节流热流道系统,本发明涉及热塑加工技术领域,尤其是指一种在热塑加工过程中,如何减少热流道能耗的节流热流道系统。是通过如下技术方案实现的:节流热流道系统,包括型腔、型芯及电表,以及设置在型腔上的主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器,主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器与常规技术相同设置在型腔上,还包括新型温控器,电表与新型温控器电连接,新型温控器分别与主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器电连接。本发明由于将注塑过程中的温升阶段仅限制在合模时间,其余时间断电节能,利用系统内储存的热能足以应付保压、脱模等阶段所需要的热量,节省了大量的能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及热塑加工技术领域,尤其是指一种在热塑加工过程中,如何减少热流道能耗的节流热流道系统。
背景技术
随着石油产品的大行其市(如塑料、合成橡胶等),使得热流道加工快速兴起,越来越多传统模具开始转型为新型热流道系统模具,其中热流道的出现,大大提高了许多工厂的生产效率,但是热流道的巨大能耗成为使用热流道企业的难点,如附图1所示,正常注塑的时候,模具开始合模,型腔5和型芯6闭合,闭合信号传递给温控箱控制器8,温控箱控制器8发出升温信号给主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4开始进行对热流道系统进行加热升温,开始注塑产品7。此时电表9开始工作,并真实记录下能耗数据。注塑工序完成后,产品7进入保压、脱模等阶段,在这些阶段,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4仍然在进行加热。但是,由于前期注塑过程中,系统内储存的热能足以应付保压、脱模等阶段所需要的热量,使得大量的能耗被白白的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处,而提供的节流热流道系统。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:节流热流道系统,包括型腔、型芯及电表,以及设置在型腔上的主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器,主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器与常规技术相同设置在型腔上,还包括新型温控器,电表与新型温控器电连接,新型温控器分别与主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器电连接。
本发明由于将注塑过程中的温升阶段仅限制在合模时间,其余时间断电节能,利用系统内储存的热能足以应付保压、脱模等阶段所需要的热量,节省了大量的能耗。

具体实施方式:
见附图2,节流热流道系统,包括型腔5、型芯6及电表9,以及设置在型腔5上的主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4与常规技术相同设置在型腔5上,还包括新型温控器11,电表9与新型温控器11电连接,新型温控器11分别与主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器电连接。
应用本发明时,正常注塑的时候,模具开始合模,型腔5与型芯6闭合起来,新型温控器11提供升温信号给主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4开始进行对热流道系统加热升温,此时电,9开始工作,并真实记录下能耗数据;
若产品7填充完毕,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4达到设定温度,新型温控器11接收信号,并传递信号给主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4,主射咀加热器1、分流板发热丝2、前热咀加热器3、后热咀加热器4停止加热,产品7开始进行脱离阶段;在此时间内,热流道耗能系统没有进行工作,可以节省电能,此过程持续到下一周期开始。

1.节流热流道系统,包括型腔、型芯及电表,以及设置在型腔上的主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器,主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器与常规技术相同设置在型腔上,其特征在于:还包括新型温控器,电表与新型温控器电连接,新型温控器分别与主射咀加热器、分流板发热丝、前热咀加热器、后热咀加热器电连接。
