Abstract

本发明公开了一种更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,包括有弹性环形体及设置于弹性环形体上的、并沿着弹性环形体的轴向沿伸的多瓣式卡爪,同一断面处的多瓣式卡爪的外周面成圆形,所述的多瓣式卡爪沿弹性环形体的轴线方向呈一种圆柱状结构、圆弧状结构或圆锥状结构,在圆柱状结构的端部设置有弧形过渡。本发明的弹性导向卡箍工具,具有快速、轻便、易携带、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封圈更换工具,特别是一种更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍。
背景技术
目前,变电站充油设备存在渗漏油点,主要以塞子密封圈老化为主要原因,传统处理老化密封圈时,需要放油,还需要大量人力、设备配合工作;影响设备停电的时间及加大工作人员的劳动强度。上述存在处理充油设备渗漏油时间长,工作人员的劳动强度大,安全风险高等缺点,不利于工作现场安全施工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种快速、轻便、易携带、使用方便,且能够为充油设备塞子密封圈老化引起渗漏油,不放油更换密封圈工作时提供安全、快速的降低工作人员的劳动强度,缩短设备停电的时间的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍。
一种更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其结构要点在于:包括有弹性环形体及设置于弹性环形体上的、并沿着弹性环形体的轴向沿伸的多瓣式卡爪,同一断面处的多瓣式卡爪的外周面成圆形,所述的多瓣式卡爪沿弹性环形体的轴线方向呈一种圆柱状结构、圆弧状结构或圆锥状结构,在圆柱状结构的端部设置有弧形过渡。
本发明的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,在处理充油设备塞子渗漏油,松开塞子后,拆除老化的密封圈,将更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍套在塞子上,利用环形弹性体可牢牢的套在塞子上,而后将新密封圈由导向卡箍的卡爪套入,沿着导向卡箍往下压,直至套在塞子上,而后拿下导向卡箍,检查密封圈无损伤,锁紧塞子,塞子渗漏油点消除。
所述的多瓣式卡爪的内周成圆柱状结构。
所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍为不锈钢经热处理精磨加工制成,拉力度强,光洁度好,有韧性,不易折断,不易损伤密封圈。
所述的弹性环形体为环形弹簧钢丝。
所述的环形弹簧钢丝为优质碳素弹簧钢丝,具有优良的弹性。
所述的多瓣式卡爪为间隔排列。

本发明的弹性导向卡箍工具,具有快速、轻便、易携带、使用方便。因上述特点,弹性导向卡箍工具能够解决传统处理老化密封圈时,需要放油,还需要大量人力、设备配合工作;影响设备停电的时间及加大工作人员的劳动强度,有着广泛的推广前景和实际使用意义。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行更详细的描述。
实施例1
一种如图1-3所示的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍工具:包括有弹性环形体及设置于弹性环形体上的、并沿着弹性环形体的轴向沿伸的多瓣式卡爪,同一断面处的多瓣式卡爪的外周面成圆形,所述的多瓣式卡爪沿弹性环形体的轴线方向呈一种圆弧状结构。具体为包括多瓣式卡爪1、弹性环形体-圆形弹簧钢丝2,在处理充油设备塞子5渗漏油时,松开塞子5后,拆除老化的密封圈3,用导向卡箍1套在塞子5上,用新密封圈3套在导向卡箍1上,沿着导向卡箍1往下压,直至套在塞子5上,拿下导向卡箍1,检查密封圈3无损伤,锁紧塞子5,塞子5渗漏油点消除。
所述的多瓣式卡爪1为不锈钢经热处理精磨加工制成,拉力度强,光洁度好,有韧性,不易折断,不易损伤密封圈3。
所述的环形弹簧钢丝2为优质碳素弹簧钢丝,具有优良的弹性。
所述的密封圈3 为变(配)电站充油设备的密封件。
所述的基座4、塞子5均为变(配)电站充油设备上的常规设备部件。

Claims (5)

1.一种更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其特征在于:包括有弹性环形体及设置于弹性环形体上的、并沿着弹性环形体的轴向沿伸的多瓣式卡爪,同一断面处的多瓣式卡爪的外周面成圆形,所述的多瓣式卡爪沿弹性环形体的轴线方向呈一种圆柱状结构、圆弧状结构或圆锥状结构,在圆柱状结构的端部设置有弧形过渡,在使用时拆除老化的密封圈,将更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍套在塞子上,利用环形弹性体可牢牢的套在塞子上,而后将新密封圈由导向卡箍的卡爪套入,沿着导向卡箍往下压,直至套在塞子上,而后拿下导向卡箍实现密封圈的更换。
2.根据权利要求1所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其特征在于:所述的多瓣式卡爪的内周成圆柱状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其特征在于:所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍为不锈钢经热处理精磨加工制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其特征在于:所述的弹性环形体为环形弹簧钢丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的更换密封圈弹性导向卡箍,其特征在于:所述的多瓣式卡爪为间隔排列。
