通,且两个负压吸引室4之间设有贯穿粉碎室3的转轴5,粉碎室5内设有套装在转轴5上并与其同步转动的刀具组件6,两个负压吸引室4内分别设有套装在转轴5上并与其同步转动的负压吸引叶轮7。
本实施例的两个负压吸引室4与粉碎室3之间分别设有隔板11,隔板11固定安装在壳体2上并通过轴承12套装在转轴5上,隔板11上阵列设有用于粉碎后的物料通过的网孔。本实施例的隔板11上阵列设有振动器Ⅰ13,能够避免网孔被堵塞。
本实施例的负压吸引室4的下方设有物料收集室9,物料收集室9内从上至下间隔设有多块筛网10,且相邻两块筛网10中,位于上方的一块筛网10上设置的筛孔的内径大于位于下端的一块筛网10上设置的筛孔内径,本实施例的物料收集室9内设有4块筛网10。本实施例的筛网10上设有振动器Ⅱ14,能够有效防止筛孔被堵塞。
进一步,本实施例的双作用超微粉碎机还包括用于驱动转轴5旋转的动力机构。本实施例的动力机构包括固定安装在底座1上的动力电机,动力电机与转轴5之间采用带传动机构8传动连接。
本实施例的隔挡分级式双作用超微粉碎机,通过在粉碎室的两侧均设置负压吸引室,利用两个负压吸引叶轮分别对粉碎室内产生负压吸引力,并结合刀具组件的旋转运动,在粉碎室内形成气压紊流,促使被粉碎物料在粉碎室内持续不规则运动,并在刀具组件的作用下被彻底粉碎,并提高粉碎效率;通过在粉碎室与负压吸引室之间设有隔板,并在隔板上间隔设置网孔,如此,即可限定通过隔板的粉料的颗粒度,不能通过隔板的物料继续留在粉碎室内再次粉碎;且粉料经负压吸引室后进入物料收集室内后,经过多块筛网的筛选,能够分别筛取不同颗粒度大小的粉料,即可对粉碎后的粉料根据颗粒度的大小进行分级,以满足不同的使用要求。
