本发明涉及一种毯苗分割器,它包括刀盘、刀片以及刀片固定机构,所述的刀盘由环形盘体和转轴座构成,所述的刀盘上均匀分布有若干个刀片槽,该刀片槽与所述的刀片相适配,所述的刀片固定机构包括一个夹紧盘和一个固定螺母,所述的夹紧盘由环形夹片和设于环形夹片内侧的环形夹紧块构成,环形夹紧块的内孔与所述的转轴座相适配,所述的固定螺母的前端压于所述的环形夹紧块的上侧。所述的刀片在旋转过程中可以露出苗板,刀片处于同一个苗板的对应后一个取秧机构的最前侧取苗点,该机构在工作过程中随苗台移动,并旋转切割毯苗,使得同一毯苗被分割。

一种毯苗分割器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用机构,尤其是涉及一种插秧机的苗台。
背景技术
目前宽窄行插秧方法已经得到广泛的应用,它是窄行距与宽行距间隔栽培的一种水稻高产栽培技术。该栽培方式既能保证单位面积上的穴数合理,又具有植株群体分布合理,通风透光性能好,光合作用率高等优点,因此单产水平较高,是高产攻关常选择的栽培方式之一。同时,由于通风透光性增强,使稻株间湿度降低,可在一定程度上减轻病虫危害,最终达到高产增收的目的。为了适应这种农艺的要求,人们也设计出不各种不同的单毯苗双插二维宽窄插秧机,如公开号为CN10193342的中国专利公开了一种斜齿轮传动宽窄行插秧机分插机构。在结构相同的左、右齿轮盒内分别设置一套交错轴斜齿轮传动,行星轮与中间倾斜齿轮为一对啮合的交错轴斜齿轮,使行星轴与齿轮盒倾斜,从而使固结于行星轴的栽植臂与齿轮盒倾斜;栽植臂秧针的运动平面不再与齿轮盒的回转平面平行,而是作空间运动,形成空间插秧工作轨迹;秧针从秧门取秧位置运动到推秧点位置,秧针尖点产生横向位移,即垂直于机器前进方向的位移,使秧苗入土点相对取秧位置有横向左移或右移,在现有的秧门等距分布前提下使得插秧行距形成农艺要求的宽窄行相间分布。这种结构使用于现有等距插秧的插秧机的苗台,就可以实现宽窄行插秧,但这种结构如果秧针尖点产生的横向位移过大,即秧针的倾斜角度过大,就会使得秧针在取秧时对秧苗的伤害过大;如果秧针尖点产生的横向位移过小,即秧针的倾斜角度过小,就会使得行距变化很小,达不到宽窄行插秧的农艺目的。要解决这一问题,人们也有一种技术方案,如公开号为CN10177954的中国专利,公开了一种单毯苗双插二维宽窄插秧机,其特征在于它包括秧箱、分插机构、移秧箱机构、机架,悬挂架以及动力行走装置,秧箱可在移秧箱机构的带动下在机架上进行横向的左右移动;其特征在于:分插机构的秧苗取插机构之间的间距按照宽行宽度、窄行宽度间隔地设置;秧箱被按横向分成若干个秧毯放置单元,单元与单元之间存在间隔,所述单元内设有放置秧毯位,其宽度为窄行宽度的两倍;每个单元配设有两个间距为窄行宽度的秧苗取插机构。该技术方案中,每个单元的两个秧苗的取秧机构的设置必然为,第一个从秧毯的最前端开始取秧,第二个从秧毯的中间开始取秧。因此,第二个取秧机构在取秧时,会对其前侧的秧苗产生拉扯作用,不利于前一个取秧机构完整取秧,其造成的结果是容易出现掉秧、缺秧等问题。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的同一个毯苗对应于两个插秧机构进行作业时,容易出现拉扯,造成掉秧、缺秧的技术问题,提供一种能够自动对秧苗的前后部分进行分离的毯苗分割器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种毯苗分割器,其特征在于它包括刀盘、刀片以及刀片固定机构,所述的刀盘由环形盘体和转轴座构成,所述的刀盘上均匀分布有若干个刀片槽,该刀片槽与所述的刀片相适配,所述的刀片固定机构包括一个夹紧盘和一个固定螺母,所述的夹紧盘由环形夹片和设于环形夹片内侧的环形夹紧块构成,环形夹紧块的内孔与所述的转轴座相适配,所述的固定螺母的前端压于所述的环形夹紧块的上侧。本发明在使用时,其安装于单毯苗双插的插秧机的苗台后侧,所述的刀片在旋转过程中可以露出苗板,刀片处于同一个苗板的对应后一个取秧机构的最前侧取苗点,该机构在工作过程中随苗台移动,并旋转切割毯苗,使得同一毯苗被分割。
作为优选,述的各刀片槽设置刀刃一侧的边均匀相切于同一个圆上。这种设置使得刀刃的切割角度均匀,各刀刃的切割间隔均匀。
作为优选,所述的刀片为带有易断槽的美工刀片。常见的美工刀片一般是带有易断槽的,该易断槽的存在可以使得其前部的刀刃不够锋利时,可以较为方便的折断一截,使用后部较为锋利的刀刃。本发明的刀刃,当前部被折断后, 松开固定螺母,将刀片沿刀片槽向外移动适当的长度,再拧紧固定螺母,就可以完成切换,并继续使用。这种方便非常方便,且成本不高。
本发明的带来的有益效果是,解决了现有技术所存在的同一个毯苗造对应于两个插秧机构进行作业时,容易出现拉扯,造成掉秧、缺秧的技术问题,实现了一种能够自动对秧苗的前后部分进行分离的毯苗分割器。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:
如图1-4所述的一种毯苗分割器9,它包括刀盘1、刀片2以及刀片固定机构,所述的刀盘由环形盘体和转轴座5构成,所述的刀盘上均匀分布有三个刀片槽6,该刀片槽6与所述的刀片2相适配,各刀片槽设置刀刃一侧的边均匀相切于同一个圆上。刀片为带有易断槽21的美工刀片。所述的刀片固定机构包括一个夹紧盘3和一个固定螺母4,所述的夹紧盘由环形夹片31和设于环形夹片内侧的环形夹紧块32构成,环形夹紧块的内孔与所述的转轴座相适配,所述的固定螺母4的前端压于所述的环形夹紧块的上侧。
本发明在使用时,其安装于单毯苗双插的插秧机的苗台8后侧,所述的刀片2在旋转过程中可以露出苗板7,刀片处于同一个苗板的对应后一个取秧机构的最前侧取苗点,该机构在工作过程中随苗台移动,并旋转切割毯苗,使得同一毯苗被分割。刀片的刀刃,当前部被折断后, 松开固定螺母,将刀片沿刀片槽向外移动适当的长度,再拧紧固定螺母,就可以完成切换,并继续使用。这种方便非常方便,且成本不高。

2.根据权利要1所述的一种毯苗分割器,其特征在于所述的各刀片槽设置刀刃一侧的边均匀相切于同一个圆上。
