本发明涉及一种骨科生物支架植入的辅助医疗器械。所述的底基座块与顶夹持块之间通过立杆相支撑固定,所述的顶夹持块上夹持有伺服电机,伺服电机的动力转轴端通过铰链件与上传动杆的顶端相铰接,上传动杆的底端通过铰链件与插销杆一端相铰接;所述的底基座块内置轴承,在轴承内套入插销杆,插销杆另一端插入插销套筒,并且在插销杆末端横向拧接有螺栓,所述的螺栓卡扣于长条槽口上;本发明的结构简单、操作医生容易上手;采用伺服电机控制下传动杆的控制,进而控制螺栓刀按照操作的要求来进行旋转,并且该种旋转是高准确度的,这种高精度的拧入为骨科材料之间的螺栓固定提供了技术性的保障。

骨科是各大医院最常见的科室之一,主要研究骨骼肌肉系统的解剖、生理与病理,运用药物、手术及物理方法保持和发展这一系统的正常形态与功能。随着时代和社会的变更,骨科伤病谱有了明显的变化,例如,骨关节结核、骨髓炎、小儿麻痹症等疾病明显减少,交通事故引起的创伤明显增多。骨科伤病谱的变化,这就需要骨科与时俱进了。随着科学技术的发展和进步,骨科学在诊断、治疗方面有了很大的进展。手外科的建立和发展,使手外伤的诊治技术迅速得到普及和提高;显微外科手术的广泛开展,使多趾游离再造手、神经束的吻合及松解,0.2mm的小动脉间的吻合已不再是神话;采用新的术式治疗脊柱侧凸、颈椎病及颈椎狭窄等疾病都取得了较好的骨科学效果;对关节炎患者采取的各种有效的术式,使得多年卧床的患者从新站立起来;对恶性骨肿瘤的治疗已从单一的截肢发展到综合的治疗,提高了手术的治愈率和存活率;膝关节镜的临床应用,不仅解决了一些疑难关节病的诊断,而且实现了诊断及治疗同步进行;随着材料科学的发展,使得一些复杂的骨折同样也能行内固定治疗;人工关节、人工椎体的功能及性能也更趋完善。总之,骨科学的发展与基础医学,特别是实验医学及材料科学的发展是分不开的。而人工关节是人们为挽救已失去功能的关节而设计的一种人工器官,它在人工器官中属于疗效最好的一种。随着科技进步,人工关节手术已经是一种十分成功和有把握的手术:它可以即刻消除关节疼痛、恢复关节的正常活动功能,使长期受关节病痛折磨的人们再次获得新生,手术后可以象正常人那样,行走、爬楼、外出旅行、外出工作、购物和体育锻炼等。人工关节的金属部件曾采用不锈钢来制做,后来又发展了钴合金材料,钴合金的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和机械性能都较好。近来又发展了钛及钛合金材料,含钛材料不但耐腐蚀,而且比重小,更易与人自体的骨长在一起,是理想的材料。人工关节金属部件之间一般都垫有高密度超高分子量聚乙烯塑料。随着骨科的生物代替材料的发展,在骨科治疗的上有了很大的进步,因为需要一套匹配程度高的骨科生物支架植入的辅助医疗器械才能完成种种的骨科手术。

所述的手术操作平台上固定有3-5套的支架植入机构;
所述的铰链件(5)是由上铰件(51)、下铰件(52)铰合之处内置方块件(53),并且在横向位置贯通固定轴销a(54),纵向位置贯通固定轴销b(55)所构成;
所述的下传动杆(9)与插销套筒(8)接触之处横向贯通固定有销钉。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科生物支架植入的辅助医疗器械,其特征在于所述的长条槽口(82)的长度为7-12厘米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种骨科生物支架植入的辅助医疗器械,其特征在于所述的弹簧座(83)最大压缩状态与舒展状态比为1:3至1:4.7之间。
