Abstract
A dual-purpose continuous grinding machine for flat-turning stone lines. The invention belongs to the technical field of stone processing machinery, and particularly relates to a continuous grinding machine capable of grinding and processing plane stone lines and corner stone lines. The improvement of the device is that a corner stone positioning backup plate is arranged on one side of the conveyor belt opposite to the flat grinding adjustment backup plate, and a drooping gap is arranged between the corner stone positioning backup plate and the conveyor belt; the driven wheel is provided with a tensioning mechanism, and the rotating bearings of the driving wheel and the driven wheel are positioned between the upper conveying belt and the lower conveying belt. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of stone processing machinery, and particularly relates to a continuous grinding machine capable of grinding and processing plane stone lines and corner stone lines.
Background
The traditional stone line polishing machine comprises an automatic bridge grinding machine and a conveyor belt type polishing machine. The line grinding machines are required to place the bottom plane of the stone line on a processing platform during working, and after the side edge of the stone line is positioned, a grinding wheel is started to process the upper surface of the stone line. The invention aims to provide a dual-purpose continuous grinding machine for flat-turning stone lines, which has the advantages of simple structure and lower cost, can grind and process plane stone lines and corner stone lines, and is suitable for different requirements of stone processing factories.
The technical scheme adopted for realizing the above purpose of the invention is as follows: a corner stone positioning backup plate (8) is arranged on one side, opposite to a flat grinding adjustment backup plate (3), of a flat-turning stone line dual-purpose continuous grinding machine conveying belt (5), and a drooping gap (11) is arranged between the corner stone positioning backup plate (8) and the conveying belt (5); the driven wheel (19) is provided with a tensioning mechanism (7) to ensure that the conveying belt (5) can move well; the driving wheel rotating bearing (21) and the driven wheel rotating bearing (22) of the driving wheel (1) and the driven wheel (19) are respectively arranged between the upper conveying belt (5) and the lower conveying belt (5), so that interference on the movement of corner stones (12) is avoided, the corner stone machining device is suitable for machining corner stones with various angles, and meanwhile, the corner stones (12) with larger sizes can be machined by using a smaller conveying belt wheel.
The tensioning mechanism (7) of the driven wheel (19) is characterized in that a mounting frame of the driven wheel (19) is prepared into a rigid plate, the mounting frame is connected to one end of an adjusting bolt (17), and the nut is used for positioning; the other end of the adjusting bolt (17) is fixed with the rack, an adjusting groove (20) is machined in the mounting rack of the driven wheel, a third locking bolt (18) in the adjusting groove (20) is firstly loosened, the driven wheel (19) can be adjusted to a proper position through rotation of the adjusting bolt (17), and the third locking bolt (18) is screwed down, so that the mounting rack of the driven wheel (19) can be fixed on the rack (16).
The corner stone positioning backup plate (8) is fixed on adjusting backup plates (10) which are distributed at intervals in parallel along the direction of the conveying belt (5), an adjusting groove is processed on the adjusting backup plates (10), the size of a gap between the corner stone positioning backup plate (8) and a stone line can be conveniently adjusted according to the processing condition, and finally the corner stone positioning backup plate is fixed on a rack (16) through a second locking bolt (9); the driving wheel (1) and the driven wheel (19) are respectively arranged on respective extension conveying frames (24), the extension conveying frames (24) are connected with the machine frame (16) through connecting flanges (23) and bolts, and the stone processing machine is suitable for processing corner stones with long sizes and is suitable for a production line with long sizes of components.
A series of positioning wheels (14) supporting the lower moving surface are arranged under the conveyer belt (5), so that friction can be reduced, and the conveyer belt (5) can be prevented from sagging and transiting to influence conveying.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the device solves the technical problems that the bottom surface of a corner stone line is not flat and is not suitable for being processed on the existing all stone line polishing machines, when the corner stone line is polished, the protruding edge of the stone line can droop in the gap between a corner stone positioning backup plate and a conveying belt, and after the corner stone positioning backup plate is adjusted and fixed, a smaller driving belt wheel mechanism can be adopted to process the large-size corner stone line, so that the cost of processing equipment is greatly reduced, and the processing efficiency of the corner stone line is greatly improved; when carrying out conventional flat bottom surface stone material lines and polish, this device still can be processed the stone material location on original flat grinding adjustment backup plate, makes the processing enterprise can adjust the production of product at any time, reduces the acquisition cost of equipment.
