Abstract
本发明公开了一种机制木炭,所述机制木炭由以下质量份成分组成:玉米棒芯30-40份、玉米秸秆10-20份、木屑100-130份、竹屑20-30份,该机制木炭通过将玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆进行粉碎处理,然后与木屑、竹屑进行混合处理,接着依次进行烘干、压实成型、碳化,最后得到成品,本发明的机制木炭采用部分玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆用来代替部分木屑,一方面减少了木屑的使用,节省了原料成本,减少了机制木炭的生产成本,大大提高了机制木炭的市场竞争力,另一方面是玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆方便压制成棒,提高了成棒率,也使得机制木炭在碳化过程中不容易破碎。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机制木炭,尤其涉及一种机制木炭的制备方法。
背景技术
机制炭,又名人造炭、再生炭、无烟清洁炭,是以木质碎料挤压加工成的炭质棒状物。棒炭原料来源广泛,稻壳、花生壳、棉壳、玉米芯、玉米杆、高粱杆等皆可用作原料生产棒炭,以锯末、刨花、竹屑为最佳。踏密度大,热值高,无烟、无味、无污染、不爆炸、易燃,是国际上公认的绿色环保产品。随着人们绿色意识的增强,机制炭被广泛应用。
但是机制炭的主要成分是木屑也就是锯末,其主要来源是木材,伴随着环境意识的增强,滥砍滥伐的抑制,并且木材资源越来越紧缺,导致了木材价格的上升,这样也就极大地提高了机制木炭的成本,在市场竞争和价格不变的条件下,难以维持企业生产,为此,急需一种价格低廉的机制木炭。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术中机制木炭原材料不足,价格上升,机制木炭价格上升,导机制木炭的市场行情变差,为此,提供一种机制木炭,所述机制木炭由以下质量份成分组成:
玉米棒芯 30-40份
玉米秸秆 10-20份
木屑 100-130份
竹屑 20-30份。
进一步地,所述木屑和竹屑的粒径为0.1-0.5mm。
进一步地,一种机制木炭的制备方法,其制备步骤如下:
1)将采摘后的玉米棒芯、玉米秸秆进行4-5天晒干处理,直至玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆的水份含量为20-25%;
2)将晒干后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的粒径为0.1-0.5mm;
3)将粉碎处理后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆搅拌,然后加入竹屑进行混合搅拌处理,最后加入木屑进行搅拌2-3min;
4)将步骤3)混合搅拌得到混合物送入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干至混合物水份含量为12-13%,烘干温度为140-150℃;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的混合料送入制棒生产线中进行制棒处理,制棒温度为210-220℃;
6)将经过步骤5)处理的混合料送入炭化炉中进行碳化处理,最后得到成品。
有益效果:本发明的机制木炭采用部分玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆用来代替部分木屑,一方面减少了木屑的使用,节省了原料成本,减少了机制木炭的生产成本,大大提高了机制木炭的市场竞争力,另一方面是玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆方便压制成棒,提高了成棒率,也使得机制木炭在碳化过程中不容易破碎。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种机制木炭,所述机制木炭由以下质量份成分组成:玉米棒芯30份、玉米秸秆10份、木屑100份、竹屑20份,其中的木屑和竹屑的粒径为0.1mm,其制备步骤如下:
1)将采摘后的玉米棒芯、玉米秸秆进行4天晒干处理,直至玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆的水份含量为20%;
2)将晒干后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的粒径为0.1mm;
3)将粉碎处理后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆搅拌,然后加入竹屑进行混合搅拌处理,最后加入木屑进行搅拌2min;
4)将步骤3)混合搅拌得到混合物送入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干至混合物水份含量为12%,烘干温度为140℃;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的混合料送入制棒生产线中进行制棒处理,制棒温度为210℃;
6)将经过步骤5)处理的混合料送入炭化炉中进行碳化处理,最后得到成品。
实施例2
一种机制木炭,所述机制木炭由以下质量份成分组成:玉米棒芯35份、玉米秸秆15份、木屑115份、竹屑25份,其中的木屑和竹屑的粒径为0.3mm,其制备步骤如下:
1)将采摘后的玉米棒芯、玉米秸秆进行4天晒干处理,直至玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆的水份含量为22%;
2)将晒干后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的粒径为0.3mm;
3)将粉碎处理后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆搅拌,然后加入竹屑进行混合搅拌处理,最后加入木屑进行搅拌2.5min;
4)将步骤3)混合搅拌得到混合物送入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干至混合物水份含量为12.5%,烘干温度为145℃;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的混合料送入制棒生产线中进行制棒处理,制棒温度为215℃;
6)将经过步骤5)处理的混合料送入炭化炉中进行碳化处理,最后得到成品。
实施例3
一种机制木炭,所述机制木炭由以下质量份成分组成:玉米棒芯40份、玉米秸秆20份、木屑130份、竹屑30份,其中的木屑和竹屑的粒径为0.5mm,其制备步骤如下:
1)将采摘后的玉米棒芯、玉米秸秆进行5天晒干处理,直至玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆的水份含量为25%;
2)将晒干后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的粒径为0.5mm;
3)将粉碎处理后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆搅拌,然后加入竹屑进行混合搅拌处理,最后加入木屑进行搅拌3min;
4)将步骤3)混合搅拌得到混合物送入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干至混合物水份含量为13%,烘干温度为150℃;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的混合料送入制棒生产线中进行制棒处理,制棒温度为220℃;
6)将经过步骤5)处理的混合料送入炭化炉中进行碳化处理,最后得到成品。

1)将采摘后的玉米棒芯、玉米秸秆进行4-5天晒干处理,直至玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆的水份含量为20-25%;
2)将晒干后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆送入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的粒径为0.1-0.5mm;
3)将粉碎处理后的玉米棒芯和玉米秸秆搅拌,然后加入竹屑进行混合搅拌处理,最后加入木屑进行搅拌2-3min;
4)将步骤3)混合搅拌得到混合物送入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干至混合物水份含量为12-13%,烘干温度为140-150℃;
5)将经过步骤4)处理后的混合料送入制棒生产线中进行制棒处理,制棒温度为210-220℃;
6)将经过步骤5)处理的混合料送入炭化炉中进行碳化处理,最后得到成品。
