Description

Ointment for treating osteoarticular diseases
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ointment for treating osteoarticular diseases, belonging to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines.
Background
The bone joint is a part which is frequently used and moved by a human body, and is also a part which is easily damaged and easily generates pathological changes. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the main causes of bone joint injury and pathological changes of lumbar vertebra, knee joint and elbow joint and the like are caused by the falling, contusion or cold-dampness, and the main pathogenesis of pain is that channel obstruction and unsmooth qi and blood circulation are caused. The western medicine considers that the bone joint injury and lesion are caused by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The internal cause is mainly degenerative change of bone joints, while the external cause is mainly strain, loss, cold and dampness. Synovial membrane dysfunction caused by various intra-articular injuries results in abnormal generation and absorption of joint fluid, and joint effusion, synovial membrane morphological changes and even joint cartilage invasion can be generated.
The existing traditional Chinese medicine products for treating bone joint injury or pathological changes usually need a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines for compatibility and combination, and have the problems of complex components, high cost, difficult preparation and the like. Although the existing medicinal patch or plaster for treating osteoarticular diseases has the advantages of relatively high price, slow effect and long treatment period, and is not suitable for low-income people.
The cactus is a common succulent plant, is also a traditional Chinese medicinal material, is bitter and astringent in taste, cold in nature and non-toxic, enters heart, lung and stomach meridians, has the effects of promoting qi and blood circulation, clearing heat and removing toxicity, relieving swelling and pain, moistening intestines to stop bleeding, soothing nerves and inducing diuresis and the like, and can be used for treating diseases such as heart and stomach qi pain, lump in chest, dysentery, tremble, laryngalgia, pulmonary abscess, furuncle and the like. Meanwhile, the cactus can also treat diseases such as parotitis and the like in an external application mode. However, there is no report on the use of cactus as a therapeutic agent for osteoarticular diseases.
Alum, also known as alum, is a mineral Chinese medicine. Because it has the functions of eliminating phlegm, stopping diarrhea, stopping bleeding, detoxicating and killing parasites, it is often used to treat hepatitis, gastric and duodenal ulcer, aphtha, etc.
