背景技术
拥有一副张V字脸庞是许多人理想的愿望，但由于种种原因，脸部容易积累脂肪，故而造就了较为肥胖的脸部，而一旦脸部出现了肥胖状况，要重新瘦脸更是难上加难，故具有协助瘦脸的瘦脸霜之类的减肥辅助产品受到部分消费者的青睐。
此外，对于喜爱游泳的人群而言，去海滩游泳更是令人喜爱，但容易晒黑是一个难以忽视的问题，对于肥胖的人而言，在防晒的同时需要减肥，同时使用防晒霜和瘦脸霜可能会引起两者功能相互影响，导致功效不显著，或者失去功效。
发明内容
本发明的内容在于提供一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，通过采用具强去脂功能的柠檬、苦瓜酵素，对于脸部减肥具有良好功效。
为实现上述目的，发明人以下技术手段加以实施。
本发明的组分具体如下：
增稠剂：聚乙烯醇5-10份、黄原胶1-5份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.3-1份、羊毛醇5-8份、羧丙基纤维素1-3份；
油分：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-15 1.5-2.5份、甘油硬脂酸酯5-7份、α-亚麻酸1.5-3.5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-3份、橄榄油2-4份；
保湿剂：甘油5-10份、透明质酸或透明质酸钠3-5份、山梨醇2-5份；
粉剂：高岭土1-2份、氧化锌1-2份；
醇类：C1-C4的低级醇10-15份；
表面活性剂：聚甘油脂肪酸酯1-2份、羊毛醇2-3份、卡波姆0.5-0.8份、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油1-2份；
苦瓜-柠檬酵素：10-25份。
与上述组分总量0.8-1.2倍的去离子水混合形成的均一组分。
通过对柠檬、苦瓜进行发酵，含有丰富的酶系，这些酶可以分解脸部油脂、软化角质层，使皮肤更加干净柔嫩。同时，柠檬在微生物和酶的作用下，蛋白质类营养物质会被分解成小分子肽或者氨基酸、维生素、矿物质、EGF等营养素会充分释放出来，天然花青素、多糖、黄酮等一些天然抗氧化产物也溶解在发酵液中，这些成分都可以被皮肤直接吸收，用于化妆品中，对于皮肤的细胞具有刺激代谢的功效，协助身体进行消脂排毒，具有良好的减肥功效。
富含淀粉质的柠檬，通过特殊方式制作的苦瓜-柠檬酵素能保有适量的淀粉质，并在瘦脸霜体系中产生适当的增稠效果，一定程度可减少增稠剂的使用。
进一步的，按质量分数计算，还包含功能性成分6-10份；作为优选，所述的功能性成分为植物提取物，美白成分按0-3:0-2的比例混合而成。
植物提取物为红石榴提取物、金盏菊提取物、芦荟提取物中的一种或两种以上的混合。

金盏菊中含有叶黄素，医学实验证明植物中所含的天然叶黄素是一种性能优异的抗氧化剂，通过外用于皮肤、粘膜，可消除各种炎症，且加速血凝，促进伤口结痂，并防止留疤的作用；
芦荟中的蒽酮类化合物大多具有杀菌、抑菌、消炎、解毒、促进伤口愈合等作用，研究发现芦荟苦素和芦荟大黄素苷均具有杀菌、消炎作用，芦荟的杀菌、消炎功能能有效地消除粉刺、痤疮，在临床上用于治疗多种炎症，疗效显著。
美白成分为四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯、壬二酸、对苯二酚、果酸中的一种或两种以上的混合。
四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯、对苯二酚具有良好的抗氧化和美白功效，对于抑制酪氨酸酶的活性，避免黑色素沉积具有优良的功效，常作为美白成分添加到各类化妆品中，添加到本品中有利于提高其本品的美白功效。
壬二酸能抑制活性氧基团的产生和作用，此结果有益于药物的抗炎和多种治疗作用，其安全性好无毒无致畸作用，通过减少丝状角蛋白的合成，将其添加到瘦脸霜中，有助于提升苦瓜-柠檬酵素的渗透性，以及因日晒过度引起的皮肤角化的肌肤问题。
果酸可以加快细胞的更新，去除不健康和异常的表皮细胞，从而改善皮肤外观和功能，使肤色得到全面的改善。还有研究发现，乳酸等羟基乙酸除了有去角质的效果外，还可以抑制黑色素的合成，与四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯、壬二酸、对苯二酚配合使用，还能提升其美白效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该剥离型苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜的制造方法，具体步骤如下：
（1）将苦瓜和柠檬清洗去核，粉碎，分别在避光条件下使用果胶酶、蛋白酶进行发酵5-10天后，将发酵后的柠檬和苦瓜与未发酵的柠檬和苦瓜按1:3比例，混合发酵10-25天，发酵过程中，每日定时通入干净的空气60～120min，并以此方式循环发酵；将循环发酵30-45天的发酵液与发酵后的柠檬、苦瓜进行粉碎处理，滤去不溶物后，将酵素清液进行杀菌后，进行冷冻干燥处理，制备为苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；
（2）按比例将黄原胶、羊毛醇溶入去离子水中，加热至沸后重新冷却至50-60℃，加入除苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉外的余下组分后搅拌均匀，冷却至常温后加入苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；得到苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜。
通过将黄原胶、羊毛醇进行熟化处理，可提高本发明最终制品的成膜速度，以及成膜强度；而后降温至50-60℃，溶解功能性成分，可防止功能性成分破坏的同时，各组分得到充分的有效溶解；在常温下溶解苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉，可使其中的活性成分得到保有。
针对步骤（1）工序的优化，可将其中的杀菌工序设置为UHT杀菌；并在-18~-35℃，真空度为10-15Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥处理。对于苦瓜-柠檬酵素的活性保持具有更加良好的效果。

油分：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-15 2份、甘油硬脂酸酯5.5份、α-亚麻酸2.5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1份、橄榄油2份；
保湿剂：甘油5份、透明质酸或透明质酸钠5份、山梨醇5份；
粉剂：高岭土2份、氧化锌1份；醇类：乙醇10份；
表面活性剂：聚甘油脂肪酸酯1份、羊毛醇2份、卡波姆0.5份、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油2份；苦瓜-柠檬酵素15份；去离子水80份；
按下述步骤制备本品：

（2）按比例将黄原胶、羊毛醇溶入去离子水中，加热至沸后重新冷却至50-60℃，加入除苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉外的余下组分后搅拌均匀，冷却至常温后加入苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；得到苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜。
实施例2
一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，按质量分数计算，配备好以下物质：
增稠剂：聚乙烯醇8份、黄原胶4份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.8份、羊毛醇7份、羧丙基纤维素2份；
油分：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-15 2份、甘油硬脂酸酯6份、α-亚麻酸3份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1.5份、橄榄油3份；
保湿剂：甘油8份、透明质酸或透明质酸钠3份、山梨醇3份；
粉剂：高岭土1份、氧化锌2份；醇类：乙醇8份，异丙醇3份；
表面活性剂：聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.5份、羊毛醇3份、卡波姆0.75份、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油1.5份；苦瓜-柠檬酵素20份；去离子水100份；
红石榴提取物2份、芦荟提取物1份、四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯3份、壬二酸1份。
按下述步骤制备本品：
（1）将柠檬清洗去核，粉碎，在避光条件下进行发酵5-10天后，发酵后的柠檬和苦瓜与未发酵的柠檬和苦瓜按1:3比例混合发酵10-25天，并循环发酵；将循环发酵30-45天的发酵液与柠檬进行粉碎处理，滤去不溶物后，将酵素清液进行UHT杀菌后，在-18℃，真空度为13Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥处理，制备为苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；
（2）按比例将黄原胶、羊毛醇溶入去离子水中，加热至沸后重新冷却至60℃，加入除苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉外的余下组分后搅拌均匀，冷却至常温后加入苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；得到苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜。
实施例3
增稠剂：聚乙烯醇7份、黄原胶5份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠1份、羊毛醇5份、羧丙基纤维素3份；
油分：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-15 1.5份、甘油硬脂酸酯6.5份、α-亚麻酸1.8份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2.5份、橄榄油3.2份；
保湿剂：甘油6份、透明质酸或透明质酸钠5份、山梨醇4份；
粉剂：高岭土1.5份、氧化锌1.5份；
醇类：乙醇9份，异丙醇1份，异丁醇1份；
表面活性剂：聚甘油脂肪酸酯1.5份、羊毛醇2.5份、卡波姆0.6份、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油1.5份；
苦瓜-柠檬酵素23份、去离子水108份；
红石榴提取物1份、红石榴提取物0.8份、芦荟提取物1.2份、四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯0.5份、壬二酸0.5份、对苯二酚0.5份、果酸0.5份。
（1）将柠檬清洗去核，粉碎，在避光条件下进行发酵5-10天后，发酵后的柠檬和苦瓜与未发酵的柠檬和苦瓜按1:3比例混合发酵10-25天，并循环发酵；将循环发酵30-45天的发酵液与柠檬进行粉碎处理，滤去不溶物后，将酵素清液进行UHT杀菌后，在-25℃，真空度为10Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥处理，制备为苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；
（2）按比例将黄原胶、羊毛醇溶入去离子水中，加热至沸后重新冷却至55℃，加入除苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉外的余下组分后搅拌均匀，冷却至常温后加入苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；得到苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜。
测试例
根据上述实施例1制作的面膜，分别采用单独柠檬酵素、单独苦瓜酵素，无苦瓜和柠檬酵素的方式，进行面膜的生产，分别以测试例1-3与实施例1-3对比评定；
对6组各20名女性受试者进行皮肤测试，将原料涂覆于脸部皮肤上，每天测试3次共经过一周测试，根据受试者的感受标准对各实施例中产品的美白效果、减脂效果、防晒能力、角质层去除速度、皮肤光滑度进行评价，结果详见表1。
评价标准：
□：20人中有18人以上认为效果良好。
○：20人中有15-17人以上认为效果良好。
△：20人中有10-14人以上认为效果良好。
×：20人中有不足10人以上认为效果良好。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，其特征在于，按质量分数计算，包含以下物质：
增稠剂：聚乙烯醇5-10份、黄原胶1-5份、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.3-1份、羊毛醇5-8份、羧丙基纤维素1-3份；
油分：鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-15 1.5-2.5份、甘油硬脂酸酯5-7份、α-亚麻酸1.5-3.5份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-3份、橄榄油2-4份；
保湿剂：甘油5-10份、透明质酸或透明质酸钠3-5份、山梨醇2-5份；
粉剂：高岭土1-2份、氧化锌1-2份；
醇类：C1-C4的低级醇10-15份；
表面活性剂：聚甘油脂肪酸酯1-2份、羊毛醇2-3份、卡波姆0.5-0.8份、聚氧乙烯硬化蓖麻油1-2份；
苦瓜-柠檬酵素：10-25份；
与上述组分总量0.8-1.2倍的去离子水混合形成的均一组分。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，其特征在于，按质量分数计算，还包含功能性成分6-10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，其特征在于，所述的功能性成分为植物提取物，美白成分按0-3:0-2的比例混合而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，其特征在于，所述的植物提取物为红石榴提取物、金盏菊提取物、芦荟提取物中的一种或两种以上的混合。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜，其特征在于，所述的美白成分为四己基癸醇抗坏血酸酯、壬二酸、对苯二酚、果酸中的一种或两种以上的混合。
6.如权利要求1-5任意一项中所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜的制备方法，其特征在于以下步骤：
将苦瓜和柠檬清洗去核，粉碎，分别在避光条件下使用果胶酶、蛋白酶进行发酵5-10天后，将发酵后的柠檬和苦瓜与未发酵的柠檬和苦瓜按1:3比例，混合发酵10-25天，发酵过程中，每日定时通入干净的空气60～120min，并以此方式循环发酵；将循环发酵30-45天的发酵液与发酵后的柠檬、苦瓜进行粉碎处理，滤去不溶物后，将酵素清液进行杀菌后，进行冷冻干燥处理，制备为苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；
按比例将黄原胶、羊毛醇溶入去离子水中，加热至沸后重新冷却至50-60℃，加入除苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉外的余下组分后搅拌均匀，冷却至常温后加入苦瓜-柠檬酵素粉；得到苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种具有降脂减肥功能的苦瓜-柠檬酵素瘦脸霜的制备方法，其特征在于：
步骤（1）中所述的杀菌工序为UHT杀菌；并在-18~-35℃，真空度为10-15Pa的条件下进行真空冷冻干燥处理。
