本发明公开了用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,包括空气组合风柜主体,所述空气组合风柜主体一侧面设有进风口,所述空气组合风柜内部从左往右依次设有过滤装置、加湿器、换热器与风机,所述过滤装置包括除尘网、活性炭过滤棉与静电除尘器,所述加湿器的上端设有进水箱,所述加湿器的下端设有回水箱,所述回水箱通过水管与进水箱连接,所述风机一侧设有出风口,该发明能安全合理的收集恒湿装置产生的水珠,不会发霉发菌,对人们的身体健康造成威胁,同时能够将收集的水珠聚合在一起,进行重复性使用,避免了不必要的浪费,增加了经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气组合风柜设备技术领域,具体为用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置。
背景技术
现有的空气组合风柜内部的恒湿装置对空气加湿过程中会产生液态的水珠,流落到空调组合风柜的内部,再排出柜外,这样的方式,不能对液态的水进行进一步的回收利用,会造成不必要的水资源的浪费,现有的恒湿装置的集水装置过于简单,容易造成空气组合风柜内部的设备损坏,容易使空气组合风柜内部发霉发菌,对人们的身体健康造成威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,具备能安全合理的收集恒湿装置产生的水珠,不会发霉发菌,对人们的身体健康造成威胁,同时能够将收集的水珠聚合在一起,进行重复性使用,避免了不必要的浪费,增加了经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,包括空气组合风柜主体,所述空气组合风柜主体一侧面设有进风口,所述空气组合风柜内部从左往右依次设有过滤装置、加湿器、换热器与风机,所述过滤装置包括除尘网、活性炭过滤棉与静电除尘器,所述加湿器的上端设有进水箱,所述加湿器的下端设有回水箱,所述回水箱通过水管与进水箱连接,所述进水箱的一侧设有进水口,所述进水箱的内部设有内部设有吸水泵与过滤网,所述吸水泵的进口与进水口无缝连接,所述过滤网设在吸水泵的下方,所述回水箱的一侧下端设有出水口,所述回水箱上端设有安装槽,所述回水箱的内部固定安装有挡水斜板,所述风机一侧设有出风口。
优选的,所述静电除尘器设在除尘网与活性炭过滤棉之间。
优选的,所述加湿器上端嵌入进水箱的内部。
优选的,所述加湿器的下端安装在安装槽内。
优选的,所述风机的出口与出风口的位置相对应。

本发明通过设置进水箱与回水箱,具备能安全合理的收集恒湿装置产生的水珠,不会发霉发菌,对人们的身体健康造成威胁,同时能够将收集的水珠聚合在一起,进行重复性使用,避免了不必要的浪费,增加了经济效益。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,包括空气组合风柜主体1,所述空气组合风柜主体1一侧面设有进风口2,所述空气组合风柜内部从左往右依次设有过滤装置4、加湿器6、换热器7与风机8,所述过滤装置4包括除尘网16、活性炭过滤棉18与静电除尘器17,所述加湿器6的上端设有进水箱5,所述加湿器6的下端设有回水箱9,所述回水箱9通过水管与进水箱5连接,所述进水箱5的一侧设有进水口11,所述进水箱5的内部设有内部设有吸水泵10与过滤网15,所述吸水泵10的进口与进水口11无缝连接,所述过滤网15设在吸水泵10的下方,所述回水箱9的一侧下端设有出水口14,所述回水箱9上端设有安装槽13,所述回水箱9的内部固定安装有挡水斜板12,所述风机8一侧设有出风口3。
所述静电除尘器17设在除尘网16与活性炭过滤棉18之间,所述加湿器6上端嵌入进水箱5的内部,这样可以保证进水箱5内部被吸水泵10吸上来的水再次进入到加湿器6的内部,进行二次利用,节约了水资源,避免了不必要的浪费,所述加湿器6的下端安装在安装槽13内,安装槽13即能起到固定加湿器6的作用,又起到了收集加湿器6产生的水珠,将水很好的收集保存后通过出水口14进入到进水箱5内部,方便快捷,所述风机8的出口与出风口3的位置相对应,便于出风。
工作原理:加湿器6对过滤装置4过滤后的空气进行加湿处理,保证空气的质量,加湿器6在工作的过程中会产生水珠滑落,滑落的水珠会通过安装槽13进入到回水箱9的内部,回水箱9内的挡水斜板12,会将水排到出水口14,出水口14处的水会通过吸水泵10的吸收从水管进入到进水箱5,进水箱5的水经过过滤后重新进入到加湿器6的内部。

1.用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,包括空气组合风柜主体(1),其特征在于:所述空气组合风柜主体(1)一侧面设有进风口(2),所述空气组合风柜内部从左往右依次设有过滤装置(4)、加湿器(6)、换热器(7)与风机(8),所述过滤装置(4)包括除尘网(16)、活性炭过滤棉(18)与静电除尘器(17),所述加湿器(6)的上端设有进水箱(5),所述加湿器(6)的下端设有回水箱(9),所述回水箱(9)通过水管与进水箱(5)连接,所述进水箱(5)的一侧设有进水口(11),所述进水箱(5)的内部设有内部设有吸水泵(10)与过滤网(15),所述吸水泵(10)的进口与进水口(11)无缝连接,所述过滤网(15)设在吸水泵(10)的下方,所述回水箱(9)的一侧下端设有出水口(14),所述回水箱(9)上端设有安装槽(13),所述回水箱(9)的内部固定安装有挡水斜板(12),所述风机(8)一侧设有出风口(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,其特征在于:所述静电除尘器(17)设在除尘网(16)与活性炭过滤棉(18)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,其特征在于:所述加湿器(6)上端嵌入进水箱(5)的内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于空气组合风柜的恒湿系统的回水装置,其特征在于:所述加湿器(6)的下端安装在安装槽(13)内。
