本发明涉及精微粉生产领域,尤其是一种精微粉高压分散设备。
背景技术
精微粉颗粒越细、比表面积就越大,比表面积越大、颗粒与颗粒之间的吸附能力就越强,目前在精微粉生产过程中,因为细颗粒吸附在大颗粒表面,为了把精微粉颗粒个体分开需要消耗大量的时间,尤其在沉降分粒度的时候、需要重复的排细颗粒10次以上、沉降时间达到几十个小时,整个排细颗粒过程可能需要半个月左右,精微粉生产中排细颗粒过程耗时过长。
发明内容
为了解决精微粉生产中排细颗粒过程耗时过长的问题, 本发明提供一种精微粉高压分散设备,只需要2-4次就能把精细粉生产过程中的细颗粒排干净。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种精微粉高压分散设备,所述精细粉高压分散设备包括拌料器、玻璃管流量计、高压扬程泵、压力容器、料罐,所述高压扬程泵通过输料管道与拌料器连接,所述玻璃管流量计安装在高压扬程泵与拌料器连接的输料管道上,所述压力容器通过输料管道与高压扬程泵连接,所述料罐位于压力容器的出料口的下方。在精微粉生产排细颗粒的过程中,开启本发明所述的精微粉高压分散设备,所述细颗粒通过输料管道依次经过拌料系统、高压扬程泵、压力容器进行处理,最后从压力容器的出料口排入料罐,在每次细颗粒排出过程中观察玻璃管流量计的数值、反复进行排细颗粒作业,在达到生产标准后即关闭本发明所述的精微粉高压分散设备、完成排细颗粒作业。
本发明的有益效果是,通过本发明的使用,只需要2-4次就能把精细粉生产过程中的细颗粒排干净,有效缩短了精微粉生产中排细颗粒过程的作业时间。

如图1所示,所述精细粉高压分散设备由拌料器1、玻璃管流量计2、高压扬程泵3、压力容器4、料罐5组成,所述高压扬程泵3通过输料管道6与拌料器1连接,所述玻璃管流量计2安装在高压扬程泵3与拌料器1连接的输料管道6上,所述压力容器4通过输料管道6与高压扬程泵3连接,所述料罐5位于压力容器4的出料口401下方。
在精微粉生产排细颗粒的过程中,开启本发明所述的精微粉高压分散设备,所述细颗粒通过输料管道6依次经过拌料系统1、高压扬程泵3、压力容器4进行处理,最后从压力容器4的出料口401排入料罐5,在每次细颗粒排出过程中观察玻璃管流量计2的数值、反复进行排细颗粒作业,在达到生产标准后即关闭本发明所述的精微粉高压分散设备、完成排细颗粒作业。
