Abstract

一种四捻锭子，包括气圈罩、由锭杆、静止盘、加捻盘、锭盘构成的普通倍捻锭子结构，其特征是还包括由导丝器和加捻杆构成的倒置倍捻锭子结构。导丝器安装在气圈罩顶端的孔上。加捻杆的旋转方向与加捻盘的旋转方向相反。使用时，四捻锭子每转一转，纱线通过普通倍捻锭子结构被加二个捻度，再通过倒置倍捻锭子结构又被加二个捻度。因此，其生产效率可以比普通倍捻机提高一倍，且使纺织行业减少一半的倍捻机设备和生产场地的占用。

Description

四捻锭子
本发明是一种纺织行业纱线加捻用的四捻锭子。
现有技术中，纱线的加捻国内主要以捻线机为主，倍捻机为辅，国外发达国家以倍捻机为多。普通捻线机锭子转一转对纱线加一个捻度，倍捻机锭子转一转对纱线加二个捻度。倍捻技术比普通捻线机单锭效率提高一倍以上，同时加捻的纱线质量也有明显的提高，但其效率仍不高，占有资金和场地也较大。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种效率更高的四捻锭子，即锭子每转一转能对纱线加四个捻度。
本发明是通过以下方案实现的：设计一种锭子每转一转能对纱线加四个捻度的四捻锭子，它在气圈罩，由锭杆、静止盘、加捻盘、锭盘构成的普通倍捻锭子结构的基础上，设计了由导丝器、加捻杆构成的倒置倍捻锭子结构。气圈罩套在加捻盘下方的锭杆上，气圈罩顶端中心设有一孔，导丝器安装在该孔上。加捻杆可以旋转，其旋转方向与加捻盘的旋转方向相反。使用时，四捻锭子每转一转，纱线通过普通倍捻锭子结构被加二个捻度，再通过倒置倍捻锭子结构又被加二个捻度，从而实现本发明的目的。
本发明中的加捻杆中下部空心，加捻杆空心部位设有纱线入口和纱线出口。在静止盘、气圈罩和气圈罩外面的机架上分别固定有相互对应的内磁钢、中磁钢和外磁钢，内磁钢和中磁钢形成内磁场，中磁钢和外磁钢形成外磁场。
本发明与现有技术相比，结构合理，由于锭子每转一转，可以对纱线加四个捻度，生产效率可以比普通倍捻机提高一倍，且使纺织行业节省一半的倍捻机设备和生产场地的占用，为企业大幅度地降低生产成本，提高经济效益。

下面结合附图对本发明结构作进一步描述：
本发明包括气圈罩1、普通倍捻锭子结构和倒置倍捻锭子结构。普通倍捻锭子结构包括锭杆14、套在锭杆14上的静止盘2、固定在锭杆14上的加捻盘6、锭盘10构成。锭杆14插在加捻杆12上，锭盘10可以套在加捻杆12上。在静止盘2、气圈罩1和气圈罩1外面的机架上分别固定有相互对应的内磁钢3、中磁钢4和外磁钢5，外磁钢5和中磁钢4形成的外磁场，使气圈罩1静止不动；中磁钢4和内磁钢3形成的内磁场，使静止盘2静止不动。锭杆14中上部空心，锭杆14中部设有纱线出口8。加捻盘6与锭盘10上分别固定有相互对应的上磁钢7和下磁钢9，通过磁场作用使加捻盘6与锭盘同步转动。气圈罩1套在加捻盘6下方的锭杆14上，气圈罩1用于隔开内外两个气圈，气圈罩1顶端中心设有一孔，用于安装导丝器18。倒置倍捻锭子结构包括导丝器18和加捻杆12。加捻杆12中下部空心，加捻杆12空心部位的上部及下端分别设有纱线入口13和纱线出口11，加捻杆12的旋转方向与加捻盘6的旋转方向相反，其旋转速度根据实际需要，可以与加捻盘6的旋转速度相同，也可以不同。
附图中，15为纱线，16为退解筒子，17为退解筒子顶端纱线入口。在纱线入口(17、13)与纱线出口(8、11)均分别装有导丝器。
参见附图2。使用时，将退解筒子套在静止盘上，纱线从退解筒子顶端纱线入口17引入，从锭杆中部纱线出口8引出，然后从气圈罩内(即气圈罩与退解筒子之间)向上过导丝器18，再从气圈罩外向下，经加捻杆中部纱线入口13引入，最后从加捻杆下端纱线出口11引出至卷绕筒子。当外力带动锭盘转动时，由于磁场作用，加捻盘也同步转动，当四捻锭子转一转时，纱线在锭杆、静止盘、加捻盘、导丝器构成的普通倍捻锭子结构区域被加二个捻度；同时，锭脚在外力带动下转动，被加二个捻度的纱线在由导丝器、加捻杆构成的倒置倍捻锭子结构区域又被加上二个捻度，而前后二个捻度捻向相同，这样，四捻锭子每转一转，对纱线就加了四个捻度。

Claims (3)

1、一种四捻锭子，包括气圈罩(1)、锭杆(14)、装在锭杆(14)上的静止盘(2)和加捻盘(6)、锭盘(10)，其特征在于还包括由导丝器(18)和加捻杆(12)构成的倒置倍捻锭子结构，气圈罩(1)套在加捻盘(6)下方的锭杆(14)上，气圈罩(1)顶端中心设有一孔，导丝器(18)安装在该孔上，加捻杆(12)可以旋转，加捻杆(12)的旋转方向与加捻盘(6)的旋转方向相反。
2、根据权利要求1所述的四捻锭子，其特征在于所述的加捻杆(12)中下部空心，其空心部位设有纱线入口(13)和纱线出口(11)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的四捻锭子，其特征在于在静止盘(2)、气圈罩(1)、气圈罩(1)外面的机架上分别固定有相互对应的内磁钢(3)、中磁钢(4)、外磁钢(5)。
