本发明涉及一种水乳剂杀虫剂及其生产工艺,具体而言,是涉及一种绿色环保型水乳杀虫剂,按重量份数计包括以下原料:茶皂素25‑35份、双氧水10‑20份、小苏打20‑30份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01‑0.03份、十六酸异丙酯0.01‑0.02份、胺菊酯40‑55份、高金噻酮15‑25份、大蒜20‑25份、花椒水10‑30份、农乳04#10‑15份、农乳602#5‑15份黄腐酸15‑20份。本发明的优点在于:适用范围广、剂型稳定、增效明显、生产工艺简单。

水乳剂杀虫剂及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及水乳剂杀虫剂领域,尤其是涉及一种水乳剂杀虫剂及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对环境意识的加强,要求减少农药使用带来的环境公害。为适应这一社会要求,农药产品开发中,在注重开发低毒、高效的农药新品种的同时,对农药制剂提出了更高的要求,要求农药制剂向固体化、水基化方向发展。
水乳剂剂型国际代号Ew,曾称浓乳剂(ConcentrateEmulsion),是将液体或与溶剂混合制得的液体农药原药以0.5-1.5微米的小液滴分散于水中的制剂,外观为乳白色牛奶状液体。水乳剂因使用大量的水作为主溶剂,节约了自然资源,是国际公认的环保水性化剂型,助剂成本低,生产设备简单,是当前农药发展的主要剂型之一。但因过去技术水平及工艺的原因,水乳剂产品存在一些技术难题:
(1)贮存稳定时间短:农药正常的贮存时间为2-3年,而水乳剂正常贮存时间为1年左右;(2)容易出现分层现象:会随着温度、原药与助剂的物理与化学的变化、紫外线、时间、水质等原因而出理破乳,就是水与溶剂分离,形成分层;(3)容易出现沉淀现象:因助剂及原药分解等原因,而导致原药从制剂当中淅出,形成米粒状或晶体状物质而沉入底部,极大的降低的产品药效及有效成分的含量;(4)很难解决农药增效问题:由于是以水为主溶剂,水乳剂的形成是一种动力学稳定性原理,常规的增效助剂如加倍杀、植物油、有机硅、噻酮等,在该剂型中极其不稳定,所以,水乳剂正常的剂型表面涨力与水的表面涨力差不多,粘附力和渗透力差是水乳剂是最大的问题,很难提高产品药效。
发明内容
针对背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种适用范围广、剂型稳定、增效明显、生产工艺简单的水乳杀虫剂及其生产工艺。
本发明采用以下方案:
一种水乳剂杀虫剂,具体的,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素25-35份、双氧水10-20份、小苏打20-30份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01-0.03份、十六酸异丙酯0.01-0.02份、胺菊酯40-55份、高金噻酮15-25份、大蒜20-25份、花椒水10-30份、农乳04#10-15份、农乳602#5-15份、黄腐酸15-20份。
作为优选,具体的,一种水乳剂杀菌剂,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素26份、双氧水15份、小苏打23份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01份、十六酸异丙酯0.02份、胺菊酯46份、高金噻酮21份、大蒜23份、花椒水20份、农乳04#14份、农乳602#14份、黄腐酸18份。
作为优选,所述花椒水是将青花椒在15wt%食盐水中浸泡1-2h,过滤掉滤渣后制得的溶液。
作为优选,所述青花椒和水的质量比为1:30-35。
具体的,上述水乳剂杀虫剂,可按1-2%的比例与水混合,10-15kg的用量喷洒在有虫害的农田中。
本发明的优点在于:适用范围广、剂型稳定、增效明显、生产工艺简单。
上述水乳剂杀虫剂生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、茶皂素、双氧水、小苏打、新戊酸异癸酯、十六酸异丙酯、胺菊酯、黄腐酸按比例加入搅拌罐中,进行搅拌20-30分钟至原药完全溶解;
(2)、配制母液:将农乳602#、农乳404#、高金噻酮、花椒水按比例加入到步骤(1)的搅拌罐中与溶解好的原药混合,进行搅拌20-30分钟,得到母液;
(3)、将大蒜捣成泥,加水并过滤,得到滤液并投入步骤(2)的母液中;
(4)、将余量的水加入到剪切罐中,开启剪切罐,控制剪切粒径为0.05-0.1μm,并将步骤(3)得到的母液缓慢加入到剪切罐中,加完后,剪35-45分钟即可。

实施例1:
一种水乳剂杀虫剂,具体的,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素25-35份、双氧水10-20份、小苏打20-30份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01-0.03份、十六酸异丙酯0.01-0.02份、胺菊酯40-55份、高金噻酮15-25份、大蒜20-25份、花椒水10-30份、农乳04#10-15份、农乳602#5-15份、黄腐酸15-20份。
实施例2:
一种水乳剂杀虫剂,具体的,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素28份、双氧水12份、小苏打26份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01份、十六酸异丙酯0.02份、
胺菊酯53份、高金噻酮23份、大蒜22份、花椒水26份、农乳04#15份、农乳602#14份、黄腐酸16份。
上述水乳剂杀虫剂生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、茶皂素、双氧水、小苏打、新戊酸异癸酯、十六酸异丙酯、胺菊酯、黄腐酸按比例加入搅拌罐中,进行搅拌20-30分钟至原药完全溶解;
(2)、配制母液:将农乳602#、农乳404#、高金噻酮、花椒水按比例加入到步骤(1)的搅拌罐中与溶解好的原药混合,进行搅拌20-30分钟,得到母液;
(3)、将大蒜捣成泥,加水并过滤,得到滤液并投入步骤(2)的母液中;
(4)、将余量的水加入到剪切罐中,开启剪切罐,控制剪切粒径为0.05-0.1μm,并将步骤(3)得到的母液缓慢加入到剪切罐中,加完后,剪35-45分钟即可。
实施例3:
一种水乳剂杀虫剂,具体的,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素26份、双氧水19份、小苏打28份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01份、十六酸异丙酯0.02份、胺菊酯47份、高金噻酮20份、大蒜21份、花椒水26份、农乳04#12份、农乳602#7份、黄腐酸19份。少量的新戊酸异癸酯、十六酸异丙酯、混合后,能与茶皂素、胺菊酯、高金噻酮等物质协同,起到增效杀虫作用。
上述水乳剂杀虫剂生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)、茶皂素、双氧水、小苏打、新戊酸异癸酯、十六酸异丙酯、胺菊酯、黄腐酸按比例加入搅拌罐中,进行搅拌20-30分钟至原药完全溶解;
(2)、配制母液:将农乳602#、农乳404#、高金噻酮、花椒水按比例加入到步骤(1)的搅拌罐中与溶解好的原药混合,进行搅拌20-30分钟,得到母液;
(3)、将大蒜捣成泥,加水并过滤,得到滤液并投入步骤(2)的母液中;
(4)、将余量的水加入到剪切罐中,开启剪切罐,控制剪切粒径为0.05-0.1μm,并将步骤(3)得到的母液缓慢加入到剪切罐中,加完后,剪35-45分钟即可。

1.一种水乳剂杀虫剂,其特征在于,具体的,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素25-35份、双氧水10-20份、小苏打20-30份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01-0.03份、十六酸异丙酯0.01-0.02份、胺菊酯40-55份、高金噻酮15-25份、大蒜20-25份、花椒水10-30份、农乳04#10-15份、农乳602#5-15份、黄腐酸15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水乳剂杀菌剂,其特征在于,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素26份、双氧水15份、小苏打23份、新戊酸异癸酯0.01份、十六酸异丙酯0.02份、胺菊酯46份、高金噻酮21份、大蒜23份、花椒水20份、农乳04#14份、农乳602#14份、黄腐酸18份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水乳剂杀菌剂,其特征在于,花椒水是将青花椒在15wt%食盐水中浸泡1-2h,过滤掉滤渣后制得的溶液。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水乳剂杀菌剂,其特征在于,青花椒和水的质量比为1:30-35。
5.一种水乳剂杀虫剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,由以下步骤制作而成:
1)茶皂素、双氧水、小苏打、新戊酸异癸酯、十六酸异丙酯、胺菊酯、黄腐酸按比例加入搅拌罐中,进行搅拌20-30分钟至原药完全溶解;
2)配制母液:将农乳602#、农乳404#、高金噻酮、花椒水按比例加入到步骤1)的搅拌罐中与溶解好的原药混合,搅拌,得到母液;
3)将大蒜捣成泥,加水并过滤,得到滤液并投入步骤(2)的母液中;
4)将余量的水加入到剪切罐中,开启剪切罐,剪切成颗粒,并将步骤3)得到的母液缓慢加入到剪切罐中,加完后,剪35-45分钟即可。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水乳剂杀虫剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)中,搅拌20-30分钟。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水乳剂杀虫剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,控制剪切粒径为0.05-0.1um。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种水乳剂杀虫剂,按1-2%的比例与水混合,喷洒在有虫害的农田中。
