背景技术
淋巴结核，中医称之为瘰疬，是体现于肌表的毒块组织，是由肝肺两方面的痰毒热毒凝聚所成。西医则指，人体内有专事于清毒杀毒从而保护血管，组织的淋巴系统，遭遇来自体内外无法清除杀灭的毒菌，凝聚和集结于肌表组织形成的毒瘤。多在颈部一侧或双侧长出疙瘩，逐渐长大，不痛不痒，推入滑动，无明显压痛，如身体抵抗力低则逐渐增大，皮肤发变紫，最终破溃流水样脓液并排出黄浊样干酪样脓液，中医称之谓“老鼠疮”。反复溃烂少，部分病人可有低热、盗、汗食欲不振、消瘦等全身中毒症状。淋巴结结核发病原因有两种：一种是结核杆菌通过上呼吸道或随食物在口腔及鼻咽部尤其是扁桃体腺引起的原发灶上感染。后沿淋巴管到达颈部浅深层淋巴结。各部位多为单侧性淋巴结。受累咽部。重发病以上吸收后受累淋巴结核仍继续发展形成冷脓肿或溃疡。另一种是原发结核感染后血中结核杆菌随血行进入内侧颈淋巴结，引起颈淋巴结核;还可以从腰腹部淋巴感染,然后汲及深部淋巴结群继发感染，在颈淋巴结结核发病中较为常见。目前的治疗方法在西医领域主要采用手术方式，在中医方面主要采用针灸或中药汤剂内消，但不管哪种方法，都非常容易复发，而且在用药方面还会有副作用，因此外敷方式是一种选择。
发明内容

一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药的制备方法，其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤：
（1）取3/4的雪灵芝，切成碎粒，加入到乙醇中浸泡32-48小时，渗漉，得到初漉液，减压回收乙醇，浓缩至干，研磨粉碎，过80-120目筛子，得到雪灵芝渗漉粉；
（2）将剩余1/4的雪灵芝研磨粉碎，过80-120目筛子，得到雪灵芝研磨粉；
（3）将鲜夏枯草、鲜猫眼草、鲜马齿苋、鲜小果蕗蕨、鲜女金芦分别清洗干净、打成泥，混合、搅拌均匀，得到鲜草泥；
（4）将维生素C、维生素E、异丁哌利福霉素、丙硫异烟胺片分别研磨成超微粉末，混合，过200-300目筛子，得到西药粉；
（5）将膏药基质加热至65-75℃，拌入雪灵芝渗漉粉、雪灵芝研磨粉、中药粉和西药粉，搅拌均匀，自然冷却至40-50℃，拌入羊胆膏和中药稠膏，搅拌均匀，再自然冷却至20-30℃，加入鲜草泥、尼泊金丙酯，搅拌均匀，得到膏药糊；
（6）将步骤（5）的膏药糊涂在无纺布上，并盖上PE膜，裁剪成需要的规格即可。
优选的，羊胆膏是由羊胆汁加入蜂蜜，文火熬制成膏，再拌入冰片粉，搅拌均匀，即可；
优选的，中药粉是将蜈蚣、全蝎、浙贝母按比例称好、清洗干净、烘干，分别研磨成100-120目粉末，混合而成；
优选的，中药稠膏是将墓头回、母猪半夏、玄参、连翘、泽泻、地骨皮、山橙、野火球、咸虾花、百部按量称好，加入5-8倍的水煎煮2-4小时，过滤、浓缩至稠膏状，即可。
各中药组分的功效：
雪灵芝：全草含生物碱：蚤缀碱A、B、C、D和1-乙酸基-β-咔啉，l-甲氧甲酸基-β-咔啉；甾体裁成分：22,23-二氢菠菜甾醇，22,23－二氢菠菜甾酮，麦角甾醇-5,8-过氧化物，24-亚甲基-22,23-二氢羊毛甾醇，羊齿烯酮，胡萝卜甙，22,23-二氢菠菜甾醇棕榈酸酯；以及黄酮类成分：小麦黄素，右旋异金雀花素和左旋异金雀花素。具有清热解毒、利胆退黄、通淋止痛等功效，对淋巴结核具有抑制作用。
羊胆膏：主要成分有胆汁酸盐、胆色素（主为胆红素和胆绿紊）、粘蛋白、胆甾醇、卵磷脂、碳酸氢钠等，具有清热解毒、明目退翳等功效，可以缓解淋巴结核所引起的症状；
夏枯草：主要功效是清热泻火、明目、散结消肿，对淋巴结核有治愈作用；
猫眼草：主要功效是败毒抗癌、逐痰散结，对淋巴结核有治愈作用；
马齿苋：主要功效是清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎，对淋巴结核有治愈作用；
小果蕗蕨：主要功效是清热解毒、敛疮生肌，可以缓解淋巴结核的症状；
女金芦：主要功效是清热解毒、消食导滞、舒筋活络，可以缓解淋巴结核的症状；
蜈蚣：主要功效是息风镇痉，功毒散结，通络止痛，可以起到抗菌止痛的作用，有利于淋巴结核的消散和恢复；
全蝎：主要功效是息风镇痉、通络止痛、攻毒散结，可以起到镇痛散结的作用，有利于淋巴结核的消散和恢复；
浙贝母：主要功效是清热化痰、散结解毒，可以起到消肿的作用，有利于淋巴结核的消散和恢复；
墓头回：主要功效是燥湿止带、收敛止血、清热解毒；
母猪半夏：主要功效是散瘀、解毒、止痛；
玄参：主要功效是清热凉血、滋阴降火、解毒散结；
连翘：主要功效是清热解毒、散结消肿；
泽泻：主要功效是利水、渗湿、泄热；
地骨皮：主要功效是清热、凉血；
山橙：主要功效是行气、止痛、除湿、杀虫；
野火球：主要功效是止咳、镇痛、散结；
咸虾花：主要功效是清热利湿、散瘀消肿；
百部：主要功效是散热解表；
维生素C：主要起到抗氧化、抗炎的作用，可以进一步的，可以进一步深化药物的消肿和抗炎功效；
维生素E：主要用于改善微循环，使末梢血管扩张，改善血液循环，更有利于药物的吸收；
异丁哌利福霉素：属于抗结核药物，在与其他药物成分的相互作用，可以有效的用于结核病的初始和复发；
丙硫异烟胺片：属于抗结核药物，在与其他药物成分的相互作用，可以进一步治疗药物无效者；
本发明的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，采用对病患处外敷方式，可以有效的控制结核的生长以及病变，并且还可以有效的预防由于淋巴结核所产生的低热、盗汗、食欲不振等症状。 各中药组分配伍合理，协同增效，还具有软化和保护皮肤的作用，使用简便，成本低，治疗效果显著。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式，用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：羊胆膏18份、雪灵芝22份、乙醇33份、鲜夏枯草6份、鲜猫眼草3份、鲜马齿苋5份、鲜小果蕗蕨2份、鲜女金芦4份、中药粉8份、中药稠膏11份、维生素C 1份、维生素E 0.8份、异丁哌利福霉素2份、丙硫异烟胺片1份、尼泊金丙酯3份、膏药基质134份；其中羊胆膏是由羊胆汁、蜂蜜、冰片粉按5:10:1的比例混合熬制而成；乙醇浓度为80%；中药粉是由蜈蚣、全蝎、浙贝母按1:1:2的比例混合制成；中药稠膏是由墓头回、母猪半夏、玄参、连翘、泽泻、地骨皮、山橙、野火球、咸虾花、百部按各10%的质量份数混合熬制而成；膏药基质为松香膏药基质。
实施例2
本实施例的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：羊胆膏32份、雪灵芝40份、乙醇50份、鲜夏枯草10份、鲜猫眼草8份、鲜马齿苋9份、鲜小果蕗蕨7份、鲜女金芦8份、中药粉25份、中药稠膏26份、维生素C3份、维生素E 1.6份、异丁哌利福霉素5份、丙硫异烟胺片5份、尼泊金丙酯6份、膏药基质260份。
实施例3
本实施例的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成：羊胆膏25份、雪灵芝32份、乙醇41份、鲜夏枯草8份、鲜猫眼草5份、鲜马齿苋7份、鲜小果蕗蕨5份、鲜女金芦6份、中药粉14份、中药稠膏20份、维生素C2份、维生素E 1.2份、异丁哌利福霉素3份、丙硫异烟胺片3份、尼泊金丙酯5份、膏药基质223份。
以上实施例的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）取3/4的雪灵芝，切成碎粒，加入到乙醇中浸泡42小时，渗漉，得到初漉液，减压回收乙醇，浓缩至干，研磨粉碎，过100目筛子，得到雪灵芝渗漉粉；
（2）将剩余1/4的雪灵芝研磨粉碎，过100目筛子，得到雪灵芝研磨粉；
（3）将鲜夏枯草、鲜猫眼草、鲜马齿苋、鲜小果蕗蕨、鲜女金芦分别清洗干净、打成泥，混合、搅拌均匀，得到鲜草泥；
（4）将维生素C、维生素E、异丁哌利福霉素、丙硫异烟胺片分别研磨成超微粉末，混合，过250目筛子，得到西药粉；
（5）将膏药基质加热至70℃，拌入雪灵芝渗漉粉、雪灵芝研磨粉、中药粉和西药粉，搅拌均匀，自然冷却至45℃，拌入羊胆膏和中药稠膏，搅拌均匀，再自然冷却至25℃，加入鲜草泥、尼泊金丙酯，搅拌均匀，得到膏药糊；
（6）将步骤（5）的膏药糊涂在无纺布上，并盖上PE膜，裁剪成需要的规格即可。
优选的，羊胆膏是由羊胆汁加入蜂蜜，文火熬制成膏，再拌入冰片粉，搅拌均匀，即可；
优选的，中药粉是将蜈蚣、全蝎、浙贝母按比例称好、清洗干净、烘干，分别研磨成110目粉末，混合而成；
优选的，中药稠膏是将墓头回、母猪半夏、玄参、连翘、泽泻、地骨皮、山橙、野火球、咸虾花、百部按量称好，加入7倍的水煎煮3小时，过滤、浓缩至稠膏状，即可。
以上实施例的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，本发明的一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，采用对病患处外敷方式，可以有效的控制结核的生长以及病变，并且还可以有效的预防由于淋巴结核所产生的低热、盗汗、食欲不振等症状。
下面列举6个典型的临床病例，用以说明使用本发明的膏药后，症状明显消失，治疗效果好，不复发：
病例一：王某，男，32岁，山东人，诊断为颈部淋巴结核，发病时长为3个月，颈部后部有数枚手指大小肿块，伴有盗汗症状，未溃烂，使用本发明的膏药外敷1个星期，症状消失，半年后复查，无复发。
病例2：张某某，男，35岁，河南人，诊断为颈部淋巴结核，发病时长2年，颈部两侧后方有成串肿块，患病处脓肿溃烂，伴有精神倦怠、失眠、腹胀的症状， 使用本发明的膏药1个月，症状缓解，溃疡消失，使用2个月肿胀消失，至今无复发。
病例3：匡某，女，52岁，宁夏人，诊断为腋窝部淋巴结核，发病时长4个月，腋窝处淋巴结肿大，伴有疼痛，无溃烂，使用本发明的膏药1个月，疼痛消失，肿胀消退，3个月后复查，无复发。
病例4：刘某某，男，41岁，北京人，诊断为腹股沟淋巴结核，发病时长8个月，腹股沟处有大小不同的多处肿胀，并有少量的穿溃脓血，使用本发明的膏药，1个月，溃烂愈合，1个半月，肿胀消散，半年后复查，无复发。
病例5：张某，女，50岁，北京人，诊断为腹部淋巴结核，发病时长1年，为术后刀口不愈合，后溃疡化脓，形成瘘孔，使用本发明的膏药，2个月后，溃疡消失，3个月后瘘孔愈合，至今再无复发。
病例6：闵某某，男，51岁，吉林人，诊断为肺门淋巴结核，发病时长1年零2个月，X射线显示双侧肺门阴影增大，伴有咳嗽咳痰、盗汗、乏力，使用本发明的膏药2个月后复查，肺门阴影消失，其他症状消退，3个月后复查，无复发。

Claims (10)

1.一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成：羊胆膏18-32份、雪灵芝22-40份、乙醇33-50份、鲜夏枯草6-10份、鲜猫眼草3-8份、鲜马齿苋5-9份、鲜小果蕗蕨2-7份、鲜女金芦4-8份、中药粉8-25份、中药稠膏11-26份、维生素C 1-3份、维生素E 0.8-1.6份、异丁哌利福霉素2-5份、丙硫异烟胺片1-5份、尼泊金丙酯3-6份、膏药基质134-260份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于羊胆膏是由羊胆汁、蜂蜜、冰片粉按5:10:1的比例混合熬制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于乙醇浓度为80%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于中药粉是由蜈蚣、全蝎、浙贝母按1:1:2的比例混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于中药稠膏是由墓头回、母猪半夏、玄参、连翘、泽泻、地骨皮、山橙、野火球、咸虾花、百部按各10%的质量份数混合熬制而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于由膏药基质为松香膏药基质。
7.根据权利要求2所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于羊胆膏是由羊胆汁加入蜂蜜，文火熬制成膏，再拌入冰片粉，搅拌均匀，即可。
8.根据权利要求4所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于中药粉是将蜈蚣、全蝎、浙贝母按比例称好、清洗干净、烘干，分别研磨成100-120目粉末，混合而成。
9.根据权利要求5所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药，其特征在于中药稠膏是将墓头回、母猪半夏、玄参、连翘、泽泻、地骨皮、山橙、野火球、咸虾花、百部按量称好，加入5-8倍的水煎煮2-4小时，过滤、浓缩至稠膏状，即可。
10.权利要求1-9所述一种治疗淋巴结核的膏药的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：
（1）取3/4的雪灵芝，切成碎粒，加入到乙醇中浸泡32-48小时，渗漉，得到初漉液，减压回收乙醇，浓缩至干，研磨粉碎，过80-120目筛子，得到雪灵芝渗漉粉；
（2）将剩余1/4的雪灵芝研磨粉碎，过80-120目筛子，得到雪灵芝研磨粉；
（3）将鲜夏枯草、鲜猫眼草、鲜马齿苋、鲜小果蕗蕨、鲜女金芦分别清洗干净、打成泥，混合、搅拌均匀，得到鲜草泥；
（4）将维生素C、维生素E、异丁哌利福霉素、丙硫异烟胺片分别研磨成超微粉末，混合，过200-300目筛子，得到西药粉；
（5）将膏药基质加热至65-75℃，拌入雪灵芝渗漉粉、雪灵芝研磨粉、中药粉和西药粉，搅拌均匀，自然冷却至40-50℃，拌入羊胆膏和中药稠膏，搅拌均匀，再自然冷却至20-30℃，加入鲜草泥、尼泊金丙酯，搅拌均匀，得到膏药糊；
（6）将步骤（5）的膏药糊涂在无纺布上，并盖上PE膜，裁剪成需要的规格即可。
