Abstract
一种新型的空气净化器,其特征是,所述外壳上方设有进气口,所述进气口下方设有聚酯纤维层,所述聚酯纤维层下面设有活性炭层,所述活性炭层下面设有KDF层,所述KDF层下面设有纳米陶瓷层,所述纳米陶瓷层下方设有反应腔,所述反应腔左上方设有光触媒灯管,所述反应腔右上方设有臭氧发生器,所述反应腔内壁为光触媒涂层,所述反应腔中间设有通风管道,所述反应腔下方设有风网,所述聚酯纤维层、活性炭层、KDF层、纳米陶瓷层和反应腔的外壁都与外壳相连,用户使用时,将插头插入外接电源,这时增压泵、臭氧发生器和光触媒灯管工作,反应腔中的光触媒灯管与光触媒涂层、臭氧发生器产生的臭氧同时作用于空气中的细菌,对细菌进行灭杀。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体是一种新型的空气净化器。
背景技术
众所周知,全球环境恶化,尤其是经济高速发展的中国,世界卫生组织的统计表明,每年有近1700万人因感染各种疾病而死亡,其中最严重的是呼吸道感染,长期生活在浑浊的空气中,会对人体的神经系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统造成危害,导致免疫力下降和相关疾病的产生。与此同时,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们也越来越关心自己所在的生活坏境,对生活环境力求舒适、安逸的同时也要求具有养生、保健的功能,空气污染治理已成为我国构建和谐社会战略的重要组成部分。从现阶段来看,综合调查研究表面,主要污染物分3类:1、可吸入颗粒:粉尘、烟雾、花粉等;2、微生物:细菌、真菌、病毐等;3、有害挥发气体:氨气、一氧化碳、甲醛、苯等。而从污染源来看,主要有工业、交通运输及生活炉灶与采暖锅炉,其中工业是空气污染的一个重要来源,工业排放到大气屮的污染物种类繁多,有烟尘、硫的氧化物、氮的氧化物、有机化合物、卤化物、碳化合物等,其中有的是烟尘,有的是气体。从污染方式来看有室外污染和室内污染,其屮室内污染是近年来人们关心的话题,据世界卫生组织可靠资料显示:全球每年死于室内空气污染的人数达到280万,而我国每年因室内交气污染引起的超额死亡人数达11.1万,超额门诊人数达22万次,超额急诊人数达430万次;所以如何有效对空气进行净化已成为急需研究解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、经济实用、净化效果好、运行稳定的一种新型的空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型的空气净化器,其特征是,由外壳(1)、进气口(2)、增压泵(3)、聚酯纤维层(4)、活性炭层(5)、KDF层(6)、纳米陶瓷层(7)、臭氧发生器(8)、光触媒灯管(9)、反应腔(10)、光触媒涂层(11)、通风管道(12)和风网(13)组成;所述外壳(1)上方设有进气口(2),所述进气口(2)下方设有聚酯纤维层(4),所述聚酯纤维层(4)下面设有活性炭层(5),所述活性炭层(5)下面设有KDF层(6),所述KDF层(6)下面设有纳米陶瓷层(7),所述纳米陶瓷层(7)下方设有反应腔(10),所述反应腔(10)左上方设有光触媒灯管(9),所述反应腔(10)右上方设有臭氧发生器(8),所述反应腔(10)内壁为光触媒涂层(11),所述反应腔(10)中间设有通风管道(12),所述反应腔(10)下方设有风网(13),所述聚酯纤维层(4)、活性炭层(5)、KDF层(6)、纳米陶瓷层(7)和反应腔(10)的外壁都与外壳(1)相连,所述风网(13)为方格结构。
所述增压泵(3)、臭氧发生器(8)和光触媒灯管(9)顺次通过电线相连,电线端口与电源插头相连。
一种新型的空气净化器,当用户使用的时候,将插头插入外接电源,这时增压泵(3)、臭氧发生器(8)和光触媒灯管(9)工作,空气顺次经过聚酯纤维层(4)、活性炭层(5)、KDF层(6)、纳米陶瓷层(7)和反应腔(10),其中聚酯纤维层(4)、活性炭层(5)、KDF层(6)和纳米陶瓷层(7)逐层对空气进行净化,同时反应腔(10)中的光触媒灯管(9)与光触媒涂层(11)同时作用于空气中的细菌,对细菌进行灭杀;另外反应腔(10)中的臭氧发生器(8)产生臭氧,臭氧可以对反应腔(10)中的空气进行灭菌,让反应腔(10)中的空气质量得到提升,并且在反应腔(10)中形成空气和臭氧的混合体,该混合体通过通风管道(12)和风网(13)流到净化器外部,这时外部空气中的细菌也能够被混合体中的臭氧灭杀,本发明的好处就是净化器内部对空气进行净化的同时所产生的净化后的混合体也能够对外部空气启到灭菌作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该净化器能够通过多次过滤,有效的除去空气中的细菌、悬浮物、重金属、灰尘、甲醛、苯等有害物,该净化器净化效果好,净化效率高,设备稳定先进,运行成本低。
