Description of the embodiments
The invention provides a health care chair, which is further described in detail below by referring to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the purposes, technical schemes and effects of the invention clearer and more definite. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a health care chair, comprising a chassis 1, a leg support 2 hinged at the front end of the top of the chassis, a back support 3 hinged at the rear end of the top of the chassis, a cushion 4 arranged on the chassis, the leg support and the back support, a first driving mechanism 5 for driving the leg support and the back support to rotate, and a controller 6; the chair back bracket 3 comprises a rotating shaft 31, an upper beam 32 which is arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft and rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft, a lower beam 33 which is arranged at the lower end of the rotating shaft and does not rotate along with the rotating shaft, a plurality of cross bars 34 which are rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft and are positioned between the upper beam and the lower beam, and a second driving mechanism 35 for driving the rotating shaft to rotate in a reciprocating manner; the two ends of the upper beam, the lower beam and the cross bar are respectively provided with a joint bearing 36, and the joint bearings at the same end are inserted with a transmission rod 37; the first driving mechanism 5 and the second driving mechanism 35 are electrically connected with the controller 6. For aesthetic and comfort reasons, the chair may also be provided with padding and a coating layer that covers the surface of the chair.
When the device is used, the angle of the leg support and the chair back support is regulated by the controller, after the rotating speed gear is selected, under the action of the second driving mechanism 35, the rotating shaft 31 drives the upper beam 32 to reciprocate, the upper beam drives the two transmission rods 37 to swing back and forth by taking the joint bearings at the two ends of the lower beam 33 as the center, the two transmission rods drive the transverse bar 34 to reciprocate around the rotating shaft, and as the two transmission rods swing by taking the joint bearings at the two ends of the lower beam as the center, the displacement at the two ends of the plurality of cross beams linearly changes along with the height, so that the rotating angle of the cross beams also linearly changes. The change is suitable for the rotation condition of the spine when the upper body of the human body rotates, so that the muscle of the waist can be effectively relaxed, the intestinal tract is forced to creep when the waist is rotated, the gastrointestinal tract function is improved, and in addition, the excessive rotation of the spine can not bring additional burden.
Here, the upper beam, the lower beam, and the cross bar are connected to the transmission rod by using joint bearings so that the transmission rod can swing in any direction, and the first stopper 361 may be provided above and below one of the joint bearings so that the transmission rod 37 does not slide down from the joint bearing 36, as shown in fig. 2. The first stop 361 may be a clip, a throat or other protrusion that can be secured to the surface of the drive rod.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the second driving mechanism 35 includes a motor 351 disposed below the side of the rotating shaft 31, a first link 352 vertically fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor, a second link 353 vertically fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 31, and a third link 354 with two ends respectively hinged to the first link and the second link; the motor is electrically connected with the controller. The first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod form a three-connecting-rod transmission mechanism, and the second connecting rod is driven to swing back and forth through the rotation of the first connecting rod, so that a rotating shaft fixedly connected with the second connecting rod rotates back and forth.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the upper beam 32 is sleeved at the upper end of the rotating shaft 31 and is connected by a key; the lower beam 33 is sleeved at the lower end of the rotating shaft through a bearing; the cross bar 34 is sleeved on the rotating shaft through an angular contact bearing. The upper beam and the rotating shaft can be conveniently disassembled and assembled by adopting key connection, and in fact, the upper beam and the rotating shaft can be connected by adopting bolts, welding or other fixed connection modes; in order to prevent the lower beam from rotating along with the rotating shaft, the lower beam can be directly hinged on the underframe 1 or can be fixedly connected on a fixing frame 355 (the fixing frame is hinged with the underframe, and a motor can be fixed on the fixing frame); the cross bars are connected with the rotating shaft by adopting angular contact bearings, because the angular contact bearings can bear axial force. Preferably, a second limiting member (not shown) may be disposed above and below the cross bar to prevent the cross bar from sliding up and down on the rotating shaft, where the second limiting member may be a clip, a hose clamp or other protruding member capable of being fixed on the surface of the rotating shaft.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the upper beam 32, the lower beam 33 and the cross bar 34 are provided with pads 38 for installing cushions, so as to increase the stress area and prevent the cushions from sinking backwards.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the chair back support 3 further includes a headrest 39 disposed above the upper beam 32, and the headrest is sleeved on the rotating shaft 31 and can rotate synchronously with the rotating shaft. Specifically, a keyed connection, a bolted connection, a welded connection, or other fixed connection method may be employed.
