本发明公开了一种球阀的空气弹簧,所述球阀的空气弹簧包括:前承压板、后承压板、弹簧筒、波纹气囊、气嘴,所述弹簧筒包括内筒和外筒,所述前承压板和后承压板分别设于内筒和外筒的圆面上,所述波纹气囊设于弹簧筒的内部,所述波纹气囊内充有空气。本发明的技术目的在于提供一种使得球阀密封效果更好、耐腐蚀、弹性的保持性好的球阀的空气弹簧,在球阀上安装有这种空气弹簧,使得球阀的阀座使用时间更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,特别是一种球阀的空气弹簧。
背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀具有结构简单、可靠、全开情况下流动阻力小等特点,因此,把球阀的性能继续完善对社会的生产也有很大的积极作用。
一般的普通球阀都是由金属与金属互相挤压形成的密封面,在开、闭球阀过程中,需要的力矩较大,特别是在较大型的球阀开启中需要很大的力矩才能顺利开、闭球阀,这样在生产中就显得格外笨重,当阀球卡柱时,球阀在开闭时很可能会造成阀门更大损坏;而阀门的密封而球阀在多次开启后,容易出现球阀密封不严的情况,特别是在输送的液体含有微小的固体颗粒,这些固体颗粒就会使得阀芯与阀座互相摩擦更厉害,由此而需要经常更换阀座,这样就会耽误企业的正常生产。由此,很多厂家在阀座后安装有弹簧,使得弹簧能够减缓阀球对阀座的冲击,同时阀座在磨损后,弹簧能够推动阀座前移,避免密封效果减弱,但是普通的钢弹簧在较久的使用后,弹簧会被腐蚀,弹簧的弹性容易受到影响,降低密封的效果。
发明内容
针对上述密封弹簧存在的问题,本发明的技术目的在于提供一种使得球阀密封效果更好、耐腐蚀、弹性的保持性好的球阀的空气弹簧,在球阀上安装有这种空气弹簧,使得球阀的阀座使用时间更长。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种球阀的空气弹簧,所述球阀的空气弹簧包括:前承压板、后承压板、弹簧筒、波纹气囊、气嘴,所述弹簧筒包括内筒和外筒,所述前承压板和后承压板分别设于内筒和外筒的圆面上,所述波纹气囊设于弹簧筒的内部,所述波纹气囊内充有空气。
进一步地,所述前承压板的形状为圆形,所述前承压板上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板与内筒螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个。
进一步地,所述内筒为一端开口的圆筒,所述内筒的开口段安装在外筒内,所述内筒开口的外圆面上设有锁环a,所述内筒的圆面上设有四个螺孔,所述四个螺孔圆形均匀布置。
进一步地,所述外筒为一端开口的圆筒,所述设于外筒上的后承压板上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述后承压板与外筒螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个,所述外筒的圆筒壁面上设有安装气嘴的气嘴孔,所述外筒的开口处的内圆面上设有锁环b,所述锁环b与锁环a互相配合安装,锁环a与锁环b能限制内筒远离外筒的最大移动距离。
进一步地,所述后承压板的形状为圆形,所述后承压板上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板与内筒螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个。
进一步地,所述波纹气囊的截面形状为波浪形,所述波纹气囊上设有气嘴,所述波纹气囊的材质为聚酰胺纤维或聚酯纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在波纹气囊内充有空气,在波纹气囊的外部安装有弹簧筒,用空气作为弹簧介质,使得弹簧的弹性保持好,弹簧更耐腐蚀,弹簧的可靠性更高;
2、通过在内筒与外筒的圆面上分别安装有前承压板与后承压板,使得空气弹簧在安装时更方便,同时通过在前承压板与后承压板对弹簧筒的保护作用,使得空气弹簧更加耐用,承压板与弹簧筒通过沉头的螺钉,安装空气弹簧时更方便;
3、通过将波纹气囊的截面形状为波浪形,使得气囊在压缩时能够有规律地收缩,使得波纹气囊不会再弹簧筒内扭曲。

如图1所示一种球阀的空气弹簧,包括:前承压板1、空气2、后承压板3、波纹气囊4、气嘴5、弹簧筒6、内筒6-1、外筒6-2,所述球阀的空气弹簧包括:前承压板1、后承压板3、弹簧筒6、波纹气囊4、气嘴5,所述弹簧筒6包括内筒6-1和外筒6-2,所述前承压板1和后承压板3分别设于内筒6-1和外筒6-2的圆面上,所述波纹气囊4设于弹簧筒6的内部,所述波纹气囊4内充有空气2;
所述前承压板1的形状为圆形,所述前承压板1上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板1与内筒6-1螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个;
所述内筒6-1为一端开口的圆筒,所述内筒6-1的开口段安装在外筒6-2内,所述内筒6-1开口的外圆面上设有锁环a,所述内筒6-1的圆面上设有四个螺孔,所述四个螺孔圆形均匀布置;
所述外筒6-2为一端开口的圆筒,所述设于外筒6-2上的后承压板3上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述后承压板3与外筒6-2螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个,螺钉选用沉头螺钉,所述外筒6-2的圆筒壁面上设有安装气嘴5的气嘴孔,所述外筒6-2的开口处的内圆面上设有锁环b,所述锁环b与锁环a互相配合安装;
所述后承压板3的形状为圆形,所述后承压板3上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板1与内筒6-1螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个,螺钉为沉头螺钉;
所述波纹气囊4的截面形状为波浪形,所述波纹气囊4上设有气嘴,所述波纹气囊4的材质为聚酰胺纤维,聚酰胺纤维具有好的耐磨性、好的抗腐蚀性、价格较低等特点。

1.一种球阀的空气弹簧,其特征在于,所述球阀的空气弹簧包括:前承压板(1)、后承压板(3)、弹簧筒(6)、波纹气囊(4)、气嘴(5),所述弹簧筒(6)包括内筒(6-1)和外筒(6-2),所述前承压板(1)和后承压板(3)分别设于内筒(6-1)和外筒(6-2)的圆面上,所述波纹气囊(4)设于弹簧筒(6)的内部,所述波纹气囊(4)内充有空气(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的球阀的空气弹簧,其特征是,所述前承压板(1)的形状为圆形,所述前承压板(1)上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板(1)与内筒(6-1)螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个。

4.根据权利要求3所述的球阀的空气弹簧,其特征是,所述外筒(6-2)为一端开口的圆筒,所述设于外筒(6-2)上的后承压板(3)上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述后承压板(3)与外筒(6-2)螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个,所述外筒(6-2)的圆筒壁面上设有安装气嘴(5)的气嘴孔,所述外筒(6-2)的开口处的内圆面上设有锁环b,所述锁环b与锁环a互相配合安装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的球阀的空气弹簧,其特征是,所述后承压板(3)的形状为圆形,所述后承压板(3)上设有四个沉头孔,所述沉头孔圆形均匀布置,所述前承压板(1)与内筒(6-1)螺钉连接,所述螺钉的数量为4个。
6.根据权利要求4所述的球阀的空气弹簧,其特征是,所述波纹气囊(4)的截面形状为波浪形,所述波纹气囊(4)上设有气嘴,所述波纹气囊(4)的材质为聚酰胺纤维或聚酯纤维。
